You're not the Madonna, hon.  Own it.  By the way, wasn't she also trying to get it on with Garcel's son earlier in the season?  The ambiguously MARRIED son?  Which was the catalyst for all the sturm and drang between her and Lala over the meaning of the word "mistress" IIRC.

When she found out he was married she dumped him, at least.  LVP was pissed! 😄

True dat.  BTW I have to ask - am I the only one that DOESN'T believe Scheana's BS story that she didn't know Eddie was married?  I mean come ON, you just have to hit Google - and this is a girl who literally keeps tabs on everyone's whereabouts.

I call BS, this is someone who brags about the famous and semi-famous men she has slept with.  She is no innocent.

The way her mind works (very evident when she was with Rob and Adam) I have no doubt she had fantasies that he would leave Brandi and be with her.  Oh, he would leave Brandi, Scheana - but believe me, he would not leave her for a NOBODY.

I can believe Schaena didn't know when she MET Eddie. I never heard of him before RHOBH. But as much as I want to give her benefit of the doubt, isn't what someone does for a living one of the first things you learn about them? If I find out I'm dating an actor, even if I am not suspicious of him being married or sketchy in any way, I'd absolutely google him just to see his projects and whatnot. I think vast majority of women would do the same. His martial status should pop up without even seeking it out.

Kenya Moore, Real Housewives of Atlanta, is arguing that Sandoval is guilty of the same crime they accuse her of, but Bravo didn’t fire or suspend him.

It’s not quite accurate. He recorded R, but didn’t share the recording. Ariana viewed it without asking his permission. Ariana only recorded the video on her own phone and sent it to R and no one else before Sandoval deleted it.

Also, if they pause VPR indefinitely, they are kind of firing or suspending the entire cast of VPR.

Oh I missed out the Kenya Moore suspension - what are the details?

@Carolina Girl

One detail. Ariana claims now that she and Sandoval were sued that the video was deleted by Sandoval, or that he broke his, or her phone on purpose. But the cast claimed they saw the video, and Bravo production probably did, as well because Ariana told Bravo within hours of finding the video.

Either way, it's not similar to what Kenya did. Kenya deliberately put placards with large R rated photos of a new HW at the opening of her new store, and described what it was about on camera, and used graphic and demeaning terms. She is known for having a nasty streak.

I tried to google but couldn’t locate. Could you provide a link? Thanks!

Why did Kenya feel the need to humiliate this new housewife? Do they have a history? Thank you again!

As a RHOA watcher I think it is like George Mallory talking about Everest.

Why does she do it, because they are there......

I think the thing Kenya is "forgetting" is that whatever transpired with Sandoval and the video, it happened off camera after production had wrapped. Kenya is accused of bringing the photos to an event that was being filmed for the show. I don't see how Bravo could have done anything other than suspend (and maybe fire) her.

Yet I still see the misogynist double standard, especially with that whole redemption tour BS this past season.

Another example from Bravo, on RHONJ the men pulled up & watched porn scenes of a female castmate while they being filmed.

Seemingly, the men can do what they want while only the ladies are punished.

Agreed.

I haven't gotten to this season yet, but that's what I've heard. I do see your point. It's like the women in the cast have be angels, but the guys can do anything but kill someone, and all will be forgiven.

For me there is a big difference between what Tom did and Kenya making a point to humiliate someone at an event with a bunch of people filming.

I completely agree with you about the RHONJ though. Danielle Staub was not my favorite Housewife, but I was so disgusted by that scene. She should have been protected. I think it was Joe Gorga who pulled the porn up. I can find him funny a lot of times, but I was horrified by that and couldn't believe he did it. There should have been repercussions for that situation too.

But it's not a case of sexism here. Sandoval had a video of his "girlfriend" in his phone, and he didn't show it to anybody. Ariana found it. I'm sure he didn't want her to see it. He also said in his answer to Rachel's lawsuit that Rachel recorded herself, and sent him the video, he didn't record her during their FaceTime. It happened more than four months after that season was filmed.

Kenya attacked and exposed a new cast member she didn't know at the very beginning of the filming season. On the show. What would the woman have done, and even if she did, is this a proper way to react? Kenya is not going to get any sympathy by comparing the cases.

As for some men on RHNJ, they are disgusting.

On RHoBH the ladies pulled up soft porn videos of Camille Grammer when they were mad at her.

Really?  Ha! I never believed he filmed her while she was unaware.

Sorry. Once again. What cast member claimed to have seen the video?

Rachel and her lawyers have now changed their story since Ariana submitted proof via the text to Logan that Sandoval deleted the video. Now it’s Ariana had no right to go into Sandoval’s phone and copy the video to herself. “Boundaries” were crossed when she sent it to Rachel.

Ariana pretty much had his tacit permission to go into his phone since he gave her his password. I wonder if Sandoval can prove Rachel recorded herself and sent it to him. That’s a new twist. He’s also a habitual liar - but so is she.

The Kenya thing confuses me. Did she really put up “posters” at the opening of her hair salon of the new HW giving some guy a BJ? That’s just beyond. If so she’ll be twirling away now.

This is incorrect.  He is saying he recorded WITH her permission, not that she recorded a video on her own and sent it to him.  From the LA Times article:

Sandoval’s motion counters the accusations, alleging that “these videos were created by Leviss and published by Leviss to Sandoval via a consensual exchange on Facetime, i.e., ‘their video calls.’”

They both agree this happened during a Facetime session, he says Rachel knew she was being recording, Rachel says Tom recorded her without permission.  No one is saying (correctly, anyway) that Rachel sent Tom a pre-recorded video.

I keep asking the same question, and can't get an answer no matter how many times someone claims there are people who have seen this video.  There's simply no evidence so far, but that doesn't seem to stop people from making the claim.  However, I'd like to point out that even in the filing it says:

"Leviss is informed and believes ... that Madix obtained the videos of Leviss from Sandoval's mobile phone and distributed and disseminated them to others, including but not limited to Madix herself, Leviss, and other individuals whose identities are not currently known to Leviss," the complaint says.

So even Rachel doesn't claim to know of anyone who has seen the video, she just thinks others have.  So it doesn't seem that Rachel filed this lawsuit because someone told her they saw the video, or that she has heard second-hand someone saw it.  I think she didn't know it the video was deleted off of Ariana's phone.  I suspect (and this is based on NO EVIDENCE, just my conjecture) that she wanted to ensure it didn't get out, she wanted publicity, and she wanted money.

I get Rachel wanting to ensure this video doesn't see the light of day. I even get wanting to punish Sandoval for recording it without her permission (if that's indeed what happened). I do not get dragging Ariana into this lawsuit when she's the real victim of the situation.

It now feels 100% like a money grab. Go slither away, Rachel.

Agree. Rachel has put Ariana through enough. If no one else saw the video, just make sure it never sees the light of day and move on.
