At least Diggle will build up to losing it.  I guess that's a good thing?  I can KIND of see his point of letting Oliver step back and work on clearing out the corruption at City Hall except for the part that Felicity is doing all that work, lol.

Same. And the problem is that we know that it's because he wants to be the Green Arrow, not that he necessarily believes 100% that that's what Oliver should do.
