I was just watching the video for "Strip" by Adam Ant, and 8 months ago someone commented: "Tom and Ariana from Vanderpump Rules should do a remake of this video." I LOL'ed because the randomness of it (I imagine the convergence of Adam Ant fans and VPR watchers can't be all *that* huge, haha). but the person kinda had a point. I mean, at least FI would have fun with it. 

...was it one of you? ;)

I gotta hand it to Sandoval: that’s a dude who’s completely comfortable in his own skin and isn’t afraid to be hella metro AF. Love the fact that he can dress up like that and not take himself too seriously, unlike Arianna’s comedy.

Article with a video tour of Tom and Ariana’s designed home at the top. You will not be surprised that Sandoval’s home is the *most extra* but I still can’t figure out how he has this much money. In comparison, think about how Schwartz and Katie have crappy little apartments. Maybe the former Schwartzes took a loss on their home, but beyond the home price (and the costs into their bars and Sandoval’s band, etc), this decor looks expensive as hell.

Tom Schwartz said in the last episode that Tom Sandoval can depend on his family for money, unlike him, so I assume his family is relatively well off.

And guess what?? I've been calling Rachel a sssssnake, and I think old Scandoval is just as BIG a sssssssssssnake as Rachel!!

I only give Rachel a teeny tiny itty bitty miniscule pass because Snakeoval is OLDER.

That's the only reason.

I wonder if old Katie feels anything, having turned on Scheana like she did.

Well off, I don't know.  His mom is a firefighter - I don't know how much firefighters make but if they were able to give him money, they are probably comfortable.

Appearing on Watch What Happens Live, Lisa Vanderpump — the cast’s boss and owner of the restaurants where they work — said that she was “gobsmacked” and “flabbergasted” by the reports of cheating. “It’s been going a long time,” she continued. “That’s what’s so shocking to me. It wasn’t just a shag.” Vanderpump added that Madix is “devastated” and there have been “a lot of tears.”

“Ariana was always that ride-or-die girlfriend,” she told Cohen. “It seems like Raquel was the ‘ride’ girlfriend, she was the ‘die’ girlfriend.”

Vanderpump asked fans to be kinder and more thoughtful in their responses to the scandal. “This kind of vigilante justice, I don’t agree with it at all,” she said. “These are people living their lives in a public forum, which is very difficult. There’s so much infidelity in the world. It’s not like they murdered [someone]. It’s a show, but they’re all hurting. I’m not saying we should let them off the hook. Condemn their actions, but don’t condemn the people.”

This right here is an example of why I can't stand LVP.  Paragraph 1:  she's soooo sympathetic.  Paragraph 2:  she has to interrupt to make what she thinks is a "British witticism"; in actuality her comment barely makes sense, but hey!  she used "ride" in a possibly sexual connotation, so she's hilarious!  Paragraph 3:  she lectures the rest of us on being inappropriate.

I don’t see the difference between Tom and Jax. Only Jax was more entertaining. Everything about Tom stinks. The work ethic is SHOCKING. His priorities are shocking. He drives a new Mercedes? Yet borrows money from his mother’s life savings? Oh sure, don’t forget his “brand.” Would Rachel fall for him hard if he drove a Honda? Jax is correct, everything about Tom is for show.

He cannot get his act together to focus on finishing the required restaurant issues, drinks names, etc… bc he is a self-indulgent child. His nails are a priority? He leaves Arianna at home alone when her Grandmother died, and LIED nonstop about the reason? He could not comfort a friend?!? He’s disgusting. 

He is a nonstop LIAR. The show will tank after this temporary hike in viewers.

Hurrah for Lala & Katie being 100% correct.

I wish it wasn't Lala who was right. She will be insufferable now.

I don't think so. At least not in the near future. Leaving the Beverly Hills HWs, the low ratings of VR, and Covid hurt her businesses which had a lot of customers who were fans. The bars and restaurants in Vegas are located in large, established hotels with international clientele.

Agreed.  Upon my rewatching of the seasons, it was season 9 when he started looking like a "worm with a moustache" .  He had some questionable hairstyles but he still looked young and not so smarmy.  I guess that mid-life crisis started hitting hard!

Okay, I know we’re supposed to be hating on the man right now, but I’ll admit that I think Sandoval looks better than he’s ever looked. Not only is his body super jacked, but his face has completely filled out—whether it’s just because he’s put on a lot of weight of muscle mass or maybe he got fillers or something to bulk out his jawline. But I think he looks hot. Or maybe because I myself am 49 if he’s suddenly “looking old” to the rest of you then he looks just right to me. I don’t think this man has ever looked better compared to his former scrawny self.

I think he is in great shape now (he was always in good shape), and he looks fine after he shaved the mustache. He looks younger without it. This is a recent photo.

I wonder if it could just be the result of weight loss.  His face looks a little more chiseled.  I’m wondering if maybe he did something to his lips, too - or at least the bottom one.   

He DEFINITELY looks better without the mustache, but if he did have work done, it resulted in his looking more “pretty”, in my eyes.

Yes, I think he lost weight, compared to how he looks in this season's episodes. Then Scandoval happened.

Watching Season One. @KungFuBunny has an excellent theory about Schwartz and Sandoval. 

Kristen, while packing for Stassi’s birthday trip to Vegas, says that she’s broke. Sandoval still hasn’t paid Kristen back all the money he has borrowed from her.

Jax was living off of Stassi for a long time, too.

I think that all depends on the price point of the tickets and I have to believe they are comping a shit ton of them.

I read something somewhere about how he sold out the Wolf's Den at the Mohegan Sun Casino.  The Wolf's Den is free, there are no tickets to be sold.

A reason Sandoval probably looks more chiseled (face and body) on top of working out more is because he is sober for about two months according to this, and it seems to me as if he lost weight and is less puffy.

One of the comments from the PA show. This thread has many entertaining comments on sandys "hit" performance and how loosely the concept of "sold out" is used.

"We went tonight. By yesterday afternoon the guaranteed seating was sold out, but there's very little of that, so that's not saying much. The show started out with a very crowded dance floor (so many handmade "Worm With A Moustache" shirts, and Lala's shirts were practically a uniform.) We were at the front by sheer dumb luck, but when I turned around later most of the dance floor behind us had cleared out. The tables that had been reserved seating were all empty. Seemed like many people came for the spectacle and then bailed early. The merch guy told me that no one was buying anything. It was a well-attended show (at least in the beginning of the night) but there's no way it was sold out."
