I've found that sometimes editing just plays up the jury's expressions to make it seem like they will be these bitter assholes come the Final Tribal council and then we get there and the jury's mostly unbothered.

I'm actually sad Andy is gone.  He had no chance of winning, but I grew to like the guy.  I'd bet anything he's someone Probst would consider bringing back in the future (maybe he's the S47 player Probst already said was contacted for S50).

Now if they can get Sue out next I'll be happy with any of the final 4 winning.

The thing is though, Rachel now has no more advantages, which means she MUST win immunity at Final 5 because they WILL boot her.

Because the way Sue has held that idol to her chest tells me she ain't playing that idol for ANYBODY but herself.

I'm good with it only because I'm convinced his dumbass spiel to Rachel is what convinced her to shift her vote to him instead of Sam.

That was definitely his hubris getting the better of him. There was no need for all that crap after basically telling her he would be voting for her.

The reasons that idols really hasn't worked the last few seasons is bc people get them then tell half the tribe and at least the 1 or 2 that knows it votes around away of the person using it bf they need to, or don't use it and end up going home with a idol in there pocket.

This is the perfect way to use it, they don't know you have it so they can't plan around you with it.

Oh, I definitely think his being wishy-washy about not cementing his vote for Sam made her rethink it.  I think she considered Sam the bigger threat (because seriously, who was going to vote for Andy?)  Sam might get some votes at the FTC. 

Also, Andy having a habit of flip-flopping may not have made her feel secure going into the end game.

Actually, Sue is making a valid point-there's 3 of them and just two of Rachel and Genevieve.  Those 3 could band together and vote at least one of the girls off tonight.
