  1. Some people, well the New York Post anyway, think Dennis Shields is pretty shady, an operator you could say. https://nypost.com/2018/01/02/how-firms-are-getting-rich-on-the-surest-money-grab-in-nyc/
  2. I suspect it was a pain patch. She has sarcoidosis. Her book is about dealing with chronic pain.
  3. I think Bethenny might be afraid of what Carole can reveal about Bethenny/Jason although Bethenny is so narcissistic she'd never believe SHE did anything wrong. Wonder where Andy stands?
  4. When Carol refers to B’s “minor success as a caterer,” I couldnt help but think of Kelly’s “you are not a chef, Bethenny, you are a cook.”
  5. Bethenny has custody every other week. Because of all her issues with any kind of compromise with Jason, the schedule is rigid, no changes or exceptions.
  6. Well, Carole should be grateful to Bethenny for regaining her writing skills in that blog. It said everything I'd like to say about B with more receipts. Dorinda got Bethenny last week in her blog (you can call him Mr. Medley from now on), and now Carole. I couldn't be happier. This Berkshire party will be a doozy.
  7. Yet again, we have only Bethenny's side of the story.
  8. Wow, Bethenny knows to hit where it hurts, Carole has no career and my goodness, she's not married. Last week Bethenny threw out that Medley was an inconsequential nobody which was far from the truth and to which Dorinda took huge umbrage in her blog. Medley was a much much bigger financial player than Dennis whose "bank" takes huge fees from t hose who are waiting for settlements and need money now. When Carole was unfairly parroting Bethenny's disparaging of Jason, Bethenny was fine with it. Carole had no first hand experience with Jason. So she saw some nasty texts. What couple has not had nasty texts. Bethenny was prohibited legally from speaking about Jason or the divorce on the show, so Carole did it for her. That stuck in my craw. Bethenny's face when Carole complimented Duff was priceless. I think in real life, Carole has some nice friends. As for her procrastination, remember last year when she and Adam were writing the "I'm a vegan" book, they couldn't even agree on the general format? As for Duff, it was nice to see her. I remember her from MTV. She has sarcoidosis. Not quite sure what that is, but it involves periods of intense pain. She is buddies with George Clooney. He provided the vodka fountain.
  9. Yup, and Bethenny has had her share of failures too. Remember the shapewear? One appearance on QVC and out with a zillion customer complaints re fit. Same with her overpriced blender on QVC, one and done. Same with most of the products she launched under the SkinnyGirl umbrella. In fact if you look at her website now, no products are listed. Its been that way for sometime. She lucked out big with Beam/Suntory. As for her real estate acumen, the first apartment (the one with Jason) sold immediately. The second apartment did not. It was for sale for months and months and was then rented. Market has changed on the high end bracket. I've seen her behave so inappropriately to her employees both on Instagram and on the show, I can never see her as someone who empowers females. Latest was her ridiculous dance routine in the Hamptons with her "SkinnyGirl staff." She was completely inappropriate herself, but then forced her employees to get up and "dance sexy." Yes, she did great work for Puerto Rico.
  10. I almost get the feeling that Kelly is going to be the social media presence for the brokerage house rather than the actual broker. She might bring views to the properties. The woman is always hustling for a gig. She seems from photos to be back in her Police Building apartment, not uptown where she had supposedly moved. Does anyone know? She's also in the Hamptons most of the summer, even though she sold her gorgeous house. Don't know who hosts her. On the charity side, Kelly has been consistent in her work for the Food Bank since her days on the show. Her daughters have volunteered there as well.
  11. Let's not forget Bethenny costuming herself as Barbie.
  12. Last year I swear the Alex Jones character had a very bad southern accent. Now it seems Aussie has crept in. What accent exactly is he attempting? Hate the character and hope he doesn't have a huge presence this year. Elizabeth Marvel really nailed the character last night; last year I didn't like her. I think Linus Roache is promising as well. WHEW, Saul will be in the government. Now how do we redeem Dar just a bit so we can see some or preferably a lot of him. Carrie's manic energy carried me through the show. Hated the opening; bring back the old opening please. Don't make us see Carrie on the treadmill every week.
  13. I was very bored. My only curiosity was where were Noah's college scenes filmed, wasn't Princeton as far as I know from two visits. An all Noah POV is just not interesting. That dinner scene was so lengthy and clunky. There are so many plotlines and characters to pursue the last thing I need is to hear college discussions on "no means no." Anxious to get more of Maura Tierney and Ruth Wilson.
  14. Why don't we get a similar conversation about Dennis Shields the current love of Bethenny's life? When did he leave his wife, when did he move out of the Old Westbury home, etc. etc, etc. What will his divorce settlement be? And I agree with poster above that the LuAnn/Alex open marriage was never openly stated on RH. It is none of Bethenny's business to bring it up on camera.
  15. Agree, its possible that is what the $22mil was. We'll never know.
  16. She was worth $22 million BEFORE the SG contract. Daddy must have been very generous. http://radaronline.com/celebrity-news/bethenny-frankel-divorce-documents-bravo-luxury-lifestyle-net-worth/
  17. The only thing I liked about this episode was brainiac Dr. Peter staring helplessly at the puzzles pieces while Neal and Debbie cruised to the win.
  18. Wow, this is hysterical. I wonder what the ultimate outcome was. Is she fresh out of prison? What a find for Survivor. Hope she stays for a while for the humor aspect. I'm glad somebody mentioned Mr. Bounty Hunter's earrings. They are driving me nuts.
  19. Love character and actress. A world weary beauty. I have to Google her prior work, would like to see it.
  20. David had other gf's along the way, including Oksana Grigorieva, who finally hooked in Mel Gibson. http://www.tmz.com/2010/12/04/oksana-grigorieva-mel-gibson-david-foster-house-rent-timothy-dalton-malibu/ As for money, Yolanda probably has more than David, thanks to Mohammed. She OWNS the Malibu spread, land given to her by Mohammed in their divorce. It just sold for over $19mil. http://www.latimes.com/business/realestate/hot-property/la-fi-hotprop-yolanda-foster-20151027-story.html
  21. Carrie had stolen Acrobat's laptop. She asks for During's help in getting NuMan to find what is on that laptop that will solve the puzzle. During of course does it, and Numan spends hours trying to figure out the password (doing this remotely from Berlin). Once Numan figures out the password, Carrie figures out by quick Googling that Acrobat's screen saver is a pic of Acrobat in front of Joe's Banana Bar (or whatever the bar was called) in St. Lucia. Carrie remembers that Allison mentioned St. Lucia and that bar when she was turning over command to Carrie. Thus, she puts Allison together with Acrobat, and realizes Allison is involved in the plot to kill her. A bit implausible, but oh well. At last Carrie knows.
  22. Don't think Miranda Otto can carry a show, so I was disappointed in last night's episode, although a lot was revealed. She was in just too many scenes. Acrobat disappointed me as an actor as well. Now that we know Allison wasn't a mole from youth, I'm curious as to when she learned Russian. Agree that the Quinn situation has gotten OTT re his injuries and recoveries. Back to Berlin now. So now Carrie knows about Allison and Acrobat, now what?
  23. I like this franchise, if only to see Australia and the environs. I too thought the first episode was a bit awkward; everyone has seen season one and attempted to improve their appearance and tone down their worst behavior traits. Gina lost a layer of makeup and one accessory, but she still stands out. I love Gina. She was a bit too guarded in this episode for my liking. I love full on snarky Gina. I thought Chyka looked wonderful. Thanks for explaining the 5-2. It worked, she has a great body. She is a bit too rehearsed though. With Lydia, you can't change the stupid. And when she brought out the dress that Mama oohed and ahhhed about, I thought it was a dress from last season to show how much weight she lost. No taste whatsovever in clothes, our Lydia. She is a natural beauty though. I can't bear looking at Janet, and the set up was just so contrived with the so called last minute plans for the birthday. Couldn't we have avoided the scenes with the cake baker and the party planner in order to see some of their homes, etc? The venue the party planner scored that the "last minute" looked tacky. Lisa V would not have approved. Jackie just talks too much. And she looks dreadful. I didn't pay much attention to Gamble except to laugh at the Shakespeare reference (Gambol would be a prettier name.). And Petit had her act overly rehearsed. Looking forward to the rest of the season. Good riddance to the dermatologist's wife, forgot her name already.
  24. The show did me in last night. I suffered through part one of the season's three parts, with Carey in jail, about to go to jail, on trial, etc. Yawning through the whole thing. Oh yeah, the move back to LG space because Diane owned the lease, that made sense too. And the move happened in one day and phones and internet and offices were all in place in no time flat. Would that the election happened so fast. Then we had a break, and then we had two boring episodes in which Carey was tried, Kalinda did all sorts of shenanigans and then, Carey is back at the firm. Two more yawners. Then another break, and then last night's episode, written by unpaid interns, I think. Did the real writers go off on a paid break? The trial was silly, long, and dull, the election scenes were repetitive, and the law firm scenes, well were there any? OH, yeah, Kalinda and Bishop. Bishop has such on screen presence, its a crime that the writers have reduced him to a suburban papa. And who was following Kalinda in the car. I'm done for the season, will watch one or two next season to see if there has been any improvement. Great characters and very good actors, but the writing has gone to pot.
