So which will make it into Oliver's vows, forever and always or for better, for worse? Smart money's on both.

Forever and always, of course. You know, to parallel the pain.

I would watch that show and all the spin-offs.

Me too. I'm actually really excited for s5 to finally become Felicity and Friends.

Just thinking about when Oliver said this to Cupid in season 3: "I understand that you are hurting and I know what it is like to want someone but not be able to be with them. I wish things could be different but...I can’t be with anyone.  I have to be alone."

I can totally see this as something Felicity would say if she wants to talk Cupid down in 4x16 (and a subtle message to Oliver, of course)...it hurts just thinking about how much it applies to them now.

This is from 3/17

Elysia Rotaru (@elysiarotaru) tweeted at 2:36 PM on Thu, Mar 17, 2016:

All the hidden layers under your costume while shooting on location in #yvr....who knows what I'm taking about? #stayingwarmoutthere

I'm guessing it's Arrow related and they would have been filming 420 on 3/17.

So i am guessing poppy dies in 4x17 or 4x18. Since the actress wasnt seen on set since.

Do not dangle the dream in front of me.

Paul Blackthorne is posting BTS photos but there are no dates so who knows. But here's one with Emily and Tom Amandes is in the background. Wasn't there an IMDb item about him being in ep 21?

He usually posts older stuff so I doubt it.

LOL - Poppy and Laurel. Two characters we were told he loved but never really given the evidence.

Wouldn't stop Laurel from taking it to court! ;-)

Also, as far as DD's trial tonight, the police apprehended him on the scene and have the spawn's statement, right? So, even though it makes no sense to try him for the spawn's kidnapping but not for what he did during the holiday party, LL should have some evidence, right? Either way--I'm so looking forward to the glorious return of @quarks's weekly analysis of the many ways LL has failed in all of her roles!

Can't use a statement unless the witness is unavailable. Not disappeared bc a shitty character in a shitty storyline, but like dead or deathly ill or outside the court's subpoena power. Also, his first statement would be "So this Malcolm Merlyn dude invited me on a fun outing while my mom was downstairs and told me my mom was totes cool with it, but we had to go out the window bc it'd be FUN..." The judge: "Uh, Malcolm Merlyn is dead. TESTIMONY STRICKEN."

I get that no normal person knows this stuff, but for god's sake Guggie should, and he had an easy out of making the SUPERDUPERPUBLIC kidnapping and attempted murder of D/T/F and assault of pretty much errybody (plus didn't some guards get killed/injured) the charges instead of the dumb kid.

I'm not a lawyer but I've watched enough Law & Order to know that won't fly.

This episode is going to make me CRAY CRAY. NONE OF THIS is how THE LAW WORKS!!!

Also, btw, L&O: Original Recipe was pretty decent on the law. Prior bad acts, fruit of the poisonous tree, etc., the show was fairly accurate about. Waaaaaaaaaaay more than Arrow, which takes the law, adds some rotten raw eggs and an avacado, puts in some sand from Mars, and whirls in a cheap blender. It's not just inaccurate, it's full-on nutbars.

Sorry Diggle but Felicity shouldn't be the one who has to 'come around.' How about no. Are we still doing this?

Also, why does Laurel, the lawyer, need to be told to use Felicity, Thea and Diggle as witnesses?!

Because she is the WORST PROSECUTOR IN THE WORLD.

Oh yeah, an affidavit from a coke dealer would go far. SO DUMB.

I feel like the intent is for the flashbacks to inform the present, but nope, 1) they are boring and incomprehensible and 2) I would much rather have heard Oliver say why he wasn't telling Felicity what he wanted (other than he's a big, remarkably fit martyr.)

Oliver's such a big, dumb pine tree, I can't even stand it. But the vows will be real and there will be angst and they are trying to kill my shipper heart. I need ice cream!
