Eolivet January 19, 2019 Share January 19, 2019 A tie sends both people home! Survivor should adopt this quite frankly. I'm sort of amazed Nurys voted for Kareem to go, but I guess she's interested in Nelson now, not Malcolm? That Jay and Corey fight was embarrassing for all involved, but I think my "favorite" part was when Morgan said, "If I could just turn off my emotions, then I wouldn't have kissed Corey." Corey had it 1,000% right before -- she's stringing Jay along. I really liked the Cory Z/Murray/Cheyenne triangle. Cory Z came in thinking he was going to destroy Murray's happiness, and old feelings resurfaced instead (history! emotion! conflict!) Such a contrast to the over-the-top "I know you are, but what am I" Jay and Corey fight. I can't believe the Free Farrah shirts. This show is nuts. 2 Link to comment

Caseysgirl January 25, 2019 Share January 25, 2019 Farrah must have been told by production that she needed to get out of bed and give them what they’re paying for. Does she care a whit about Maya or Janelle? No,but she sees them as mean girls just like herself so she’s aligning wi( them. I guessshe thinks because she’s the only female that a lot of people know on this show that she is somehow the VIP. I would love to see these tough girls go Fter Farrah from Nebraska and show her she’s not tough at all! Link to comment
Eolivet January 25, 2019 Share January 25, 2019 Now that's more like it. Best episode so far. Diandra with Janelle's ex, Darian, was such a perfect set-up -- including having the whole house watch it. And production sends Janelle's biggest enemy in the house on a date with her ex (and makes her read the note about it). That was some good TV (including Maya and Nurys injecting themselves into it). Farrah is something else. I sort of see how it might get someone's hackles up to see one of their sworn enemies talking to their ex, but that was Janelle's battle to fight, not Farrah's. "She kicked me in the vagina" was sort of classic, though. These people are going stir crazy -- they remind me of people who've been cooped up in a house for too long (and that's literally what they've been doing). Jozea and his ex was a good story (and I enjoyed their tenuously resolved conflict), although I don't know on what planet "I slept with your ex to prove he's bad news" makes any sort of sense. Planet Jozea, apparently. Link to comment

Eolivet February 1, 2019 Share February 1, 2019 I've not seen Jay crying since he was with Adam in the hammock on Survivor, and um ... I don't like it, make it stop. Wow, Morgan is awful. And to prove how much she cares about Jay, she ... runs after him? Apologizes? Begs forgiveness? No, she breaks down in crocodile tears and waits to be comforted by everyone, because it's not fair and life is so hard. #FreeJay Didi is bringing the snark and the funny, and she kept that "OGs talk trash about the singles" segment from being the equivalent of a root canal. "I'm a hooker? You're a porn star!" Farrah's speech was something else. Although "kicked in the vagina" really starts to lose its impact after you've heard it ... approximately 35 times. 3 Link to comment

RHJunkie February 1, 2019 Share February 1, 2019 Farrah deserves a dragging. There's no reason why the world should have to put up with someone that vile. You shouldn't be calling out anyone's looks when you've gone out and paid someone to make you 'pretty'. She talks big when she feels protected. When she kicked Nurys, she didn't even stick around. She ran off so quick that she fell over her damn self and jumped right back up to hide behind security before mouthing off again. She's such a psycho. I felt really bad for Jay. Morgan is a user...and maybe she doesn't realize it but I genuinely think that she needs the attention of men to validate her own self. I don't think it's any coincidence that all her exes are making their way into the house. She's easily confused because she enjoys the attention but is now in a situation where she can't juggle all 3 of them while in the same house together. How superficial and stupid do you have to be to keep a guy in play solely for his looks even when you know there isn't anything deep there to connect with? How stupid do you have to be to even think that you can be serious about making a relationship work when you're hung up on Jay not looking like Corey? And then what does she do when her cover is blown? She throws herself a pity party...for what? That's right, attention. If removing Corey from the house is what Morgan and Jay feel is needed in order for their relationship to stand a chance, then that's not saying much about their potential. Speaking only for myself, but I don't find Mya the least bit attractive. Maybe it's the way she does her make up or her eyebrows or the weave but her entire look is just no. Farrah assaults people, bullies people and treats the show staff like trash. The fact that you can overlook her vileness because she happens to be 'nice' to you says a lot about you as well. And the dumbass gave her 'save me' speech after the votes were cast. Everything she pledged to do, what she likely meant was that she would order around the staff to do it. 4 Link to comment
Caseysgirl February 1, 2019 Share February 1, 2019 i almost feel sorry for Farrah because she is such a caricature of a human being. Does she have any friends in the real world ? She’s so difficult to even listen to because she won’t let anyone say anything and she speaks in such word salad that she makes no sense. I believe her entitled attitude and bad temper may somedY land her into real trouble- I’m talking about prison or someone who really knows how hurt her taking her on. Link to comment

If the show contrived of a way to put them alone together, I'm sure she would start that sort-of flirting all over again. I have seen no evidence she feels anything for Jay other than friendship and convenient physical attraction. Jay is too loyal to ditch her completely, and because something is better than nothing, but what a mindf***k. I'm hardcore rooting for them to break up, which is probably not what the show wants. Lost in all this was Nelson's crush vote on Janelle that Darian low-key tried to take credit for. Another person (Darian) who clearly feels nothing for his ex. I sort of hate that this Morgan drama is eating the show, but I guess she's the only one with issues -- both Jozea/Rob and Cheyenne/Murray seem to be solid for now. TresGatos February 1, 2019 Share February 1, 2019 I can't believe they ended this episode with a Farrah cliffhanger! I have to say, my favorite part of this episode was when the house was discussing the Farrah/Nurys fight while the two girls were at Hotel Time-Out and they were talking about how Farrah fell on her ass and one of them said they were surprised her butt didn't pop and another one asked "Did she bounce?" And no, I don't think Farrah has any friends. Just weirdly enabling parents. 4 Link to comment
Cherry Cola February 1, 2019 Share February 1, 2019 (edited) I thought it was gross that Sha basically kisses Farrah's ass. Drogo February 1, 2019 Share February 1, 2019 Romeo is the worst host. He always looks and sounds like they just woke him up from a nap to come read the pineapple chips. There are 9 "Ex" votes (Darien, Diandra, Jay, Monte, Murray, Nelson, Nurys, Rob, Sha.) Janelle got Nelson's vote (Crush) + Morgan got Jay's vote (Crush) + 2 Cut votes went to Cory. Farrah's pineapple is the only remaining one, so there are five chips in it. Sha was going to Crush her, but Nurys and Diandra no doubt cast Cuts. So if any one other person voted Cut, she's a goner. And not a moment too soon, because she's terrible. Darien got pretty chummy with Diandra and Nurys, and seems over Janelle's theatrics, so there's a good chance he'd align his vote with theirs. 5 Link to comment

I forgot to mention the Nelson vote but I laughed so hard when Darian swiftly took credit when given to him by Romeo only to get called out by Nelson. I'm surprised Jhanelle kept the smile on her face. Not that I think Jhanelle is any prize but it seems like her ex perhaps is more interested in the TV time than he is actually rekindling a romance with her. Not sure if that makes sense for any of the remaining unaccounted votes but it's a possibility. On one hand, I can't imagine the producers would be happy to let their largest name and drama-making machine walk out the door. Eolivet February 9, 2019 Share February 9, 2019 I've accepted this show is trashy, and I'm okay with it. But Angela's arrival was the first time I wondered if it was too trashy for me. She ... had sex with Maya's ex in the shower, after knowing him five minutes?! I get that people are hooking up on this show, and they're just not showing it -- but they're usually exes, not like "oh hi, you're hot, let's do it." Angela was actually a favorite of mine on season 1, but I'm not sure I like this makeover. She seems to be trying way, way too hard. As for ex drama, I loathed what they (basically Morgan) did to Jay in two episodes ago, but at least it was dramatic. If the alternative is "Jozea is mad that Rob won't make him a drink on demand" ... yikes. 1 Link to comment

Eolivet February 17, 2019 Share February 17, 2019 This show is hitting the same wall it did in season 1. It's definitely lost something with Farrah gone. Nicole's odd ... temper tantrum (even though I think Chad is sleazy as heck, and she should run far away -- just not ... in the middle of filming) and Janelle getting kicked off, and it's all just meh. I feel like they keep trying to make things happen with the parties (like last year where Angela and Derrick had that moment with the chocolate sauce, and Chase and Victoria finally hooked up), but nothing really does. They desperately need more eliminations. Keep rotating exes into the house and keep sending them home. Do an elimination every episode -- the show just feels so stagnant otherwise. Even the Cheyenne/Murray drama didn't amount to much. The boyfriend didn't even get to stay in the house and cause trouble! Now it's just same-old, same-old. 4 Link to comment

Ain’t love grand? So. much. this. I know that people start drama to get noticed (and get cast on The Challenge), but I don't see that working for Jay. He's been invisible when he's not fighting, and the drama he's started (or been a part of) hasn't been interesting. And yes, because it's obvious that Morgan is biding her time, it makes Jay look more like a chump because he's so (over)invested in a relationship she doesn't care about. They made arguably one of the coolest guys on his Survivor season look pathetic. That's quite an accomplishment. But that's not the only problem. This season is too incestuous. At least last year, most of them didn't seem to know each other, so the drama seemed genuine (Taylor and Alicia's fight comes to mind), and there was a newness factor, which created some hot messes of pairings (Victoria/Chase). Even Faith hooking up with one of Taylor's exes. The producers are anxious to create drama, but they've done nothing to actually shuffle the deck, because everyone here is lazy and looking for the path of least resistance. This show should be about being torn between a new connection and an old one, not "reunite with your ex and show everyone why you broke up in the first place." I just want this season to be over. Reboot the format. Make people go on more random dates. Make eliminations more frequent. Bring in exes for drama only, not those who want to rekindle a love connection, and then make the singles spend time with exes they supposedly hate to see if anything happens. But this is becoming like one of those Survivor seasons with those dysfunctional day 1 alliances that stay together to the end, even if it makes sense to jump ship, because it's just safer to stay with what you know. 1 Link to comment

Eolivet March 9, 2019 Share March 9, 2019 At this point, I'm with Jozea. Send most of these exes home. I actually forgot Darian was on the show until he had a talking head at the end of it. Didi and Nurys (the only real romance of the season) can stay, however. I enjoyed that moment of Nurys supporting Angela. I can't decide if it's entirely sincere, or the tiniest bit calculated, but those two being so supportive of each other, even though they share an ex, has been a bright spot in this season for me. T'ori's already ten times more interesting than he was on season 1. Hey, Chad -- if you're so concerned about Nicole's feelings ... why didn't you cut Maddie, hmm? And while I do find her to be a cute girl, I just don't find her to be a womanly attractive person. In physical appearance and personality, just seems like a 16 year old to me. 1 Link to comment

Eolivet March 15, 2019 Share March 15, 2019 When the OGs are so bored, they start creating elimination "games" to take the decision out of their hands and make the exes decide (and Corey Brooks, of all people, says, "actually, no, that's boring -- and that's saying a lot coming from me"), you know the season has gone on too long. Angela and Tor'i was a lot of bark and no real ... bite? I swear, that house just sucks the oxygen and fight out of everyone. I wouldn't be surprised if they all take long naps like Perez (a la Big Brother). I was happy to see Nelson back, as he's one of the few exes with personality. Our long national nightmare (or mine anyway) ends next week. 1 Link to comment
