We've heard Christine parrot "I've always wanted to be the third wife" for years now. It's crystal clear that she wants to be the third of three - not four. Christine is starting to come across a lot of the issues Meri battled alone for years - not being able to give Kody the spawn he needs for his little planet. I suspect that for a decade, the only quality sex was with Christine. Kody sexing up Meri was probably stressful because she was either crying or had her legs up in the air trying to conceive, desperate to produce more Browns. Of course this is speculation, but I wouldn't be surprised if Kody has only slept with Janelle a dozen times in 20 years. He's just not into her other than being appreciative that she gave him the first child and a male. Then along came Christine with her "shameless" flirting.... For an era, she was the sexual one. Then came with Robyn with her Victoria's Secret crotchless panty debt.

I noticed with the spoilers from last night (gone now) the source said "_____ gets turned." He/she didn't want to spoil it. He/she commented that it was the only thing they didn't want to ruin. Any idea of who could turn that he didn't want to spoil for the fans.

Hopefully she had that experience with her first husband.

Who knows if the spoiler is real, but I can see them ending the series with a human Bill. All the dumb flashbacks have to be for something.

I originally tuned in to this show because I'm a psychotherapist for the VA and a majority of my clients are in treatment for PTSD. I'm also a Veteran and like to see how my fellow Veterans are portrayed in the media. I just don't understand why TC was in that raid or even in unit with his brother. I've fan-wanked that these flashbacks happened in 2003/2004 and that TC was not yet a physician (maybe a degree in biology or something at that point). He experiences his index trauma and goes into the "avoidance" portion of PTSD. In avoidance, some men and women turn to drugs, alcohol, video games, etc - anything that gets them away from the intrusive thoughts of the trauma and hyperarousal that follows. Some people use work or school as avoidance and become successful. I've sold myself that TC threw himself into finishing med school instead of dealing with the trauma. He was successful for a while but it has caught up to him. Now, this is purely anecdotal, but from my experience helping many combat veterans process their trauma - for those that had to kill a child or saw dead children, these painful intrusive thoughts do not catch up to them until they have children of their own -- then their avoidance behaviors consume their day. So-- I've also invented a child out there for TC. That said, I wish this were the Drew show.
