  1. The show heavily implied that the romanovs would have lived if King George stepped in. That’s definitely my interpretation of it based on what I watched. it’s hard to believe that Penny would have been having an affair with Philip because of the age difference. Philip just looks like an old man. Where is Penny looks young. I just have a hard time believing they were intimate.
  2. Was nice to see Claire Foy. Was hoping we’d see Matt Smith too but maybe he was busy filming house of the dragon. I’m not loving the actress who plays Diana. While she does look the part, (albeit too tall) she doesn’t embody Diana the way the previous actress did. Dominic as Charles also doesn’t seem like the right casting choice.
  3. This show is amazing! The way they were able to film on location really makes you feel like you’re there with them at this five star resort in Sicily. Really enjoying this season and I wasn’t sure if anything could top season one.
  4. I think they did a bad job with the actor playing Steven because he doesn’t have any of the charisma or charm that a narcissist would need. It doesn’t make any sense that Diana would be pining over him. She is portrayed as very confident and secure. If Stephen is supposed to be a narcissist, he would have broken her down and made her so insecure and that would be the only reason why she still love him. So the writing of Diana just doesn’t make any sense to me. If we’re supposed believe that, these women are hooked on Stephen, he needs be the type of villain you root for like Don Draper, Tony Soprano, Walter White, Damon, from House of the Dragon. Stephen just has zero charm or charisma. I can’t see how anyone would be interested in him.
  5. Very unhappy with this ending! There’s so much bad news in the world that this ending was just so sad and depressing. Especially the fake out that he survived only to see that no he actually was killed. I was hoping that Sam‘s father would report what happened to the police and that would lead to freeing Alan. I actually think that would’ve been a better ending because it’s ironic that Sam’s “progress” with not killing his father led to his arrest. I wish I didn’t watch this series because the ending was just awful.
  6. Dude!!!! Thanks for the spoiler!! Had no clue someone killed Stephen.
  7. Did you just reveal a major spoiler without adding spoiler tag? I had no idea about this and now the ending has been spoiled.
  8. Agreed. I had to keep pausing it because Stephen is so horrific. I hate him so much I don’t know if I can keep watching it. He’s an unlikeable villain unlike Daemon from House of the Dragon or Don Draper. I’m assuming he lied about being in the car?? Otherwise he also left the scene of a crime and didn’t call an ambulance or anything. Why would Lucy than give him compassion? I can’t believe he is telling Diana what she did BEFORE they met was somehow worse than him cheating on her while they were in a relationship! And the way he manipulates his friends! I hate him!!!!
  9. What does Sam rest insp. Mean?
  10. What made you lose interest?
  11. The chemistry between Daemon and Rhaynera is really intense. Matt Smith, while not particularly attractive, has so much sex appeal.
  12. I just binged the Last Kingdom on Netflix and the episodes are so long and there’s no commercials. Why are these episodes so short?
  13. I loved this series and was not expecting to! i was a bit confused with all the double crossing in the finale though. Harald gave Leif a hint about the attack but Olaf planned something else. What was it exactly? Where were the split battles with the Kattaket warriors? My favorite character is Emma and I’m happy she succeeded. So I guess Forkbeard did trust her. I missed seeing king Canute but clearly his absence was needed. why exactly was forkbeard so mad at Olaf for winning Kattaket? Didn’t they want Olaf to be king or Norway— though I guess Canute wanted it to be Harold. i really enjoyed the game of thrones aspect to this with the double crossing and how it keeps changing who’s on top. And Godwin makes a perfect Baelish. Still bitter about the GOT ending though! And my goodness the actor who plays Harold is gorgeous— he absolutely could’ve made a great jon snow.
  14. I missed what happened with Max and Billy. Was she really happy he died?
  15. I could not follow the time jumps in the restaurant. Did Margaret have the blue hair in 2017 when Michael wore the round glasses because that is what it looked like? Which timeline was Todd heavily drinking? 2011 or 2017? Also I felt like Sophie's hair was not consistent. It was the 2011 style when Michael had on the 2017 round glasses. Did anyone else notice this?
  16. I found myself confused with the El scenes. Were the ones with her head shaved all in the past? I thought she was kidnapped in present day and brought back to the lab and they shaved her head again and that all was happening in present day. Jamie Campbell bower always plays a bad guy so I knew there was something up with. I think a different actor would’ve made the reveal more surprising. Why was mike barely featured this season? Was the actor working on another project? This season lacked the magic or earlier seasons perhaps with the exception of max and Kate bush.
  17. I watched the ABC report on Elizabeth and they didn’t mention that Ian’s wife, Laurie Metcalf and William H Macy got the ball rolling. I had no idea and thought iI was just Tyler.
  18. I'm confused by the vomit scene. They were laughing and having a great time and then abruptly both started vomiting. I assumed they got food poisoning but it was never discussed what happened. Why was Carrie so judgmental about it? I feel bad but Che and Miranda just really gross me out. I don't feel any chemistry between them at all. They should've brought in the actress who played Shane from the L word. She just oozed sex appeal. Why on earth are they making it like Steve has a developmental disability? It's awful. This series is really character assassination.
  19. 90s clothes are back in style so it kind of makes sense that 90s hip hop would also be popular. When I was a teen we listened to the Beatles, Grateful Dead, The Doors, Bob Marley even though their music came out decades before. But they are classics therefore timeless. Tupac and Biggie most definitely are classics.
  20. I’m really disappointed in the treatment of Steve. Steve was such an amazing character and I don’t understand why they aren’t using him. It’s like all they cared about was turning Miranda into Cynthia.
  21. Johnny definitely has a drinking problem. I hope they address this at some point.
  22. I was also thinking Aisha should be the girl! I'm happy they brought her back but they should've really brought her back. I never understood why she wasn't in the show last season and this felt more like a make good to the actress.
  23. I’m really missing Samantha. I don’t like Charlotte trying so hard with the new friends. That’s so stressful! Anyone else think that the canceled colonoscopy means Harry will have colon cancer?
  24. Why does Shiv think she’s out of Tom’s league? Looks wise they’re on the same level. Is it just her status as a Roy?
  25. It really bugged me that they were calling it Covid. It was not known as Covid in March 2020. It was called coronavirus and then Covid 19 and then Covid. All those scenes of Alex suffering seemed like it was over the course of many days but it was just 1 day? That didn’t make any sense. This season jumped the shark!
