Tania and Syngin: Not the Sharpest Tools in the Shed
Jennifersdc replied to Drogo's topic in The Couples (Spoilers)
How can a week of “woodworking” classes qualify him for anything besides a potential hobby? -
Amber: A Rill Woman Goes to Gel
Jennifersdc replied to David T. Cole's topic in Teen Mom: The Next Chapter
Only if it has a pull out couch. -
Our hero! Unfortunately nobody’s going to arrest David. It’s not that kind of crime that makes the warrant cops go get him. They’ll arrest him if they pull him over for a driving infraction or something and they run his license. He can probably even get it dismissed (the warrant - not the misdemeanor) if he pays the fine/damages. Not likely. He would have been smarter to show up to court and not pay what he owed. What it will prevent him from getting is a JOB. Like he has any intention of doing so. He’ll sell off anything not bolted down first. I guess he thinks he’ll get alimony from Jenelle and thinks he can hold off til then. Don’t sign up for another reality show Jenelle you stupid POS Thundercunt until divorce is final. I think Marriage/Family Boot Camp would take her and Barb without the psycho around. I wonder what he got for eight trash bags of used clothes😜

Hey peeps! Happy New Year! If she was going to a “casting” call for a Teen Bratz movie - you go girl! Though even I believe they had significantly smaller lips. Late 90’s? Otherwise - just wrong. Even worse, I think I agree she added filters to that wreck.
-
I’m just glad they never got a horse “for the kids” to add to the menagerie - but I guess that’s not “homesteading”. Thank Sweet Baby Jesus. Still one dog left? Or did he run off too? As I said multiple times before that breed don’t put up with bullshit. Especially unneutered ones. I remember Jenelle’s effort at a “homesteading” garden. Yes idiot - of course it all died. I’ve been an avid gardener for 20 years now (on my very small city lots) and even that takes care and nurturing. Not to mention daily watering. I was by my old house awhile ago, and even after several walk throughs with the new owner on how to take care of it (a lot of easy care perennials) the front and back look like relative shit eight years later.

Darcey & Tom: No More Meester Rice Guy
Jennifersdc replied to Drogo's topic in The Couples (Spoilers)
Yes to all that. There was never any trip to Gran Canaria on his “friends” yacht. Just gave them the opportunity to play the poseurs they are. No “friend”, no “yacht”. I’m willing to place real money on that (say $500) - and I hate to gamble. They were always going to Bulgaria? to hook up with Stacey and her not that great looking “model” boyfriend ala Sharp Productions. Maybe he closes his mouth on all his shoots so you can’t see his teeth? Mr. DC is now on a Reddit thread (I don’t do Reddit - too confusing for me) of SO who have become addicted to 90DF because their SO sucked them in. He plays me Darcey cameos all the time. Hysterical - even when she’s sober she still rambles on. I’d like to get him one as an XMas gift - but I’d want drunk Darcey and not sure how to request that. Mr. DC insists he doesn’t want one (liar). I’m admittedly not a nice person when it comes to trashy reality TV. -
She probably did allow him to put the title in his name cause she’s stupid. But I think that might be moot once they get to divorce court and need to split up marital assets. My guess would be he had a friend haul that shit off and claim everything was stolen for when they go to court. No need to trash the house - it was already a mess. Except for his guns. No mention of those I notice - he needs those to blindside dangerous Frenchies, squirrels and deer. Was there ever a police report filed? Sweet Baby Jesus knows he who claims you should never talk to the po po or let them on his property, calls them for every little thing imaginable otherwise.
-
Yep. That’s the fearless Frenchie killer.
-
Oh please. The house already looked like that. I got freaked out cause I originally thought that Nugget was in that mess in the closet and about to claim BS and loose my mind. Take another look at the tiny picture posted. Totally sober at the time BTW. Useful info about Ring/Nest camera’s FairyDusted. That makes sense. You would think a psycho so concerned about his property rights would know about emergency auto backup.

Tania and Syngin: Not the Sharpest Tools in the Shed
Jennifersdc replied to Drogo's topic in The Couples (Spoilers)
Thank you - yes we’re full, especially for those of Tania’s ilk. I’ve admittedly benefited greatly from gentrification. I’ve lived on Capitol Hill for 25 years - so maybe at least I have some street cred. Unlike Tania. That’s why I now work for a non-profit that has an affordable housing fund. For a lot less money than my qualifications. They love me. Back to subject. What are Tania’s qualifications that she talks a big game about? She’s living in a shed with no bathroom. She must had some sort of job in DC or elsewhere. Self-proclaimed activist? I only saw a clip of her being escorted out of some hearing for being obnoxious. Most non-profits don’t like that. You generally don’t get paid for shutting down traffic in front of the World Bank (that shit’s hysterical now I’m back on Metro - see Handbasket to Hell). I would like to apologize to all real activists for above. Tania’s your burden. -
I’d totally watch that. As several posters said previously in related topics - like it was my job. I’m not at all embarrassed to admit it.

Well I guess the Western Union is still making its way to Morocco! https://www.intouchweekly.com/posts/90-day-fiance-nicole-slams-strained-relationship-rumors-with-azan/ Four years later...still waiting for the “right time” to get married. At least her Arabian Prince fantasy probably kept her from getting knocked up again with a different love of her life. #Positivity

I hate to disagree Mama. Cave is pretty spot on. You were totally made for porn....

We now have our Mimi (name was Macadamia - she was from the “nut” litter at Great Pyr rescue, shortened to Mia) and we call her Mimi cause she’s all about her and what we can do for her. She healed our heart too. We have no kids by choice. Funny what distinct personalities dogs have. We joke that our former rescues were (1) thrown out into the street - Lily, (2) in jail - Trouble (he destroyed a screen door of his former owners and the wife took him to the shelter - her husband apparently came screaming to the ASPCA later to get his dog back - they wouldn’t do it and asked me to adopt him) (3) tied to a tree - Gator. All were about four or so months when we got them and only wanted to please us (including my soulmate Utah - the Rottie/mastiff). Well, maybe except Trouble. If he had posable thumbs - he’d have been contemplating world domination. Mimi was picked up from a farm in Louisiana with the rest of her litter at 8-wks and her life has been all butterflies and milk bones. Lily would have hated her. The boys would have loved her. Maybe the dog stories are getting off topic - but reading all the comments has been very therapeutic for me.
-
Poor Bear. I saw the name of the episode and assumed it was about him. He seemed to be a great dog. I had a Rottie/Mastiff mix (140-lbs and lived to 14!) that he reminded me of. Rottie’s are awesome dogs - in the right hands. It’s hard to make the decision to put a dog down. I made a bad mistake with my 17-yr old Chow/Lab (yes - you read that right - she was 17). I realized later keeping her alive so long was for me, not her. She was with me all my adult “formative” years. Got her when I was 25. We called her the Black Widow. She outlived two brothers (Akita/Border Collie heartbreakingly died of bloat at six, and Gator below). Also two cats and potentially my best friend’s 96-yr old Grandmother. We used to give her intravenous fluids at home about twice a week for the last couple of years or so of her life. She was in diapers the last nine months. Mr. DC stayed with the mobile vet when we finally put her down (I was hiding in the master bathroom). I gave her shit about the Penny thing (Frenchies have big vet bills - and she’s young - is she still around?). But knowing Bear was pretty old at this point and not knowing what was wrong with him (I assume cancer), I can’t say she didn’t do the right thing. My poor Gator (Akita/Lab) died at eight of hemangiosarcoma of the heart. That really sucked. I spent a lot of money to try and keep him around for at most a year, but he died on the operating table while cutting a hole in his pericardium sac two weeks after diagnosed. Probably a good thing though I’d do the same again. Funny thing is he acted completely normal until the day he started peeing blood. Four years ago and he’s still the screensaver on my phone.

Kyle Richards: Pantene Poster Girl
Jennifersdc replied to Lisin's topic in The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills
Mauricio had to settle that case out of court. If it went to trial IMO he’d be at risk losing his license. I bet even the legal fees he incurred (his insurance company wasn’t paying), he lost money even on what he made from the house flip. I wonder if his insurance even paid anything out on the deal that was struck. Now he just has to deal with the other two...the guy who made the higher offer and his agent who was out a big commission. Lesson learned Mauricio... hopefully. Also hopefully that settlement is going to the people of Equatorial Guinea it was meant for. -
Daisy John. I might have had a chance.

Well - those are some backward ass records available on the Columbus County NC website. First time I wasn't able to search by address (somebody gave me the address). Got a great aerial view, but streetwise view Google was last there in 2013. Ms. Real Estate Geek will try to be quick (sorry - probably not). Could search by name. Had eight records for what ended up being four parcels. For some bizarre reason they do assessments as separate records, but then group them somewhat for tax purposes. Not a single record of a sales transaction. Also very bizarre given they bought the various parts of the swampland within the last four(?) years. Whoever got the records above either works for a Title company (I'd do it too), works at the local courthouse (see me too), or paid for a search (draw the line). But this is what I got. All are jointly in both David and Jenelle's name. First piece of swamp was 5.12 acres. It's assessed at $166K improved with sinking modular house. Second piece was 2.1 acres. Probably bought so Psycho could shoot off guns and bravely kill squirrels and Frenchies. Assessed at $6,900. Taxes combined for both are $3,900/year. Two other separate 1.0-acre lots. Assessed at $7,400 each. Combined taxes $140/year. Entire Homestead is assessed at $187.7K. I never take those seriously. BTW.
-
Oh look - it’s Little Miss Real Estate Geek again. Most of you (and me) are probably tired of her. Mortgage owed won’t likely come up until they sell the swamp and buyer does a title search. And even that usually isn’t in the public records. I unfortunately know my way around property assessment databases. Some jurisdictions are much better than others. Great. Thanks Lovesnark. Now I’m going to try and figure out her address (I have a general idea) and see what’s in the public records. Paying off principal was kinda funny. See fool who may owe Giant Misfit $100.
-
Well - then there’s that....probably less money that I thought. They could have possibly paid off that mortgage by now. I always put money on my principal each month. I’ve always been curious about the drug thing, as I assume CPS drug tested them? Are we on page 421 yet?
-
Is it illegal to take private bets on this site and pay each other with an outside source? If so - I’m in. And I hate to gamble (makes me nervous when it’s my own money).
-
Hey GM! I was 50/50 at first percentage wise. Then 60/40. I’m now about 85/15. In the end - I decided they’re not smart enough to even come up with this plan. Much less execute it (your point). As I said before - Jenelle only cares about Jenelle, and she may have finally figured out she’s poison staying with the Psycho Frenchie Killer. Redemption arc! Family Boot Camp with Barb! I’d be watching that (love Barb) and I hate that show (see Amber Portwood). I would like to offer you a $100 if you’re right. Penalty for being a fool. I’ll give you my Venmo. Anybody else in?
-
Here’s an idea loser. Get a JOB. I for one though don’t believe for a hot minute they didn’t have a joint bank account. Jenelle’s that stupid. And probably too stupid to open a new one and take out what was left before she left him. I also don’t believe for a hot minute that she has no money left. She had to have grossed well over $1M while she was with him. Unlike most of the other TM’s, I never saw her sporting real luxury goods. Not even the requisite Louis Vuitton tote. Toyota SUV vs BMW or Escalade (looking at you Kail). How much can swampland, guns, chickens, “blacksmithing” tools and ATV’s cost? If she had any kind of brains (she doesn’t), she won’t start filming any reality TV until the divorce is final, so she can claim “no income”. We all know the “hardest working man in NC” is going to go after her for alimony. He’s a broke, loser bitch.

Trials and Tribulations of Juicy and Tre...
Jennifersdc replied to Stinger97's topic in The Real Housewives Of New Jersey
I’m not so sure. She hates Teresa like poison. Definitely has a soft spot for Juicy. And she doesn’t need the money. Despite all Teresa’s projection shade, IMO The Brownstone is a legitimate cash cow. Al and his brother work their ass off. I think it started when they all had to chase Teresa around Venice looking for Chanel (not Italian), and rumors were starting to surface about the BK. Then her and Al were stuck babysitting her then horribly behaved children on the cruise (see Milania). Thankfully the kids seem to have turned out pretty well. -
I don’t think the “normal” one she lived with for a hot second was normal. Wasn’t it this one? https://starcasm.net/jenelle-evans-ex-josh-miller-wanted-for-kidnapping-leaving-3-yr-old-in-the-middle-of-the-street/ Trash will always find Trash. I do love it how UBT claims to have “paid” for The Swampland. With what money would that be Psycho? Even your ex’s complained you never wanted to work. Even actually stated in court couldn’t pay child support cause you had no money, no job and “vitiligo” and “homeschooling” prevented you from getting an actual job. Can’t wait to see the fight over the Homestead. Jenelle’s so stupid she probably thinks she’ll be set once she gets rid of him and will likely just hand it over. I wonder how many chickens and pigs are left at this point. Poor Maryssa probably has to pluck them. He’ll happily do all the killing.
