Maybe his inner bird is a hummingbird.  Eating its weight in sugar every day!  He just can't physically shove 750 lb of sugar in his mouth every day, but he does his best to try.

Jeez. The breathing!  I look at people like this and think, their size isn't from an accident or some unique genetic condition. You ate yourself into the inability to breath, to move, to attend to your toilet functions, to bathe. You did this. I realize a lot of Dr Now's patients had trauma and never got help dealing with it, but at some point, don't you look at yourself in the mirror and say you are an adult and you're responsible for the way you are now? This applies to a lot of things in life, not just diet.
