I actually cannot wait for the explanation for why Dinah didn't even know Felicity was pregnant because it will probably make maybe 10% sense if it's not that Dinah leaves Star City and doesn't return for years.

Yes, I'm quoting myself. It's the same fucking actor! There is no reason for this. Unless Legends Future Oliver had no idea Diggle adopted a kid and saw a dude claiming to be Diggle's son and made an assumption and nobody corrected him for some reason.
