I cant take credit for this thought, I read it somewhere...but it goes something like, "when you hit a wall, lean on it".  Your body may be telling you to slow down for now.😘

Yeah, I am trying to go with the flow. My knee is better, but my cataracts are getting worse and I am still stressing about the surgeries. If it isn't one thing, it's another!!

When I took my mother in the first thing they did was give her an Ativan.  The second thing they did was put numbing drops in her eye.  I expect you'll do fine.  They let me sit with mom until the doctor was ready and she was absolutely calm.  The joys of Ativan.  She was a little loopy as we left.

Thanks for that @Absolom! I hope that is how it goes for me. I am really freaked about this whole thing... I don't have family local, a neighbor is taking me in for the surgery. I can take loopy any day!! LOL

4,772 steps yesterday.

Beautician cut off 10" of my Covid hair yesterday. Boy does it feel better now!!

Wow!  I'm going to have that done as soon as my grown-out (grey) hair is long enough, so when/if I have it colored again, it'll be on virgin hair.  I'm not sure what shade of blonde I'll go with yet...probably a light strawberry blonde.

My hair hasn't been this long since my mid-20's.
