I hope getting her hair done will help with her anxiety...

but I really, really want a dietitian or nutritionist come in and throw out all the junk I am sure they have in the house.  Both Karen and Amber would benefit!  And Ryan can get some in school but something tells me he isn't into junk (but you never know... a friend's son at 17 would eat half a gallon of ice cream in an evening after practice and still was skinny as a rail)

She had the hairdresser come by just to put in two French braids? And this after a couple of year hiatus. No more house calls for you.

Waste of time for the hairdresser and the episode.  It won't last long.

That's like heated car seats! I went from a 2004 car to a 2023 and I bless the heated seats. I wish that the car had a heated steering wheel but, alas

I can't sleep in long pants or long sleeves, unless I'm really cold (or if I'm taking an afternoon nap...then I can sleep in anything). Usually I wear a tank top and sometimes shorts.

It’s minus 15 C and hubby is sleeping in underwear with the window open ( we can’t control the heat in our building) . It’s freezing by the time I go to bed but I close the window and put on my duvet

My car two cars ago had heated seats. I sometimes wish I had bought it at the end of my lease (though if I had it'd be 11 years old by now so I'd probably be looking to replace it soon). That's the one thing I truly miss about that car (also it was a Hyundai Elantra GT and I liked the hatchback, but they don't make them anymore).

Can't you find heavy weight scales on the internet? So she could have one delivered and then actually be able to demonstrate she's "lost 100 lbs" but she can't because she doesn't want to know.

I don't remember anyone else being as afraid of encountering the least discomfort as she is.   And I think she is not even trying with whatever Dr. Paradise tried to have her do.  She is burying herself with her own hands...

Im not trying to be a jerk, I know she has severe anxiety, but she needs to do the therapeutic homework and push through the discomfort or she will never get better

I’ve been watching Miss Scarlet (nothing to do with the Clue game) on PBS. My friend and I share a membership so I can watch the entire season before it airs. It’s like chicken soup—makes you feel warm and cozy inside.

Super late, but sounds like I didnt miss much.  I want to take that cute, enthusiastic doggy out on the best walk ever, through the parks and woods and all and he can sniff as much as he wants!  Poor guy.
