Unfortunately, seems like she is all talk the talk but not walk the walk.  That looked like fast food and soda she snuck in before her Dr. Now appt.  And she definitely did NOT lose 100 pounds.  Her clothes would fit differently and her face would look different.  And it's been a couple months - I don't think she is working with Dr. Paradise to the fullest either.

Karen: I weigh 859 pounds, but it is critical that I take off my shoes at weigh-in.  Those 0.75 pounds will make a significant difference in the outcome...right?!

Unknown.  Her latest weigh-in before calling Dr. Now was 620 but that was years ago.

I sleep naked all year round. Took some getting used to at first in the winter, but I can not do it any other way anymore.

I used to sleep naked but now that I’m elderly, I can’t take the cold, especially when I have to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. Old age sucks.

Actually, I find it unbelievable that the other patients keep their shoes on for the weigh-in. I always removed my shoes at my doctor's appointment when I was weighed. Damn it, I'm not having that extra weight in my file!! Even though I've lost fifty lbs, I still take them off.

And of course she's still over 600; there was no way she was 700 lbs.

I live on the 2nd floor of a multi family house. Luckily for me, my downstairs neighbors like their heat. Most nights we don't even have to turn ours on.

I wear full pj bottoms and long sleeve pj tops. Love my bamboo. Just no panties. They go in the wash every morning. I have many sets.
