Actually have no clue. They certainly can’t refinance it - but the principal is fairly minor anyway? I couldn’t figure out how to publicly search an IRS lien on a property too - despite my obscure Master’s in Real Estate. Like these jokers will have any wages to garnish anyway. I assume they’re living off their savings for the moment though and re my post above the IRS came in and swooped my savings account with no notice. I actually only figured out it was the IRS when I went to my bank to scream fraud. It was some random place in South Dakota. I have special status at Citibank and after a few calls they figured it out in 45 minutes and I felt embarrassed. Full disclosure re special status (and probably TMI) - I had a fairly small inheritance from my Grandmother in 1988 and the labor union pension fund advisor I worked for from 1995 to 2004 gave me 15% of my salary every year as a SEP IRA. I also gave them random bulk amounts since no company since until now had matching IRA’s. It’s obviously grown nicely. I’ve had the same money manager for about 20 years if anybody wants a recommendation - she’s awesome. If I didn’t have the money in my savings account I assume they’d try to garnish my wages - which would have been even more embarrassing.

Daughter/wife of accountants. Know a little. Unfortunately the lien isn’t that big of a deal, most likely attached to The Land and they’ll have to settle down and before they sell it. It’s only if it converts to a levy and then they can seize assets (ie - force a sale). IMO likely they didn’t file taxes in 2017 and the IRS/State did it for them without any deductions etc. If they actually file, they can likely get that amount significantly reduced. Or also likely they completely ignored every notice sent to them re underpaying. Mike from Jersey Shore went to jail cause he actually filed fraudulent tax returns with the IRS (tried to write off millions in personal expenses as business expenses). They don’t like that - and he was high profile at the time. Though I did once apparently get a levy from the IRS and they took $3500 out of my savings account without any notice. Which is very strange. I had a non-issue once with selling some stock at no profit and it was reported as a $10K capital gain. The IRS sent me notices every week until we straightened it out. I ended up owing them $50. My father wasn’t great mentally in his last few years and he made a simple math mistake on my taxes. It was just bizarre I never received any notice, much less Intent to Levy before they did it. They apologized, but were correct. PSA - despite what you may have heard, the IRS is mostly pleasant and helpful to deal with. Just get the Agent # of everybody you talk to take detailed notes of each conversation.

She based her entire future on being a “reality” TV personality, even after VP ended. I personally don’t think she’s evil, or even racist (at least in her mind). My first house appreciated at 400% when I sold it 11 years later. My current house is at about 55%, eight years later even being Hope VI. Hope VI works BTW when done right. Mine does have the one for one replacement for the decrepit public housing units they tore down (even the many vacant ones). My DCHA neighbors are my neighbors for life (see how long I can live in a four story-house) Back to subject. Fucking priceless. But WTF did I just listen to? It’s mostly background noise while Farrah and Sophia “go about their day” recording on their phone. I listened to 1st (5 minutes) and 2nd (23 minutes). All I really got out of it was them brushing their teeth, Sophia telling a casting call she likes global warming and Farrah telling her it’s in her will if she dies Sophia gets to choose where she wants to live (LA of course to pursue her ambitions and dreams). Sophia wants to make enough money to live high up on a mountain where nobody can get to her. It would be funny if it wasn’t so sad. Farrah is trying very hard to make her a “star”. Don’t see that happening. And why the fuck does an 11 yr old still sound like she’s six with the baby voice? Got no kids myself - but my two nephews (oldest 13) and one niece (nine) are around the same age and don’t sound like that. And the boys (my blood relations) ain’t that bright. My sister and I keep telling each other at least they’re very good looking. She’s rich cause she got very lucky at a Wall Street job (Institutional Equity Trader at Morgan Stanley for 20 years) through random family connections and hoarded money since she was 12. She hasn’t worked since late 2008. She’s self-admittedly ain’t that bright either. She’s told me many times a trained monkey could have probably done her job. But if you throw a dollar on the floor - my money’s on her. She’s still way smarter than Farrah though.

To each their own I guess if it makes them feel better about themselves. I actually don’t know anybody who had breast implants. Three or four with breast reductions though. I knew a girl who got them reduced at 18. She was a friend from my barn way back when. She sold her very nice horse, quit showing and eventually riding cause it was so uncomfortable, and she felt it looked ridiculous with them bouncing around (it kinda did). They were huge by the time she was 16. Those puppies are hard to drag around (see back pain), not to mention sag and implants harden as you get older. I’ve always liked my smallish breasts for those reasons. Never gave a fuck if large breasts would make me more attractive to men. Mr. DC does like them BTW - but likes me better. Don’t get fake eyelashes either. I think they usually look ridiculous and obviously fake. I have very light eyebrows and lashes and had my makeup done once for a professional photo. The makeup artist convinced me to put some on. I spent the next two hours blinking like crazy and trying to read anything at work with limited success. Ripped them off the minute the photo was taken. My coworkers tried to stop me - apparently I was a little rough about it. And then they laughed...

We have much of the same taste. That’s the Gucci bag I like. I have a good friend with a Tom Ford one too (it’s fabulous). Got tons of Kate Spade (see Nordstrom Rack six years ago, two blocks from my office). I’m now missing a couple I gave away. Happily gave away anything Coach Outlet. I have a couple I found there that were from the actual store. Just need to know where to look. I found my Givenchy bag in Nordstrom Rack in Chicago. They don’t offer that shit in DC. Back to show. IMO - the twins have no taste. Especially in eyelashes and boobs.
