They use the term “best friend” rather loosely on this show.  Scheana has a new best friend every season and strangely she always says that they have been “best friends” for years.

If anyone can link something where ANYone says they personally saw the video after Arianna sent it to them, I would appreciate it. I myself can describe what was on the video, but I certainly haven't seen it.

Personally, I think the fact that Arianna says Tom deleted it, and he's not refuting that, is a closed case. He's shown he would love to make her look bad, so if she were lying, I think he'd be screaming it.

Tom is not refuting it because it is convenient for him, as well. He is part of the same lawsuit, and it's better for his tarnished image. It is convenient for Bravo and different production companies because Ariana told (and most probably shown the video) production about what she found, and they started filming again. And anybody that she might have shown the video, as not to get involved. It's illegal to show a video like this, not only to send it. Why did she tell Bravo, by the way? Don't most people want to keep something like this private?

I don’t remember hearing about Ariana showing production the recording. Just that she called production and said, “Sandoval’s been cheating on me with Raquel. You need to start filming again.”

Ariana recorded the video in California, and sent it to Rachel from California to New York where Rachel was for Watch What Happens Live. The states might have different statutes.

This is a pure cash grab for an adult woman with no skills or prospects and a known sleazy lawyer.  Can she even prove Tom recorded her without her permission? BTW - I think he did. I totally hear everything you’re saying and get where you’re coming from, especially after watching the show and seeing Raquel’s personality switch season 10. She was no babe in the woods with her behavior that year. I did see her as a naive young girl her earlier seasons. Adults can be groomed though. I’m older than Raquel and experienced a superior at work try to groom me. Some people are very pushy and manipulative and will make you feel like a crazy person for being uncomfortable. This person got fired, and I got out before anything crazy happened, but I did feel traumatized by the experience. I had already worked with a bunch of weirdos throughout my life and had trust issues but became even more leery of working with and for men ever since.

Sorry about that. I was the only woman in the room with a bunch of white heterosexual men for 20+years. They suck (apologies to any on the Board). Mainly the reason I pivoted from a very lucrative career in institutional commercial real estate acquisitions to much more modest affordable housing. I decided I had enough high-end handbags and shoes in my collection (that’s not actually true - I have issues, especially with the handbags).

Though my Fund hired a new COO (see another white heterosexual male) and I thought he was trying to gaslight me, but turns out he just didn’t know what he was talking about. He’s no longer with us either. Working with all these assholes for years has made me a bit of a terrorist (according to Mr. DC). Everyone in my company actually thinks I’m funny. They call me Beth (from Yellowstone apparently - though I’ve yet to see the show).

Interesting article re Ariana. I finally figured out Reddit a bit more. Don’t watch but looks like ratings for Love Island have doubled since she became host. Good for her.

They will share their evidence in court (if they have it). They don't have to do it in the media, and it normally doesn't happen like this.

I saw that. FFS, you and Raquel put Ariana through enough! Does he really think he’s redeemed to the point he can do this and not get more backlash? 

I understand Raquel feeling violated if she truly had no idea Tom recorded her (disgusting on his part), and I understood her being scared of videos getting out due to Ariana’s anger. Revenge porn is a scary thing, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Agreed, and sadly, I don’t think Sandoval’s the only one jealous of Ariana’s success.

Although personally, I think a judge would do the same.  

And there's something hinkey here with the Gerragos representation of Tommy the Turd in an action while their firm is adversarial to him in another involving the same parties.  Ran it by counsel in my office and she said sounds like a breach of the Cal Bar Professional Responsibility Code unless Leviss and Turd both waived conflicts.  I'm starting to get suspicious of all this if such waivers were granted.

Another thing I wonder......does this mean VPR ISN'T coming back?  Bravo doesn't take kindly to cast members suing each other.  Tommy Turd may have burned himself some bridges with this.

Since I think Ariana has already purchased another house I believe, and she's probably making some serious coin with Chicago and Love Island, she can afford to perhaps wait Turd Boy out.  Besides, I believe his profits from the sale will not be as great as hers, as she should get her half first and then the HELOC takes their repayment out of HIS half of the sale - and I'll bet that leaves him with very little.  Add that to no filming money coming in as far as I know (and I'm sure ZettaK has the 4-1-1 on that), and that shitty bar of his cant' be making all that much money.

And there's something hinkey here with the Gerragos representation of Tommy the Turd in an action while their firm is adversarial to him in another involving the same parties.  Ran it by counsel in my office and she said sounds like a breach of the Cal Bar Professional Responsibility Code unless Leviss and Turd both waived conflicts.  I'm starting to get suspicious of all this if such waivers were granted.

Another thing I wonder......does this mean VPR ISN'T coming back?  Bravo doesn't take kindly to cast members suing each other.  Tommy Turd may have burned himself some bridges with this.

I think Sandoval sued because he knew the show was over (or at least with this crew). Lala was looking for employment at The Valley months ago. 

Sandoval and Ariana wouldn't get too much for the house because they borrowed a large amount (they even refinanced in 2021 to borrow more to fund the S & S lounge), and paid very little toward the principal since 2019 and 2021. But the value of the house appreciated because of the recent booming real estate market.  

Ariana made a wise decision of buying another house when she still had great employment offers. She also didn't buy anything she couldn't afford in the future. I don't doubt she even paid more than a down payment.

I wondered if there was some agreement at the time that if anything happened that Ariana's half would be determined before the payment of the HELOC or whatever and that Tom would get what was left over. E.g., the House sells for $4MM; they have a profit of say $2MM.  Ariana would be entitled to $1MM.  However, since the HELOC has to be paid before disbursement,  if it was, say, $750K or whatever, that would leave $1.25MM.  Since Ariana is entitled to $1MM as the HELOC was for Tom's business, Tom only gets the $250,000 left.  

I'm sure Tommy Turd agreed to it at the time because he never thought Ariana would be kicking him to the curb.
