She is aggressive, rude, unstable. I have no idea why/how her husband tolerates her- he is not like some of the other famewhore husbands, he is a doctor. She is an embarrassment. It seems that Andy Cohen is not too happy with her, and that was before this incident, meaning she had no chance of being on the reboot if Bravo kept some OGs.

If RHONJ does come back I really don't think Teresa will be on it. Who would she film with? Dolores and who else? There is no way Jen A is being asked back. Fuda is very friendly with the Gorgas and Margaret, she just had her baby shower and Melissa, Margaret, and Jen Fessler were all there. Danielle Cabral? I don't see that going well, she's a lot like Teresa in that she flies off the handle and isn't afraid to throw a drink. Those two would be in jail for assaulting each other two episodes in.

There was an article out yesterday saying that they had completely recast RHNJ like they did with NY and VDPR. Presumably, once they realized how poorly the new NY has been received (ie, atrocious ratings compared to the original cast), they decided to just put the entire NJ franchise on hold for another year to figure out what to do. Maybe they’re hoping if they go a year without working they’ll be desperate enough to at least agree to film together if it’s that or nothing.

Andy Cohen was asked about the reboot on social media, and he said that individuals shouldn't even bother to ask because no decisions are going to be taken for a long time. Teresa was on Watch What Happens Live recently, and she was agreeable and nice, admitting she was wrong about a lot of situations (she is not that stupid after all, she also probably received PR advice), but Melissa who was on a couple of weeks after was adamant that she and Joe would never talk to Teresa ever again. I don't think Andy Cohen liked it. A few days ago Melissa was worried because there was no information about the reboot.

I don't think that Bravo wants to deal with the Fudas who are unlikeable, Danielle, Jennifer, or maybe even the Gorgas, and Margaret (who didn't have a storyline in ages, and was a puppetmaster). I see either a total reboot, or a reboot with a couple of the OGs.

I think it's either going to be a total reboot like Bravo initially planned and announced, or a reboot with mostly new women, and a few OGs. New York had a total reboot. I don't think the Fudas, Jen Fessler, Margaret who are newer cast members would make it.

They should do a short UGT type thing with each of the groups and see who gets higher ratings. Either that, or pick 4or 5 names out of a hat, and if anyone refuses to film with another cast member, they are fired and replaced by the next name from the hat -physical altercations of any kind should not be tolerated.

I think that the key to this would be Teresa and Melissa.  The family feud needs to stop.  Teresa and Melissa NEED this show to continue their lifestyles.  If the Gorga's and Teresa and Louie think that their outside businesses will continue to be successful without the added boost from them being present on a reality TV show, they are all delusional.  Soon, they will stop being invited to events because their popularity will be (or already is) waning.  Once Bravo stops  posting news and info about them on their social media - their opportunities will dry up.  

I think that Teresa and Melissa/Joe all need to weigh all of this very carefully, and decide what is more important to them.  Obviously, they should try and mend fences just for the fact that they are family, but also because their livelihoods kind of depend on the fact that they are on a reality TV show.  IF they are all willing to go back to the way they lived before fame and subsequent fortune came to them, then they should do that.  But, I think that all of them are so addicted to the fame and spotlight on them, they wouldn't be able to handle that.

Look at what is happening right now with Jen Aydin - she thought she would be cute and funny (a la Bethenny Frankel's SM rants, which BF is smart about how she disses a product or establishment - not that I like what she does, either) and it is blowing up in her face.  She has basically burnt her own bridge, while she was standing on it.  

If there is a reboot, it would have to be with some kind of peace treaty between Teresa and Melissa.  I think they would both be open for that, just because it serves them all financially.  However, that would also take a lot of work on all their parts, and a lot of self reflection and admittances of wrong doing - so I'm not sure that Teresa and Louie or Melissa and Joe are ready for that kind of soul bearing and self work.

I could also see Dolores returning with Teresa and Melissa, and possibly Danielle Cabral.  Maybe Teresa and Melissa could convince one or two of their friends from outside the show to be on.

I cannot see the producers asking Jen Aydin back, especially now.  The Fuda's got too big headed too soon and the husband is a huge asshole.  Margaret created way too much drama and caused sooo much fighting - she almost did her job too well.  

I would love to see this show return because I just can't quit these women, but I don't know if I would watch a reboot with a totally new cast.  I honestly fee like that was a big mistake for RHONY.

I actually really liked Jersey the first couple of seasons. Yes Caroline was overbearing, Jacquie was a milqutoast, Teresa was dumb but the whole big Jersey Italian family was at least entertaining with their gaudy houses, big hair and over the top clothes and makeup. The Guidices going to jail was total reality gold.  think the problem was that they all got big heads real fast. Andy decided Tre was a star, Dina didn't really want to get personal and you can't be on a reality show and not get personal, Caroline decided that the show was a place to launch her kids into fame and none if them could carry it. That said if they could get back to the dynamic of the first couple of seasons, sans Danielle, she just crazy, it could work. But they are all roo fractured from each other to to work together

Teresa needs to go.  I don’t even hate her like some (most?) people do, but as long as she’s on the show none of the others will be able to have storylines.  She is the center of everyone’s lives and every story revolves around her.  My opinion…give Teresa and the dorters their own show.  Delores and Jenn can visit her on that show.  With her gone, they can keep Melissa, Danielle, and Rachel.  They are actual housewives and I personally like to see their everyday lives and shenanigans.  I’ve said this before but the little snippets they show of their everyday lives used to be the whole show and I like seeing that.  Get rid of Marge entirely.

Bravo's production team started posting locally about interviewing new cast members (casting calls). Teresa and Jackie were told by friends that they received emails, or messages via mom groups. Bravo is not interested in Jennifer after her incident at Jersey Mike's.

Interesting. One one hand, Jennifer did not commit a crime, and Bravo has let way worse slide. On the other hand, even a lot of the messy Housewives are known to be nice people IRL and wouldn't pull this crap.

Jennifer was never my favorite. Too much of a mean streak for me.

There are crooks in most RH franchises (if not all), even convicted ones, including this one, but I guess Teresa is still popular. Jen is not too likeable, but her offense is not terrible- she is just a nasty person. Erika Jayne is both (a crook, and nasty), and Bravo likes her.

Jen and her family's order at Jersey Mike's was not prepared fast enough to her liking, so she started shaming (including age shaming) a female employee, she recorded the incident, and posted the video on TikTok. Her husband told her not to post it, but she obviously thought it was a good idea.

Bravo has a weird set of standards. You can go to jail for an egregious crime - you can come back. You can say one thing problematic- you’re gone. You can tank a franchise because people aren’t woke enough. You can be rude as hell and you are cancelled.

Despite their weird choices of what is good or bad, they finally did right by Jen. She is unlikable and showed how horrible she was by berating people who work hard and thinking it was a good look.

Good riddance. If only they applied that standard to everyone.

I completely agree that Bravo has a weird set of standards. For them, words speak louder than actions. Erika Jayne talks like she's this huge LGBT ally, but look at what she did to Marco Marco. It's like you can be pure evil but keep a job so long as you at least pretend to be woke.

Not to mention, do the Gorgas even have it like that? I get that $80,000 is nothing for a lot of Bravo families, but I didn't think they were that wealthy.

Report has it that Teresa, Dolores, Melissa have been kept on by BRAVO.  Speculation has it that RHONJ will be led by Dolores and Melissa, while Teresa will be given her own spin off.

It says Margaret, Jenn Aydin, Danielle, Rachel have been fired.  Rachel was a strong contender for Season 15, but her husband was too problematic.

It says here (the source is Kim DePaola, the owner of Posche, who was a Friend in different seasons) that Bravo is engaging with the three women in order to be on Bravo projects, not necessarily the NJ HWs. Bravo is not interested in the rest, not even Melissa, but they think the viewers like Joe Gorga, as shocking as this sounds, so she is part of the "package". Rachel Fuda's husband is considered problematic behind the scenes by production.

I don't know how reliable of a source Kim D. is. If she knows anything then it most likely would have come from Teresa. I think Teresa, Kim D., and Jen A. all have (had?) a podcast together. Which is pretty funny when you think about Kim D. and her "clink clink" to Teresa at that one reunion.

What kind of show or spin off would they even be able to give to Teresa? Following her and Louie and the dorters around?

Melissa and Joe (and Dolores) are much more marketable IMO.

I agree that Kim D. is not a very reliable source.

Two of Teresa's daughters are in college (Gabriella in Michigan and Milania in Florida), and they could only film (if they wanted, and those two were not too eager to do it, even Milania the last few years) in the summer. Audrianna is a question mark, but she is 15 and still at home. Gia is the only one who is willing to do it. Louie is boring. Juicy Joe was politically incorrect, and a pig, but he was great for tv. 

I don't think Melissa is marketable- even Bravo thinks she is boring (and probably worse- she is not exactly a nice person). Joe Gorga is predictably crude, and his act is old. But I guess Andy Cohen likes him for some reason. The Gorgas are really friendly to him. 

Bravo loves Dolores, I have no idea why that much. She is on The Traitors, and that HW cruise event.
