As the ladies return to Dubai from their Bali getaway, Sara comes home to a disturbing revelation; Caroline Brooks hosts the ladies for a day of polo; Sergio gives Caroline Stanbury an ultimatum on her birthday.

First aired on 8/20/2024

I'm really wondering if these women dress like this ALL the time, even when they are not filming, and doing their usual social things.

Specifically, Ayan - I know she's trying to establish this over-the-top persona, but some of these outfits she wears are completely ridiculous for the lunches, dinners, events, etc. the women are doing.

The outfit she wore to the polo match only would be appropriate on a runway.  I get that she thinks high couture is always the way to go, but dressing appropriately would be so much better, imo.

I think the more she dresses this way, Ayan is becoming a caricature of herself.

Ayan is ridiculous. She’s trying too hard to be over the top it’s annoying.

Sara is an idiot if she really did drop a $45K gig. I still don’t know if I buy that Akin wasn’t just a fake relationship storyline. Sara involves her kid in too much. I get the whole kidnapping thing but other things it’s annoying he’s so involved in her life.

Ayan is the one that shared the voice note so she should be the one ppl are mad at or whatever. She just freaked out so she could get out of being responsible.

I can’t stand Sergio such a whiny clingy needy little bitch. He knows who he married so accept it. Caroline having another baby at almost 50 is stupid. She doesn’t seem like a huge fan of being a mother. I don’t know why Sergio is so obsessed with having a baby it’s dumb.

Agree!  If he really was "traumatized" then carrying on about how scary it was in front of him is not helpful!

Also: Taleen went down in my esteem tonight on two counts - bringing a dog as part of her polo costume, and wearing short black gloves in her TH! 😖.

I don't  like what happened  to Sara with her nanny,  that's pretty  scary stuff. How lovely  to see Nina,  I wish she was back on the show.

I'm over Ayan, but how lucky to know Huda, she has a beautiful  line, and a good following.

Did the ladies  get polo muddled  up with Ascot, Ayan looked awful, and the hat was very uncomfortable  most of the time.

Caroline S is still apologizing , good heavens  ladies, build a bridge and get over it!

There was no $45K gig just like there is no real romantic relationship with Akin.

Sara's son should not be around when she is talking AND how does she know kidnapping was the goal and not a robbery? They probably wanted to know when the kid would be home so they would avoid breaking in at that time. Sara talking about how scary it was, how dangerous, etc...only fuels the fear and anxiety for that kid. Also, confiding in a child so young changes the dynamic later on, I have seen it happen with a friends of mine, the kid gets older and becomes the boss of the mother, basically the kid(s) see the mother as weak and they in turn become the one calling the shots, bossing the mother. Precocious kids are my least favorite kind.

Sergio would get on my last nerve and I would have been done with him as soon as he whined the very first time no matter how cute or fit he is. His obsession with having a baby is bordering on psychotic. That is the thing, if he wanted a baby so badly why did he hitch his wagon to Caroline and not someone twenty five years younger? Was it for the money? Stupid.

Ayan cannot be blamed, remember she had a traumatic childhood, (I am NOT discounting the horrors she went thru at all), so I am not understanding why she is so mad at Stanbury, she should be mad at herself. I guess her dressing over the top she thinks people will be so focused on the hideous costumes she wears and they will forget what she has done with the voice note.

I have been to a few polo matches, it was a tailgate situation with Royal Farms fried chicken, fries and prosecco, we wore jeans and sat on folding chairs and watched out for the ball! The HW's have to be extra but most of them looked ridiculous, I thought Stanbury and the one in the RL sweater and shorts looked like they belonged and how does nobody sweat?

Speaking of looking ridiculous, Stanbury in the unfortunate green laced up back dress with clunky flats when she went to lunch.

What Sara’s housekeeper did was scary.  Her son didn’t look traumatized. He is also too at ease having adult conversations.
Did Chanel Ayan’s makeup line go anywhere? There’s so much out there that overpriced housewife  makeup doesn’t seem like a wise investment.
Lesa being traumatized about Stanbury calling her an escort was over the top. Plus she brought it up again after two years.
Sergio and the damn baby again. I don’t believe he’s going anywhere if she refuses. Also a baby doesn’t necessarily mean he won’t be alone at some point.

Im sick of the confessional looks. Lesa with the wings in front of her boobs and Ayan with the lions on her shoulders. There’s over the top and there’s downright ugly and those two looks are ugly and ridiculous.

I laughed out loud when Ayan went to see her good friend Huda, she shows her an eye liner and tells Huda that she (Ayan), named it "Verbatim," I don't think Ayan knew that word or what it means.

You are right @Chatty Cake, there are so many makeup lines out there already, the HW's dominate the once and done beauty industry how does Ayan think hers will be a money maker when other household HW names failed.

I think they lost a bet and they had to make good on the deal and wear those dresses, it is the only explanation.

Although it is upsetting & scary, Sara seems to be exploiting that story line about the maid, & her kid seems to enjoy the attention.
If Caroline ever has a baby with Sergio it will be via surrogate.  No way is she going to carry it herself.

Very scary, but, weird too.  Seems like if you foiled a kidnapping plot, you'd make your child and your home immediately unavailable for filming.

Did Caroline have foot surgery?  I'm baffled by her footwear this season.

Ayan is constantly confusing herself on who she’s most mad at: Lesa, Caroline S. or herself.

Caroline S. seems beaten down at this point. It’s nice that she’s apologizing without trying to blame Lesa and Ayan (which is clearly throwing off their initial plans to have a big argument culminating in a dramatic storming away from the table), but now that she’s done her apologies she can stop and if those two insist on continuing to see the worst in her, so be it. Although she probably feels stranded at the moment with Lesa/Ayan and Brooks/Taleen back on good terms (for now) and Sara spending most of her time with Saba and being Brooks’ mouthpiece. Leaving Caroline stuck filming with her pouty husband who seems to only know the words “baby,” “me,” and “tiki-tiki.”

Seeing Nina makes me miss her presence in the show. Sara as the voice of reason isn’t cutting it. Right now all she and Saba seem to bring to the table is judgmental eye rolling.

Between Lesa’s assigned dresses in Bali, Brooks’ contest, and Ayan’s personality in general, this cast seems to weaponize fashion. But at least it’s harmless pettiness on this show compared to how dark half of the other franchises have gotten.

How many times does Stansbury have to a police, 70x7? It is ridiculous, Chanel just won’t forgive her

Same for Lesa. Why does she get to say, “should I have said some things? No.” & that’s the end of her apology. Lesa attacked her business, called Sergio gay etc. But that’s ok, I guess?  Then, Stansbury retaliated by saying she was an escort & it’s tears, ‘you hurt my family! I didn’t want to drop off my kids at school!”

what about Stansbury’s family? She might not respect Sergio, but that’s still her husband.

Lesa’s outfit was the cutest, but she had on a collared shirt, a sweater and a blazer!  Isn’t it an average 90 degrees there?! Stansbury looked the most reasonable. And I actually (sorry) thought Ayan’s dress was gorgeous. Inappropriate, as always, but I liked the whole look-cray hat & all.

Omg that kid is the most annoying kid on any of the franchises, and that’s saying something.  “We were at the police station three times!”  “And your underwear!”  Why does this kid know anything about the underwear stealing??

I don’t think there was a kidnapping plot.  I think the maid has some photos posted of people in their house (not ok) and DRINKING!! but I don’t believe she was trying to get that kid kidnapped.  I know it happens, but if anything the dudes were maybe going to steal some stuff.

No one commented on his skin!  Or hair!  I cannot roll my eyes hard enough.

If I was trying to have a conversation with Sara, I’d be like, shouldn’t he go play?  I LOATHE when parents include the kid in any conversation.  I don’t want to have a conversation with a kid.  Especially precocious, annoying kids.

Taleen is trying wayyy too hard.  It’s uncomfortable.  How do the producers not see through it?

I agree the kid is annoying and obnoxious. While I get Sara being upset that men were commenting on her kids picture, Sara herself is putting the kid out there by having him on the show. She makes it worse by including him in  adult conversations. Their dynamic is strange. In contrast we see Lesa share a few normal scenes with her sons.
I believe Sara sees the kid as funny and cute when actually he’s a jerk who needs a haircut.

Sara's story hasn't made it to any of the online media here has it? This is why I do not think it is 100% true or even 50% true...the maid probably took a few baubles but Sara never missed those items?

I am calling the kid Gia Jr.

Sara's story about the maid seems pretty scary but I agree that Maki shouldn't be involved in those conversations. She mentioned he was interviewed by the police as well.

I have a few Huda beauty products so it was kind of cool to see the CEO.

After some digging, I’ve determined it’s not true.  There is nothing to support anything ever coming out of her police reports.  The “maid” had people over, so she covered the cameras. That’s about it.

Also with Saba’s weird press release 🤣 letting the world know that she is not friends with Sara anymore, people were speculating that it’s because Sara is full of it and exaggerated the story.

I was going to ask: Is anyone even watching?  And then I found this:

Ratings: #RHODubai S02E11 — 0.06 demo (P18-49) / 238,000 viewers. *new series low*

Also… does it annoy you when these women ask for a separate chair for their handbags?

So a couple of years ago I was Oaxaca Mexico, (it was an amazing town), every restaurant we went to they would bring a little coat rack sort of thing and in some restaurants a small stool to hang or put our bags on, civility at it's best. I have never seen that anywhere else in the world.

It is kind of annoying and extremely pretentious (just like the Dubai housewives themselves), but I am assuming that most of these ladies' bags are genuine, so probably worth a lot of money, so it's not a big deal for me.  I'd much rather see a bag on an extra chair than sitting on the table, as some other housewives like to do with their fancy, expensive handbags.

I've also been to several parts of Mexico, and love that little handbag rack thing!!  Every restaurant I've gone to brings one immediately when you're seated.  I go the extra step to sort of double wrap the handbag strap on the rung, so that it isn't easily removed by a passer-by.

As you said, extremely civil and such a great idea - I wish more places would do this (unless you need to worry about theft in the area you're in).

Caroline Stanbury should stop apologizing.

Sergio is obsessed with Caroline having a baby. He said this would be his role (purpose) in life! Really? And that he would be left alone without a kid later in life. He has at least one sibling, so why would he think this?

We have polo clubs nearby, in Wellington, Florida. Nobody dresses like this (Florida is more casual anyway), but then again, these women compete about who would be more outrageously dressed.

Sara shouldn't be including her son in adult conversations, especially on tv, and because of the specific case. I understand she is a single mother and he is an only child, but this is a little too much.

It was nice seeing Nina, and Huda Kattan.

As for HWs having a cosmetic line, Lesa is going to have one, as well after Ayan!

I actually thought that was a very real moment. Age-gap relationships can be very difficult. I may or may not have kids, and I’m not crazy about dating older men no matter how attractive they are because I also worry about being alone later in life. I do have one sibling as well, but I think most of us want a family and more people to love than that. When you’re still young and have your parents, all your friends are alive, being child-free and single is easy, at least it is for me. But it is absolutely scary when your family is so small, and it’s not guaranteed that even loved ones younger than you, like a sibling, will be around forever either.

I love that Sergio doesn’t chase youth the way so many attractive (and unattractive lol) men do, but he really should have found love with a woman closer to his age.

Did anyone else notice Ayan's gown while she was dining with her husband?  At first I thought it was an elegant white gown, and then I focused on the shoulder-- there was a cat head sticking out the side of it!  Very reminiscent of that atrocious talking head look.  It must be from the same designer... or perhaps Ayan is going into the fashion business, too, with an emphasis on animal fashions.  (A wig company would have been a no-brainer for her.)
