It's interesting to me how so many of the Y&R actors are showing their tats now. Pretty much everyone used to cover them up while they were in character. 

And on a horrific tat scale, I generally measure them by one which is a plot point in the 1991 thriller film, "The Rapture." (Which I don't recommend watching if you're seriously religious.)

One of my pet peeves is when a question is asked of someone and someone else answers the question. Manic Phyllis🐍 was doing a lot of that for Daniel.

Is Victoria using Victor as an excuse for not wanting her “little girl” to move in with Kyle before they are even engaged 🤔. 

I’m so glad Sally turned Billy👃down about working with him.  It would have been a big mistake second to having a “relationship” with him.  Yes, Billy👃takes her breath away but only when he inhales.

The writers either don't know how to write ANY kind of storyline for Mariah & Tessa -- or they're too uncomfortable to write ANY kind of storyline for them, let alone an interesting one.  Ah, I know, silly me, expecting these shit writers to actually come up with an interesting storyline!

It's really too bad cuz both the characters and the actresses have great potential to be quite good with the right scripts.  But I guess there's nobody else for Daniel to hook up with?  Very disappointing if Show does break up Mariah & Tessa, but they've been turned into such a dull couple.

Where's a tranquilizer gun when you need it?  The GCAC dining room really needs to start stocking one for when Phyllis stops by.  That performance she put on, sitting with Billy and Daniel was epic.  She was spinning like she was Rumplestilskin.  Come to think of it, that dress she was wearing made it look like she'd skinned Rumplestilskin and draped herself in it.

Michael Graziadei is a good actor and I think, if you just look at his performance today, he showed that.  As ridiculous as the actual storyline is, he more than held his own against the silliness of the story and against MS's especially annoying over-acting today.  It must be exhausting sharing scenes with her.

Billy, as usual, in both his scenes at the GCAC and at Crimson Lights, did an excellent interpretation of what a fart would look and sound like it if took human form.

Then we were treated to Girl Scout Claire trying to sell Kyle's cookies to Grandma and Mommy, while they all resaid, restated and responded to yet one more conversation about trying to stop Nosferatu from running Claire's life. 

Good luck with that.

Other than a lot more chanting of "Abbott Communications", and Tessa's unfortunate apparent run-in with a bottle of bleach, I don't remember anything else that happened.

I think my mind is starting to protect me these days by making me forget.......

Yeah, I think she's attempting to put herself in the league of the current pop princesses like Sabrina Carpenter, or the classic rockers like Stevie Nicks. Problem is, most of those women are either much younger or much older than she is.

Phyllis finally got a taste of what everyone who has ever shared an elevator with her has felt.  Same for every cab, Uber, Lyft or dumpster driver.

Did anyone else almost fall into a diabetic coma?  Jeebus, that was some crap writing.  The thing that really got to me (and probably staved off the coma) was that they stood in the middle of Society for about an hour of soap opera time and declared their undying love for each other.  Either Society has very little patronage* or all the patrons were on the floor in the aforementioned coma, but the Schmoops held the floor for waaaay too long.  They didn't even sit at a table!!  Just stood there schmooping!!

That, along with, apparently, a daily rehash of Phyllis and Billy's romantic past, along with the terminal schmoopyness of Claire and Kyle promises to make this a groundbreaking summer for Y & R. 

The only thing that could make it better would be if Victor was featured as the centerfold of Playboy magazine.

So what is Show building up to with Daniel?  He’s gonna start playing & leave everyone astonished at his great & awesome talent & compare him to Eric Clapton?  Yeah, right.  Or will he turn out to be as meh as his has been, barely talented father?  Either way — big snooze & yawn to any of this shit.
