Magda surprises the guests by putting on a show; Aesha learns that being a barista isn't easy; Ryan struggles to accommodate the guests' demands; an extra tip leaves Brittini in tears.

OK, Ryan must be encouraged to antagonize Aesha and Benny to piss off Jaime?

Benny says he's there to have fun.  Well this isn't a regular charter crew, it's a TV show so his attitude is somewhat understandable.  Are Jaime and Jason his real bosses or they're playing roles like he is?

Ryan talking like that, and doubling down over and over has to be enhanced for TV.  If he really said things like that on a real charter there would be problems.

Why would he want to openly flout guests' wishes if he's also in it for the tip?

Was it really Magda's idea to do her Marilyn Monroe thing?  She's too skinny.  Again, seems like she would have had to have some prompting though maybe with her dance background, she's a bit of a ham.

That extra tip thing is also suspicious.  $500 each to 5 different cast members?  Why would Benny get one of the extra tips?

But everybody who got the extra envelopes immediately agreed to share?  These guests were demanding but generous.  Or the tip is a fiction, the producers decide what they get.

The crew muttered under their breath "never come back" but they put on the smiles and said "bye, come back soon!"

Primary was belittling Aesha for not making him a good cappuccino, told them to get a frother.  He's the one who talked about not liking the decor.  With that funny voice, probably a voiceover they added later.

I think Benny got the extra tip because he took them snorkeling and they got to know him.  It seemed like the tips went to the people they interacted with. Not fair to Tumi and Brittini.  I'm glad everyone shared.

I almost turned this off.  There have been jerks on this show before, but Ryan and his treatment of Aisha and the guests made me so mad.  What an insufferable douche.

Charter guest A-Hole Supreme Karim – “One charter ship caters to 10 people, mine caters to 15 people.”  Well then, get on your own boat and enjoy.  I’m no fan of Sir-Dicks-A-Lot (Ryan), but I do have to admit I enjoy his making you squirm.  These charter guests are the reason some want to eat the rich.

Yes, Ryan, you have met your Waterloo.  No sympathy – except for the rest of the crew whose tip will suffer.

Magda – I don’t know what that was – it wasn’t Marylin, but it was something nippleous.

Karim – may the fleas of a thousand camels infest your armpits.

In my dream show, Ryan gets fired and I get to hear "hello lovelies"  when the replacement chef arrives.  Never will happen though.

Bosun needs to have a talk with Benny, but not when drunk and in front of the other crew.

It’s almost comical and satirical how awful Ryan is. Not only is he a sub par cook,  not a chef, mind you, he is just despicable.

Permission to throw him overboard and label him as NRPI, Gorgeous  Captain?  (no real person involved) - (Succession reference).

Magda may be cringeworthy and annoying with the text messaging, she at least has a good attitude and that is key in any workplace! Notice how the brilliant Tumi is always helping her and doesn’t mind because of her positive attitude. Tumi’s tables are a work of art and I appreciate her excellent manners and work ethic.

Bosun needs to go back into law enforcement. He is not a good fit and Benny needs to throw that having a good time at work out of his mind. He is such a baby. It’s work for a reason and not always fun.

As always, the scenery is the real star of these shows.

At this point I think Ryan is  just a troll!
He is lucky he is dealing with Aesha... cause someone like Kate Chastain would had already "donated" his balls to the friendly sharks of the area.
Aesha and Tumi look like people you really want to work with. Positive attitude, friendly manners.

My dear late husband and I always used to say, "That's why it's called work.  It's NOT Disneyland!"

Would that be Ben?  I love Ben.  I even love angry, snarly Ben.

Always love Ben.  Also, I would love to see how Magda works with Kate or Hannah as her chief stew.

I would never call what Magda did a Marilyn Monroe impersonation.  She should have just said it was a risqué dancer at the casino.  Her makeup was horrible and the wig was a complete miss and mess. I'm sure she is a good dancer and yoga instructor, but this "entertainment" was not it.  (And that is without mentioning the nipple showing!). Nothing about that scene seemed like a luxury yacht experience.

Okay - Ryan has just elevated himself to the world's biggest dickhead ever!  What a fucking condescending mysoginistic jerk off!!

Aesha should have taken a vacuum cleaner and thrown it at his head.  He is reason residents of other countries refer to U.S. citizens as "Ugly Americans".

Aesha is too nice and I hope she finally finds her voice and lets him have it.  I would love to see what Kate or Hannah's reaction to Ryan's comments would have been - it would have been epic, I'm thinking.

He really can't be that big of a douchbag, can he?

Benny and Ryan need to go off and have their own pity party.  Aesha is showing tremendous restraint.  Yes the guests are obnoxious, but it's chef's job to give the people what they want. "I only eat fish, but not this fish"  Oy

The captain's disco helmet is really stupid, but seeing him doing laundry and washing dishes is amazing.  No other captains do that.  He seems to try very hard to see the crew's concerns.

The Marilyn act was lame, but the guests seemed to love it.

The tip thing was weird.  I understand Brittni feeling snubbed.  Captain handled it well.

Glad they all shared.

There's something off here. Are there no preference sheets? Far be it from me to defend Ryan, but as I think back he is correct in saying they generally do not discuss the meal plan with the guests beforehand - especially dinner. It's always a surprise when they bring the food out and announce "for our first course we have such-and-such" and the guests ooh and ahh over its presentation. But if some of them do not eat fish that would be on their preference sheets and it's the first thing that would come up - yet we are not hearing about it.

Also, while Ryan is certainly an obnoxious dick, the food he is preparing looks decent, and on par with what some of the better chefs in the franchise have served. I'm still waiting for the captain to give him a good smackdown for his shitty attitude though. We know it's coming, they already showed it as part of the overall season promos.

Considering the complaints about the food and the decor the tip was generous. I really don't think the guests decide what it is or even fork it over. That may explain the individual envelopes, and I think Tumi and Brittini were excluded because they never interacted with the guests, except for the one time Tumi brought that cappuccino out. It was rude but possibly an honest oversight when they made up the envelopes and hadn't accounted for two of them they never saw.

Did y'all know that Bennie lost his parents last year? I guess that's why he's such a wanker?

I swear, if I have to hear about his dead parents one more time, or that he's just there to have a good time . . . as if he's a charter guest instead of one of the crew. And his "my parents died" defense seems to be working because people keep making excuses for him.

Benny Boy also needs to learn that walking away when you boss is talking to you is not a great idea.  99% of the time that will get you fired.

It generally signals "I quit".

"OH! You're just throwing a tantrum?  Fine.  Bye!"

I just cannot figure out when it became ok to totally dismiss your boss when you don't like what he is saying to you.  Benny gets his feelings hurt and feels picked on by both Jamie and the Capitan.  Dude, it's called work and constructive criticism.  How are you supposed to get better at what you do without some guidance?  Or do you know everything already?  Neither one of them have treated him unfavorably.   He looks like a whinny baby.

Ryan is a total ass and as some have suggested, he is doing it for the cameras.  I don't think so, as he totally thinks he is better than everyone else and that shit eating smirk on his face (which I wish Aysha could wipe off) confirms it.  He is not that good of an actor...........or chef for that matter.  Some of his dishes looked good but he does not put the passion and pride we have seen the other chefs do.  Even the cranky ones.  Oh except Leon.  He sucked too.

Are they not firing Benny because he's the only other person qualified to pilot the tenders?

They haven't fired him (so far) because he's bringing the drama Bravo wants. I think it's very telling how he keeps saying he's just there to have a good time. There is no pretense on his part this is a real job, he's on a TV show and doesn't understand why it's not just a big party. I bet they have to edit out a lot of his comments about that very fact.

That tip thing has to be something the producers told them to do.  To give a tip to everybody except Tumi, Brittiani, and the CAPTAIN??  What?  Nope don't believe it but yeah the Captain was very sweet and I can see why everyone finds him attractive.

Magda's Marilyn Monroe--what the fudge was that??  If you hadn't told me who she was I would have thought it was just some chick in a terrible wig.  🙄
