Faux Life: Things That Happen On TV But Not In Reality
Mulva replied to Kromm's topic in Everything Else TV
Henry did have a throwaway line about his "idiot nephew", the King of Scotland without any further elaboration. -
I remember when demons fled in fear when angels showed up. Angels could smite them with a look. What happened?

I don't care if he got a text, he raped her. The man deserved prison time. As for Noah, who cares.

I'm still trying to figure out why they aren't even trying to grow food. You'd think that they'd plant crops that don't need insect pollination like potatoes or corn.

Dean has every right to be angry, sad, bitter and grief stricken. He does not have the right to take his feelings out on anyone else. I find the defense of that behavior by excusing it as that's just the way he is, to be reprehensible. Behavior is a choice. Dean using Sam and Jack as his emotional punching bags is completely wrong and undeserved.
-
Well that would explain why they never seem to learn from experience.

I loved this episode. It's good to see Sam express his emotions for once. Jack is adorable.

I'm to the point where I hope Melissa, Todd, Erica, Gayle take the kids and go off to find Pamela and Glen. Why didn't they use walkie-talkies years ago? Or put a radio in Glen's car so they could stay in touch?

Anybody else notice that the alien hitman was played by Toby from The Office? I was half expecting him to confessing to being the Scranton Strangler.

I thought the O'Hara family took the Titanic.

What? You mean Scarlett didn't flee Atlanta in a Model T?

Now I want to see Lorelai in the Handmaid universe.

That's the plot of the next Sharknado! Starring Wil Wheaton, Jensen Ackles and Charisma Carpenter along with Ian Ziering. TV has taught me that brick must be removed from a house before its transported to another location. What I'll do with this information is anybody's guess. -
So what happened to Corbett's body? Did they leave him in the house? Or did they try to explain to sceptical cops that he was killed by a ghost?

Supernatural Bitterness & Unpopular Opinions: You All Suck

I'm glad Cas is gone. They ran out of ideas for the character years ago. -
I want to see Rowena come back as a ghost haunting the Winchesters.

Well at least the Banes family are likeable. I'm surprised he didn't re-reanimate Tasha too.

In my head canon, the colonists promptly turned the robots off the minute the doctor left and melted them all down for scrap. Yes, his whole attitude of, 'well they've forgotten all about it so you shouldn't be bothered' was awful.

And the fault still lies with the one who kicked his own teenaged son out in the middle of the night, not with the teenager. -

That's exactly how I feel. Sure, Dean had every right to be upset, but he should have gotten over it during the years Sam was at Stanford, or they should have hashed it out in S1 and let it drop permanently. All it does is make Dean look like an immature, jealous, grudge-holder, especially since he had a car, wasn't tied down with a job or family, and could have visited Sam anytime he wanted.
