Diamond is his younger sister who did the cooking and grocery and fast food run.    Kavona (?) is the nurse, I think she only comes to DeShaun's to help sometimes, the sister his totally being exploited by DeShaun and Willa, the mother. 

The mother is totally lying.  DeShaun does nothing, has been given every type of assistance by Dr. Now, and DeShaun is a waste of time.

His sister makes food for the family. The aide (the one he calls nurse) cooks for him during the week. She gives him motivation and push.

There was a younger boy in some of the pictures they showed in the childhood exposition section. Plus one that had two other people with their faces blurred so I couldn't tell if one of them was a kid or not.
