Erika Jayne was just unmasked on The Masked Singer. She was dressed up as a character named Yorkie. I’m assuming she did it for the paycheck and to let another set of listeners hear how she sings.

I've never seen that show - do they get to sing what they want or do they have to sing what they're told?  Did Yorkie pat the puss?

Producers choose a genre of music for each show, and the masked singers get to select one from each group/show. And since this is a family show, there was no patting of the Yorkie's puss.

I don't normally watch, but the show has had some impressive singers on, so I don't personally think it's embarrassing.

I think some celebrities actually enjoy it, especially if they can disguise their voice and keep the panel guessing. And since it's a family show, many say that they also do it for their children and/or grandchildren.

I guess, but it feels like something a person does when they're trying to re-ignite their career. 

Erika isn't the kind of person I'd associate with being family-friendly. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I never watched The Masked Singer until I was with my late sister-in-law when she was going through chemo (3 months after her husband/my brother unexpectedly died). I watch it now because it makes me feel close to her.

It is a really silly mindless show, but it is entertaining. They have had some really great singers on it and some awful ones.

Based on the clues on Yorkie’s first appearance it all pointed to Erika Jayne except it was on key.

They must use auto tune.

I was incredibly disappointed they gave her this opportunity. I think she should only get these opportunities if her proceeds went directly to Girardi’s victims.

I truly hate this women and I am disgusted that people keep thinking she is great and giving her opportunities

You know what's wild? In the good old days, Erika gave the vibe she didn't want to be seen as this blonde bimbo gold digger. She liked to point out that she could pass the bar, that Tom was so great and supportive of her, etc. 

Sweetie, we wish you were a dim broad who simply wanted a sugar daddy! It's the whole heartless towards orphans and widows your husband stole from to fund your ridiculous lifestyle and ruining a designer's life that made fans hate you.

Actually there have been some major singing stars on this show.  Gladys Knight, Patti LaBelle and Faith Evans to name a few.  And Ne-Yo, Wayne Brady, Nick Lachey, Kandi Burris, LeAnn Rimes and Teyana Taylor are among the winners.

She used Tom’s connections to get the couple investigated by the Secret Service!  And file FALSE criminal claims.  It wasn’t just that she didn’t like them.  She’s fucking disgusting, I honestly wish to see her rotting on the side of the road.
