Retired floral designer here and that’s exactly what the consultant should have lead her to do ,have flowers of their birth months. She actually said I want each color coming down. What on a string? Hauling out polyester flowers in those colors because blue roses are hard to come by. I’m remembering her going to consult on the outdoor goofy theme shindig. That guy was priceless.

Yes it was. I talked this show up to my son because he’s in the process of getting bids and plans from contractors to knock a wall and redoing kitchen and we’re in California. He got the news that knocking a wall down if not load bearing it was going to be $50,00 ( if load bearing another 5,000 and it would be half type wall ) and they don’t supply appliances or CABINETS! So what he’s able to do doesn’t make sense. I understand these shows you don’t keep the furniture but they do indicate laborsomething is amiss. Other show long ago when they got in a bind the designers would say I called in a favor etc. The yellow kitchen redo he did say he got floor sample appliances.

He passed on many family vacations and I remember one he went on then received a phone call from “ the farm “ and he walked away from where they were to talk, then left the vacation. She most likely planned the vacations just like she was soccer coach hauling them from game to game ,shopping ,feeding ,doctors ,school, church. She was host to the boys friends who hung around the farm . Something tells me he didn’t attend any parent teacher conference or parents night, if he was upset about the mess he could clean it.
