I have, as the result of a failed root canal. The root canal and failure were the worst part. After the root canal, I couldn't eat anything. Cake was too hard! So that tooth had to be pulled, and I chose an implant to replace it. I don't remember being in a lot of pain, or being in pain for an extended period. I think having all four wisdom teeth out was worse.

They're probably trying to get your Medicare number.

The TV money couldn't have been more than a couple hundred bucks, if that. She was only at the TV station for, what, an hour at the most? 30 minutes each time? What year are we in the show again? I remember in the early 90s, a massage was about a dollar a minute where I lived.

I knew immediately who they wanted for FJ, but it took me a couple of seconds to get from Kevin Costner to the real name. Yay, asterisk! The only TS I got were -ton and acacia. Ben was a machine tonight!

Same here. I've never read anything by the author in question, and have no clue how tall anyone is. And the only TS I got were Ronco, Passepartout, hutch, and basalt.

I had a roommate once (straight woman) who was exactly like Carson and Jack. Perpetually cheerful and upbeat. Singing when she woke up in the morning because she was so joyous just to be alive. So I can fully believe that Carson and Jack are as authentically cheerful as they appear to be. It was a bit annoying, but she was so genuinely nice, I couldn't be mad at her.

I don't like okra in any way, shape, or form.

The spa day money was the extra TV money, not a week of waitressing money. Maybe I don't see so much wrong with treating oneself every now and then. Back in the day, I had a part-time job (fewer than 10 hours/week) in addition to my full-time job, and I used the part-time job money for "fun" things like going to the movie or eating out. I was and am very fiscally responsible with my full-time job money.

The Amazing Editors really had a field day with all of that.
