They would be foolish to bring her back.  The ratings survived jut fine without her.  Why bring someone back who half the cast has issues with?  Her détente with Eileen will last about a nanosecond.  Brandi was the one saying Eileen was boring last year and she did nothing to make herself any more interesting this year.  I get the paychecks are large but how low would Eileen go?  Rinna thinking she can just play off of Brandi will be the decline of the franchise.  I am predicting on WWHL tonight, Rinna when asked, will say she welcomes Brandi back.  Even brandi knows Rinna is an out and out fake.

I believe it's a game that Bravo likes to play.  They're well aware that Brandi was "The Most Hated Housewife EVER".  Well, one of them anyway.  Or the one that took the place of The Most Hated Housewife EVER before her.  

To Bravo it's a social experiment in which they use editing to either make a HW either look super bad or super good.  And then swaying the public's perception. Lawdy, I won't use the word manipulate but it's something close to that.

Eileen is the perfect case in point.  She could do no wrong.  But she was who she was last season, the same as she was this season.  Her bad behavior was just not emphasized and the good was.  But they're all cases in point.  They'll all get their turn to be Bravo's experiment.

Joanna Krupa's lawsuit never progressed, did it? Brandi said the housewives contracts actually prevented them from suing each other over certain things. Has any Brandi legal issue ever gotten beyond lawyer drafted letter waving?

If Yo is back next season, get ready for some ass-kissing. They will all be doing it, especially LVP as she tries to make amends and get back in Mo's good graces. I don't think that it matters whether or not Mo's kids publicly embrace Brandi. Have they ever? She made her comment on WWHL during S4, and I don't think they said "boo" about it. Maybe they have always hated her. Maybe Brandi called Mo and gave him the skinny on some of the things that LVP shared with her about Yo and their marriage. Who knows? Maybe Mo loves Brandi now and LVP, not so much (kidding because I don't think he loves Brandi). One thing for sure, litigation among the HW's has never stopped Bravo from doing what they want to do. The list of folks in legal trouble, including potential jail time, has never seemed to be a factor. 

For some reason I don't think Eileen will be back.  She seems truly disgusted.  They could bring back Brandi and add Faye, and I would watch the hell out of that. LVP would warm to Faye and tell her she was right about Brandi.  The audience would either warm to Faye as she took on Brandi the second time around, or turn against LVP for doing such a thing.  It would be yummy. I have been waiting patiently to see the audience reaction if Faye went after Brandi now that she isn't so loved. One hated HW going against another hated HW. Who would win? My guess is the person that LVP is backing.

As far as I can find, the lawsuit is still in process. Brandi has tried to claim that Bravo's contracts prevent this but JK was no longer a HW, Miami was defunct when Brandi went after JK on WWHL the second time, and Brandi/JK were never on the same HW show. I believe the HW contracts prohibits fellow HWs on the same show from suing each other, not a franchise wide protection.

I think this is right. There has also been some discussion on whether or not one HW can go after another for things they say off the show. They are protected from anything said during filming, but I'm not sure that is the case for anything they might say away from the show.

The lawsuit is on.  Brandi has lost those claims of immunity for a variety of reasons.  There is really nothing on their contracts that state they can say anything they want about another.  I don't think Mohamed will ever forgive or move on for intense and deserved hatred of Brandi.

There was a scene Season 4, where Gigi filled in for Carlton and she said she loved Brandi.  Since then there was the lawsuit.

I believe Joanna filed the suit in 2015.  The comment happened in late 2013.  Part of the issue is Brandi on WHHL kept going at it and Joanna had asked her to stop.

Joanna is going for damages which would far exceed $15,000.  I think there is a jurisdictional limit as to which court being hears a case and the damages sought have to be over $15,000.00.

She made the first comment after the last Miami HW reunion was aired and the show was finished by that time for good. JK sent Brandi a C&D letter after she first said it and all Brandi had to do was "STFU" (as she likes to tell everyone) but she couldn't/wouldn't keep her mouth closed. She repeated the nasty comment a second time on WWHL followed up with sending JK a "fish dinner" when JK/husband and Brandi happened to be at the same restaurant after the C&D letter was sent. Brandi basically double dared JK to follow through with the lawsuit even though JK gave her an easy out....just keep her big mouth shut.

It certainly has the promise of being interesting if Brandi is brought back.  But I really, really need her to clean up her act.  Erika lost me with the Cunty necklace and the ease of which she keeps dropping that little pink nugget of crass.  Brandi is way trashier, imo, but those 2 could either end up like peas in a pod or hating each other's guts.

I think the others are going to be looking to join Team Kyle.  So if there is a Team Kyle and a Team Yolanda it will be interesting to see where the teams align.  Mostly, I think they will follow what Kyle said on WWHL, start talking about their own lives instead of the others.  She applied it to Rinna, but I think it is good advice across the board.  I mean we still need to see Kyle and Mauricio with Tom and Erika at the same dinner party.  My guess is Tom is out.  I just don't see what Erika will deliver next season and adding Brandi won't help things.  We will see two women naked get gussied up like hookers by the glam squad?  I do think Brandi has a new trick-her roommate/hairdresser is transitioning to a woman.    Tom might have fun with her for a bit, but I noticed even with David and Yolanda there is a bit of a turnoff when it comes to wives worshipping at their husbands' feet with Brandi.  Also, if Brandi thought Ken old what will she think of Tom?

Porsah was not fired or even demoted from the Atl. show. Brandi was fired, according to Andy, because the entire cast, all of them, refused to film with her and that included Yolanda. Which is why Rinna was so pissed off that Yolanda filmed with Kim/Brandi, it was something they all agreed upon and Yolanda broke ranks.

Porsha was never fired though. She was demoted season 7... It was more like Kathryn amounts of screen time.

Porsha wasn't demoted, she was still a Full HW last season and kept her Peach. This season, I suspect will be her redemption tour with showcasing her Anger Management Counseling with a codicil in her contract that if she repeats getting physical she will be fired on the spot.

I'm not sure if she would join that team or not. She has said that she really likes all the current cast, and is on good terms with them, so I could see her hanging with Erika and Yo. I try hard not to let my Kyle Love get in my eyes, and she has disappointed me in the past. Namely when she cuddled up to Brandi in S4, because I could see that Brandi didn't have pure motives. She was telling Kyle what she wanted to hear ("Kyle you were so right when you said that LVP is manipulative") I believe because she felt threatened by Kyle and LVP getting close again, mainly because LVP was pulling away from her. I got it because it had to be seductive for Kyle to hear someone tell her she wasn't wrong after the horrible backlash she got for her comments, but I just knew it wouldn't end well. The thing is, I always wanted for Kyle and Brandi to be friends. I thought they seemed kind of good together. For a short time I loved Brandi, when they were in Hawaii and she was so supportive of Kyle about Kim. I thought maybe they could be friends and it would be a good relationship. Last season I thought that Brandi was so hateful towards Kyle with regard to Kim, I'm not sure how I would feel about her being friendly towards her.

Porsha was in fact demoted to "Friend Of" the season after she attacked Kenya at the reunion. She was then upgraded back to full-time Housewife status the season after.

Porsha was still in the opening credits and holding her peach that season. She was not demoted and Bravo has no "zero tolerance policy". She was threatened that if she crossed the line again, it would be bye, bye, which is why Kenya/Claudia went in on her like they did, hoping she would get physical and get fired.

I am not sure where you're getting your information, but she absolutely wasn't in the opening credits in Season 7, she absolutely wasn't holding a peach, and she absolutely was demoted.

Last season I thought that Brandi was so hateful towards Kyle with regard to Kim, I'm not sure how I would feel about her being friendly towards her.

Kyle has pretty much written Brandi off post Reunion.  If she did not get the true Brandi from Season 5 then it is on Kyle if she refriends Brandi. I think it is a no hope situation after what Brandi did in regards to Mauricio's business.

I stand corrected, I could have sworn she was holding a peach. I stand by my statement that she was not demoted because of the fight. No one is ever demoted for fighting on the show, in fact, some are elevated because of it.....Teresa Guidice is an example of getting physical with her boss no less and getting an elevated status because of it.

I really enjoy the light-hearted silly moments with Kyle and LVP. Take that away and I'm out. I really, really hated Brandi's extreme vulgarity. Put that back in and I'm out. Otherwise, I'm good.

Re the article about Brandi, LeeAnn and Eddie:  I'm glad that Brandi is seeing a therapist, and I'm glad she's getting along better with the other two, if only for the sake of the children.  I wish her well, but I don't want to see her come back.  In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if the real reason she's seeing help is to impress Andy and Bravo that she's an entirely different person and should be rehired.  I think it's going to take a long, long time for Brandi to straighten herself out, and I question whether she can do that with any success.  A lot has to do with Andy, and I think he's liked her from the start, which makes me uneasy.
