Kenya didn't specify when, but she's looking to sell Moore Manor. Hopefully it is because she wants more space & not because of the divorce from that loser.

I hope not, but it's possible. It is her dream house, and I see no reason to sell it so soon after it was finished (she just added a pool, and landscaping).

Love the title of the thread!

I'm watching Kenya's first season.

Her mother abandoning her is heartbreaking.

I thought she was rough with how she spoke to the girl at the modeling audition. I agree that swimsuit bottoms should cover more, but still.

Portia should have gotten Kenya's title right, but I am not sure if most people know the difference between Miss America and Miss USA.

She sure is friendly with Apollo. I get the drooling, I do. Apollo is one of the most handsome husbands in the franchise, but the flirting is too much imo.

A juicy 10 minute YouTube review of leaked audio footage from Kenya's Hair Spa Opening. Whew...!!! Full disclosure: I have watched this 10 times. Jaw => Floor.

If Kenya really did what she is being accused of it's disgusting and not funny at all. She needs to be castaway like Brandy Glanville.

Apparently she just did an Instagram live. She had said when they reached 100k people she would spill the tea. But I guess only 12k people showed up so instead, she told everyone she wasn't "going anywhere" but was non specific on what that meant.

At first, I couldn't believe these rumors could possibly be true. But I'm starting to think that they are.

I miss the original concept of this franchise. Back when things were petty and funny. Not vile and malicious with a clothing line chaser. That's why I was drawn to the NY reboot. It was just silly.

Money doesn't change who you are it just reveals who you always were.

They probably are. But Bravo is forgiving, depending on the situation though. Two women from the RH of New Jersey fought, and one threw a glass at the other during the latest season which is airing right now, and they were suspended for a couple of days. But Kenya's incident seems to be worse to me.

Hm.

Apparently this is not the first revenge porn incident on Bravo. I don't watch the show, but it looks like there was an incident on "Vanderpump Rules." It went to court. Does anybody know if this Sandoval person was suspended like Kenya?

https://people.com/rachel-leviss-alleges-tom-sandoval-made-her-into-an-unwilling-porn-star-revenge-porn-case-8650487

Edited to add: He was NOT suspended & more folks are starting to question this.

I noticed this time that Kenya said she didn't share any *private* photos, and these photos were allegedly found online. So she might have done it and is being cute with her words. Hugely disappointing.

The VPR incident is slightly different, as far as I can tell. First, it wasn't on camera or even during filming (and I'd argue having this happen to you at your job and on camera is extra fucked up). Second, Tom didn't do "revenge porn," though I'm not defending what he actually did, which was record Rachel performing solo sex acts, allegedly without her knowledge or consent. She knew she was on facetime with him, but allegedly she didn't know Tom was screen recording, which is illegal and what she has filed in court against him. He never distributed the footage to anyone, but his girlfriend Arianna found it on his phone, and made a copy to her phone (this is how she found out Tom and Rachel were having an affair). There's no evidence Arianna ever shared it with anyone (there's no leaked footage, nor does anyone claim to have seen it), and she says Tom immediately grabbed her phone and deleted it everywhere, but it's not clear if simply making the recording to her phone is illegal, but she's also being sued.

But the real reason they didn't fire Tom is ratings, pure and simple. He's a horrible person, and if he did screen record with out Rachel's knowledge, that's illegal and fucked up and I wouldn't shed a tear if he got fired over it. Without defending him AT ALL, I'd still say it's a hell of a lot more fucked up to bring that shit to a work event that's going to be televised. It's literal revenge porn, and if that is what happened (without any extreme mitigating  circumstances I can't currently imagine), she should be fired.

And I actually like Kenya.

I agree with your whole post. What Tom did was wrong and violating, but he never intended to embarrass Rachel with the footage. I don't think Ariana did either.

It sounds like Kenya wanted to humiliate this woman. It's very cruel. Whether or not the images are out there, it doesn't make it okay. This puts Kenya in the same category as Brandi Glanville for me. I expect some messiness from a Housewife, but when it gets to a point they are sexually harassing and truly messing with another cast member's mental health, enough is enough.

Thanks for saving me from watching the YT video :) *virtual hug*

This is what I don't like - Person A and person B commit the same crime. Person A is on probation and person B gets 12 months in jail. Now everyone is mad. Not one time EVER do people with this mentality mention the victims of these crimes. I don't care how the other person was punished. It's all about the victims getting justice. That's who those type of disparities are unfair to; not the asshole committing the crime. She fumbled her own bag. Not Bravo. Not Tom WhoeverTFHeIs. Kenya. Just Kenya. I have not one ounce of sympathy or compassion for her.

Different situation. Sandoval recorded a FaceTime video with Rachel Leviss he was having an affair with, his now ex girlfriend, Ariana Madix found it on his phone, sent it to herself, showed it to other people and quite possibly sent it to other people. Rachel Leviss, the person on the video sued BOTH. I didn't watch the above video, but why is Sandoval only mentioned? Ariana is the one who was sued, as well, she shared the video (Sandoval didn't), and she told Bravo about the video with the result of Bravo returning to film after the regular season ended. I don't see a reason for Sandoval getting suspended. He was not the one who did the revenge porn, Ariana did.

The only person Arianna shared it with was herself, which may or may not be illegal (it's unclear if this counts as distribution). If Tom recorded her without her consent, that's definitely illegal. Tom and Arianna both are being sued by Rachel.

Further, even if recording the video to her own phone does count as revenge porn, it was still done in the heat of the moment and no harm came to Rachel because of it, thankfully.

It counts as distribution (revenge porn) if Ariana sent it to herself, that's why she is sued. They are not sued for the same reason. He is sued for supposedly recording Rachel without her permission, not for revenge porn. As for Ariana, suddenly, after they were both sued, she claimed that Sandoval took the phone and threw it on the ground, it broke, so she couldn't have send the video to anybody else. That's convenient because there were reports she sent, or showed the video to others, like the cast, and Bravo producers.

Kenya Moore is fired, or she is suspended indefinitely from Bravo, so she won't film anymore. She posted about it on her social media. The season is in jeopardy.

Can you show me the statute you're determining this from? I've looked myself and can't find anything. However, I don't think it actually is illegal, or it's very unclear about this, because I doubt her lawyer would have admitted to it. (Fwiw, I think it should be illegal.)

It's literally one lawsuit against the two of them.

Showed them, or told them about it? If you have articles where people say they saw it personally, please link them and I'll stand corrected. And you think Tom wouldn't be screaming to the world if Arianna was lying about him deleting the video from her phone?? Please.

Also, this isn't a criminal trial. Rachel is suing them for money (and attention). Anyone can sue. (Although Tom had tried to have it thrown out as frivolous and that didn't work, so we'll see!)

I think Tom may be guilty of something (if the recording was indeed without her knowledge), but unless Arianna lied in her statement with her lawyer, I think she'll skate. (Though, again, I hope this is a warning to even women in distress not to do anything if they find a video, I know prior to this I certainly would have taken it as evidence!!)

Kenya always goes too far when she has somebody in her line of fire.  She has done this with Porsha multiple times but the shit hit the fan at that infamous reunion when she used that scepter and megaphone to annoy her.  She got dragged literally by Porsha.

She has gone overboard with others as well.  Phaedra over that exercise tape. Kim fields is another one that she attacked in a vicious manner but Kim was too classy to get in the mud with her.  She disrupted Marlo's gathering once and brought a marching band. That incident with Tanya and that baker lady.  Kenya is a very jealous envious insecure woman and lashes out in the worst way.

On Celebrity apprentice, she stole Vivica's phone and posted on her social media as Vivica to humiliate her.  I am pretty sure that there were other incidents but these are the ones that came to mind.

It's mainly California Penal Code 311 about producing, distributing, or processing porn. A few other codes might apply. Ariana sent the video to Rachel in NY, so there might be additional penal codes. And it is a criminal case. Showing somebody a video can't be proven unless a person admits to it. Ariana's friends, or Bravo wouldn't admit it.

I understand revenge porn is illegal.  My question is whether or not Ariana recording it to her phone and only sending it to Rachel counts as distribution.  I personally think it should (but should carry a FAR lighter penalty than actual distribution), but these statutes don't actually address my specific question.

Rachel filed suit in California, so those are the only ones that matter.

No, it's not.  Rachel filed a civil suit.  No charges have been filed against either Arianna or Tom.

If they can't prove it, they have no case.  They literally HAVE to prove it.

Again, I'm not saying I can prove Arianna did NOT show anyone the video, but so far, there is NO evidence - none.  Zero.  And I'm willing to say maaaaaaybe there is no evidence because everyone is lying and covering up, but I also think lack of evidence can certainly indicate lack of wrongdoing, and it's foolish not to consider that as an option.  Just like if evidence DOES end up coming out, I'd be foolish to ignore that.

There is no evidence that we know of because not every detail is going to be discussed on the media. We will see. It seems to me that Rachel sued now that she cut all ties with her old life, and former friends including Sandoval, and it appears to be retaliatory.

Bravo is in contact with Phaedra Parks to join, but it seems her contract terms with Married to Medicine are interfering with I assume filming schedules, etc. Cynthia Bailey's role is expanding.
