As I've said before, I think probably most of those flips are "garden variety" where the homes are not disasters and the flips are cosmetic - put a few thousand dollars in, make a few thousand and move on.

I guess from reading these comments that my opinion will be unpopular, but I don't care that we didn't learn how and when Jack dies in last night's episode. I love all these complex characters and love to see all the interactions between them, past and present. I will watch this show until it ends, I'm sure. I'm invested in these characters and their lives.

I feel sorry for them and their family.

I did LOL the other day after Savannah came back and they were talking about how much sleep you lose with babies or some such and Savannah said something to the effect of "she gets up but Matt (instead of I think Mike is her husband's name) keeps sleeping"! I know Matt supposedly had an affair with Natalie but I don't think there has been any hint of impropriety with Savannah so it was just funny and not creepy. There were facepalms all around!

I really liked the character of Rayna James and I really like Connie Britton. I will miss her. I will keep watching, though. It will be interesting to see where the characters and storylines go now. I can accept the fact that this is a work of fiction, and that, if I had been writing it, it would have been different, but it's not off my list. I've got feelings invested in it, and I'm going to see it through.

I'll admit I did get a good laugh out of Joe saying Mika was Facetiming her chickens - Nugget and the others whose names escape me!

Mika was wearing an Episcopal scarf this morning - then at some point it was gone. I agree with whoever posted that it's some sort of secret signal! Joe was pretty good in discussing the danger posed by Trump's trash talk about the judiciary.

I feel like I know a lot of people, but I don't know anyone who has any kind of structured settlement - seems like the market for JGW would be kinda small...

I'm attending the annual convention of the Episcopal Diocese of Virginia. There are many colorful stoles on display for sale to priests. I tried to post a photo for you Oakville, but I can't because the file size is too big. I think quite a few of them would look good on Mika!

I agree that the opening montage set to Buffalo Springfield's "For What it's Worth" was, to use Joe's favorite word, stunning. Made me feel old when Joe said it was from 50 years ago. (I remember it from then)
