Is it getting harder to find contestants? 

I would listen to Stassi recap this season and I hate her. But I'd love to hear her thoughts on Micah and Irina.

Did anyone else notice when whatsherface was bragging about how many shoes she brought that she was barefoot and had a raw-looking wound on her foot from poorly-fitting shoes? 🤢

What a twist this season that the men, with the exception of Billy, seem to actually be serious about finding someone to marry, while the women applied to the show in order to develop their IG following. 

I have noticed Netflix reality shows are now more about conflict with a one-dimensional and out to win at all costs villain and their minion. I guess with the success of shows like Pressure Cooker and Outlast that manufactured drama by mentally imbalanced women with low self-esteem and high cockiness is the new normal.

I haven't binged the entire season but have watched through episode 4. And yes, I like more people this season. I didn't like most of the contestants of season 3

I was done at law of attraction. I briefly was seeing a guy a few years ago who was into it and tried pushing it on me, and … no. Micah also just seems kind of bitchy.

Amber totally gives me the vibe that she’d cheat and blame the guy for it. “You were never here!” “I deserve to be happy!” 

The only good match I see in this episode is Brett and Tiffany. Tiffany seems warm and caring.

I had no idea this was back until I was on Netflix looking for something else.

First Impressions:

Micah – I wasn't feeling her. I didn’t like how she always mentioned Amber. She seemed like she was more interested in being in first position with Kwame and Paul rather than really figuring out who she wanted.

Paul - He looks like every Environmental Science student I've ever had.

Leopard print guy – Hell no!

Irina – Did NOT like.  Did she really call someone a loser for planning a Mardi Gras date?  She gives mean girl energy. Also, she needs better make-up. It didn’t match her skin at all and she needed to learn to blend it better

Zack - Kinda meh on him. He  looks like a property brother

Bliss - I liked her.  She seemed nice.  kinda looks like Amber Stevens West a bit.  I kept getting flashes.

Amber - Ditto.  Liked her too.  She also seemed nice.

Kwame - Six minutes into the episode and I was NOT feeling him.  He was giving major  'Where the white women at?' energy.

Jackie - Great hair. Reserving judgment.  She wasn't really giving a lot.  It could just be because so much space was given to all the rest

Brett – liked him almost immediately. Liked his story. But yeah, Don’t think he is quite the optimist he said he is.  LOL

Tiffany - Tiffany – I liked her.  very warm. And a band geek.  I feel bad she fell asleep, tho.  I've heard there are very long days and I can imagine given the fact she was snuggling on the blanket and who knows how long Brett had been talking before he got to the good stuff. and she drifted off.  LOL.

So Paul is a scientist and he's claiming that this is a very sound experiment?  So he's a terrible scientist, then?

I don't know people's names, but there does seem to be some very mean girl energy in the pods this year. And I feel like it can be defined as mean girls because the criticism is so petty. For instance, It feels weird to apply a value judgment on something like selecting Mardi Gras as a theme for a date.  It's not like someone selected an antebellum party or something.  It's Mardi Gras.  I also have little doubt that all of the date themes provided to the contestants are all pretty basic.

I think this is the first version of LIB I've seen that didn't end the first episode with a proposal.  I guess ending on a dramatic moment such as Tiffany falling asleep was too good to pass up.

I can't recall a participant putting so much pressure on another person to end it with others so early on.  Maybe one or two contestants here and there but few appearing so obvious that it was an attempt to "win" more than it was because she actually wanted him.

Since it looks like all the episodes are out...I decided to start watching.

I still like Tiffany even though she fell asleep on Brett.    Maybe she was just tired.    I'll give her the benefit of the doubt because she seemed pretty cool otherwise.    Hopefully she can clean things up with Brett.

Zack gained sympathy points when he finally got serious and talked about his Mom's past.

Not liking Micah at all...she and Paul deserve each other.

Poor Chelsie is going to feel the "2nd choice blues" once Kwame goes to her only because Micah chose Paul.

Truly pathetic when you have to tear someone down to make yourself feel good. Smh. Then Micah upped the ante & STOLE PAUL when she told Kwame she could see a future with him & was falling for him after he told her he had a strong connection with someone else. WTF?!! SO MESSED UP!!! She's SHADY!!! She gets them more into her when she's threatened by other women being closer than her.

They really dragged that out, I guess making us wonder, like Brett. I was hoping he would react rationally, but I knew he wouldn't. Like think she fell asleep or passed out or something, ANYTHING that wasn't her INTENTIONALLY abandoning him after SHE TOLD HIM she is was falling in love with him because THAT WOULD MAKE SENSE!!!!! UGHHHH. I really hate when people assume something bad when NOTHING the person has DONE has given them ANY reason to. He better get tf over it. & The other stupid guys feeding into that BS?!!! The guy joking that he was a stripper... Glad he snapped out of that BS. He did that to play around & get rejected because he was so scared. Who knew it was because his mother was a stripper & a partner's parents didn't accept that. GET SOME THERAPY!!!!!
