  1. I'm having trouble reading some of Jay's writing in that post above, but I love that one of his questions is about what do you value most in a friend. Good question, Jay! Excited for auditions over here, even if Lovely Lauren is retiring. I wish her the absolute best.
  2. I wonder if a new trend in dance/audition shorts is on the horizon. I was looking at the Chargers cheerleaders tryouts photos on PDC and saw a lot of ladies wearing black and beige versions of those tightie whities the redhead was wearing at DCC auditions. They seem very 80s to me and maybe I'm just resisting something that's different, but I prefer the dance shorts to the dance bikini bottoms. Also, it said they had about 175 people audition, so it seems like DCCs deflated numbers are coming into the more normal range. Jessica Marie covered the Chargers auditions, as she apparently has moved to LA with her fiance. https://prodancecheer.com/nfl/chargers/los-angeles-charger-girls-2019-auditions/2/
  3. Sorry if this is old news and I just missed the postings here, but Amy Trader is hanging up her All Star boots and has taken a new job in Munich, Germany. She didn't say on Instagram what the job is, but I hope it's related to her engineering work. How cool for her!
  4. Kudos to her for owning her rejections so publicly and not letting them define her! (I'm referring to her post, not that she didn't make it to finals.)
  5. Wow, she looks so different with each hair color! I agree, she is quite pretty, but I think I favor the strawberry blonde on her. Does anyone know if she happens to be the woman who wore that white outfit where her shorts looked more like tightie whities than actual dance shorts? That woman was a redhead and looks kind of like the girl in the pics above. She really could move but the shorts were a bit of a marvel.
  6. Wow, that was quite a podcast episode! I'm still processing some of the insights Milan provided. My eyebrows definitely went up when she talked about being treated like an "object," and it made me think back to when Ashley F. asked (during a horrid social media seminar with stupid Shannon) about getting more personal profiles or stories posted so that the ladies didn't feel so much like "objects." Ashley's comment even made it on the show and reflected that she had talked about it with other DCC. All this to say, Milan is not alone in feeling that way, apparently, and that is awful but I think I shouldn't be as surprised as I felt in the moment. (Speaking of, I always have wished they'd talk about or show how they handle fans who are inappropriate with the cheerleaders--what kinds of security measures, deflection tactics, or assuring ladies of their rights to be treated with respect in the uniform. But I also always have wondered how much they protect them from gross comments, leers, wandering hands, etc.) I'm very impressed with Milan. She was impressive on the show, but this felt like a more real version and I like that version even better. Like others, I was very interested to hear what kinds of things get left out of the show (like Kitty's blasting her for thinking she's "too good" to audition for Show Group and hounding her til she cried, crazy diets [and that they don't tell you what day you will weigh to set your squad weight, wow], and how down she felt about herself from the negative treatment and feedback). Hearing more about how much leadership the group leaders and vets take on and how distant Kelli and Judy are makes me want even more to see group rehearsals and group leader work on the show away from TPTB. Also, kudos to her friend who started the podcast, who is looking to talk honestly about mental health issues, drug abuse, pressures on young women, and how to be positive in a difficult world!
  7. I guess I thought that finals were today--I always thought they were 1 week after prelims and semis, and that the interviews were the next Friday and solos, kickline, and combo were that Saturday. But there's no discussion here or anything on DCC Twitter, so...when are finals happening? 🤔 I know almost nothing about most of the finalists who are not DCCs already or were in training camp last year, but I am rooting for Gabby's former teammate at ASU, mostly because I think she's beautiful and I think the other ASU pom line ladies (Megan C., Heather O., and Gabby) are lovely and talented. And because it's more fun if you have someone to cheer for. I am not excited that Taylor T is back this year, and I think her face looks strangely fuller--I almost didn't recognize her. I will never be over her not knowing what the Me Too movement is. Lily is very pretty and seems so sweet, but I think there's something awkward about how she holds her head and body sometimes. I noticed it last season in some episodes and then in the photos posted upthread. I would be happy to see her bring that extra spark, stop rushing her counts, and shine this year. VK, I won't even go there, but I am not pulling for her--unless it's to go home or just be off camera. I liked a lot about Kristin last year, but I agree that she does not look like she's come back in the same shape as she was last year and I think that will be detrimental to her in finals or in training camp. I don't think she'll make the team with so few spots available, but I would be happy for her if she did. As for Malena, I don't even see how she would make it to training camp--expect that she was a Kelli favorite and they always take 8-10 folks to cut. She seems sweet but is so blah to me in all her talking heads (unless she was melting down, and then she seemed like a train wreck) and I don't care for her dancing or poor memory at all. I hope they don't string her along but suspect they might. Bless her heart.
  8. A tough prediction to make but a fun challenge! Speaking of, I'd really love to see K & J conferencing about forming groups and assigning spots in the triangle. There must be so many factors that go into that, and I think it would be an interesting new aspect to show now that we're more than a dozen years in. As for my prediction, here goes: Heather Maddie Gina Lexie Tess Bridget Daphne Lauren Jaylyn Caroline Heather made it to point position in this in part by process of elimination for me: I think Maddie lacks the DCC "photogenics" in her face and figure--she often looks so young and more cutsey than pretty, and sometimes not all that cute with her smile, and her weight seems to fluctuate. I would be shocked if K & J chose her for front and center and the most photographed position, but they love her beyond measure and I was totally shocked when she made it into the triangle last year, largely because of the factors named above. But she's a darling of the PTB so I don't see her getting demoted from the triangle, especially because I haven't heard of any infractions or problems. As for Gina, I think she is more DCC "pretty" than Maddie, in that she's got the blond hair (with those horrid extensions that I. WISH. THEY. WOULD. CUT. OUT.), big boobs, and more reliably trim (though I also think that she could use about 3-5 pounds). However, I did not pick Gina for point over Heather for two main reasons: 1) she rushes her moves sometimes and I spot her moving a bit out of synch with her group too often (which, really, at point, should not happen at all), and 2) I think she has much to learn still about leadership and team dynamics. She may be playing a good game, but I do think she's learned and grown a good bit in her two years on the squad, but I think she needs a year at least as a second leader before she should be given the privilege and responsibility of leading the team on and off the field. Now, Heather, on the other hand, is beautiful, her dancing has become much more powerful, she is precise with the moves, has more experience with all the field work and choreography, clearly is so admired by her teammates (Rookie of the Year and Vet of the Year), and has a rocking body that always looks crazy fit but also healthy. That was kind of a long explanation so I think I'll leave it there with the front triangle, and just say that the others I picked based on their performances last year and (with the exception of Tess) their prominence in the triangle last season.
  9. Does this mean a bunch of DMDs will audition for DCC? Did they find out in time to register to audition this year?
  10. The one that annoys me: Madeline The one who I hope stays healthy and takes care of herself: Taylor J (knee) Ones who I rarely think about: Erin, Brennan Ones who grew on me as the season went on: Ashlee, Jaylyn, Alana Ones who I think don't get enough credit/are underrated: Amber, Brianna, Gabby My favorite ones this season: Bridget, Cianna, Caroline, Ashlee
  11. I thought I'd miss Holly, but I never really did. She is an amazing dancer, of course, and I love watching her perform, but she seems to exude a self-centeredness that I find somewhat grating. (If I were that talented, I may be all about myself, too, though, TBH.) I'm very glad to see her living her best dance life beyond DCC, however, and I am happy to see her working and honing her talents more broadly than she could do in DCC Land. And, yes, those curls are pretty fly on her.
  12. I also think Rachel A could be a 2nd leader this year. I know she struggles a little with weight (in the DCC world), but she is an amazing performer and I suspect she has real leadership skills. She was a captain of Texas A&M dance team when they won one of their national championships. As for her weight, she was rocking her suits in Mexico recently, so hopefully she can maintain. I was a fan of hers from her first intro as a rookie and I would love to see her get a little more spotlight on the team. I actually agree with all of @bigskygirl's leadership predictions! I am not sure with Lauren's job that she could take on 2nd leader, especially if she does Show Group, but she seems so beloved by her teammates and is such a fun performer that I think she'd be an effective 2nd--if her memory issues have ceased, that is. I assume they have, otherwise I don't see how she would have made it back. Last season, Savannah didn't reveal her memory problems again (at least according to the show) until that field rehearsal where Tara also was messing up so much. I always wondered what they said to her about that night. No way would they have let that mess go, even if she didn't get called into the office like Tara did. Savannah has nicely trained feet and lines but I don't think she has the memory/attention to detail or "performance power" Kelli & Judy would require of leaders--at least not yet. I like her on the team, but I wish they'd stop with her weird sexy-face calendar photos and let her either just close her mouth or smile. "Prune" face does not work for her--at least in my eyes. I'm hoping no one gets cut at auditions this year, which is the first year in a while I've felt that way. It would be great to see another season where a really small rookie class has to rock it to make the team, like Nicole Bulcher's class. I also think it would be great just to see all the veteran candidates rise to the occasion and collectively kick ass.
  13. Where is the puke reaction icon?? Le sigh. I expect you're right but I'm hoping this is a mistaken forecast. In other matters, I'm excited that the entire rookie class is re-auditioning, and I hope they post a lot of solo videos during finals this year!
  14. Brennan's dress wins the, um, least pretty of the night, for me. It looks like she ran into some kind of wedding veil netting that was in the process of being made into Casey Musgrave shirt-curtains. Yikes. Love Judy's dress! I think Khalyn, Daphne, and Kashara's dresses also look great on them. And I agree, DCC PTB have show producer powers, not the network. Those are going to be a tough 7-9 spots to earn this year!
  15. While no one else seems to have been offered Jinelle's help, I don't think it's quite true that no one has been offered help with weight ever. I recall Veronica, Courtney, Brittney, and co. being offered My Fit Foods, for example, which, to me, is a much bigger deal than saying hang out with this person who is really fit. That's a whole food plan designed for individual caloric needs and weight loss goals that DCC paid for and it's quite expensive. I would much rather have that than Jinelle's advice and doctor's appointment scheduling. They also all seem to have access to Cowboys Fit facilities and trainers, and before that, Jay Johnson did some private training sessions with ladies, and I'd also rather have that access than Jinelle. That said, I totally agree that VK blew her opportunities and resources and she obviously got special treatment and chances--starting with falling out of her turns on the field in finals and continuing through training camp. As for banquet and retirees, etc., I'm really happy for Heather O--ROTY and VOTY! Very impressive. I'd love to see her in the traingle or just outside of it on the front line. And go, Caroline! She was one of my favorite rookies last year. So sad that Khalyn is retiring! I'm glad she was 2nd GL this year and seems to have gotten organization recognition for her dancing and leadership skills. I probably will be sad about Lacey retiring for at least 2 years, and I will miss Kash's "performance power" and beauty in the triangle. Her whole being just lights up when she performs. Same with Lacey. The rest of the retirees, I guess I'm ready to see go, not that I had anything against them, but they were never in my "love" list of DCC. I would hate to see Maddie at point--she just doesn't have the look to me. Her smile is all teeth, her face still looks like a baby face, her hair only sometimes looks good, and her figure fluctuates a lot. She would be the most photographed DCC of the year at point, and just, meh. I can't imagine Gina not being in the triangle, but I don't think she should be point, either. She needs to work on meshing with the choreography and other dancers better, stop rushing her counts, and learn more about leadership. They also need to fix those extensions. I could see her being a 2nd GL as a kind of test/proving ground, but to quote Kitty, she needs "to eat a slice of humble pie" before she will make a solid point or GL/team leader. I could see Daphne and Bridget being in spot 3 on either side of the triangle, like Maggie was in her 2nd year. (I'm still kind of upset about Maggie leaving! I bet she would have been a serious contender for point this coming year!) I don't really favor Amy for the triangle, either, although I think she should get a good spot. Although I don't think it will happen and I don't see Maddie being demoted, but my ideal triangle for next year would be Bridget, Heather O, and Daphne, with Tess behind point. Tess's power has really improved, and she's such a tall beauty. They really will need her there if they put both Maddie and Gina in the triangle to try to keep up their reputation for having gorgeous cheerleaders. Overall, I'm really excited about auditions and to see who makes it back for TC! With the exception of VK and Malena. I don't need to see either of them again. Those videos of Malena show the same kinds of choreography mistakes and what looks like a lot of marking. Girl, if you want to make DCC, how do you not know that you have to hit every move hard and to your fullest every time and at every rehearsal? The way you practice is the way you will perform on the field or any stage. If you're not killing it every time, just save yourself the heartache and stay home.
  16. I really do not want to see Malena make training camp again. It would be annoying to me and cruel to her. I don't think she'll ever have the skills to make the team's level of performance. The videos I've seen of her in prep classes show no improvement whatsoever. She makes choreo mistakes and is not a clean dancer. And one of my biggest pet peeves about her is her facials. When she does her open-mouthed smiling face (ie in episode 2 doing her solo at Kitty's), she looks surprised and cheesy and kind of vapid, and other times, her face is flat or looks like she's dying. I'm so glad that Heather O., Caroline, Molly, Jaylyn, and Rachel A are coming back! Amber may be a rough interviewee still, but she's a fantastic dancer and looks killer in the uniform. I'm also hoping for Bridget (who, alongside Daphne, I can see making it into or very close to the triangle this year), Lauren, Alexis, Cianna, and Khalyn (who, as I understand it, might be too injury-plagued, but I'd love to see her in the triangle). I easily can picture Maddie returning, because she's so young and clearly is so favored by TPTB, but I kind of hope she retires and I really, really hope they don't make her point. She's only cute half the time to me, and while I like that they take a range of looks and sometimes clearly value the whole person and performer over beauty, I think the point girl has to be photogenic and at least reasonably pretty. I agree that Gina sometimes looks like she needs a juicy burger and fries and that she gets "Joker-y" sometimes when she smiles, but she's more attractive and has at least some modicum of sex appeal, which Maddie does not really possess in my eyes. I'd far prefer Bridget or Daphne (or Heather O.) at point over Gina. As for what I want to see more of, maybe more Melissa Rycroft? I kid! I'd love to see a LOT more of what the group leaders and seconds do--leading rehearsals without K&J, maybe in meetings with each other to discuss who's excelling and who's struggling or needs to improve on what, etc. I loved the Where Are They Now segments and hope they (and the show!) continue. I also like getting alumni opinions on rookies; it's kind of insightful and encouraging and snarky at the same time. What I want to see less of? The Star and endless focusing on the same strugglers who can't say anything different or dance any better over the course of the season. I think they're doing a bit of a better job introducing us to more rookies the past couple of years, but we get so little about some of the rookies. For instance, Brianna, who was cut at finals the year before and seemingly rocked it at training camp last summer, hardly got any real screen time and I don't see why they blew the chance to have a stronger "comeback girls" story arc with Brenna and Brianna and went instead with following every breath Malena and VK took.
  17. Just watched and I loved every minute of it! Go, Jinelle, stepping in for cameo shoots and giving positive direction like a boss! Yassss, KaShara, tell it like it is! I absolutely loved seeing the meeting with group leaders, and I want more of that every season. I thought Marty was a great guest choreographer, and while I'm sure he scared the crap out of Bridget calling her to the mat like that, my sense was that he wanted to build her up and push her to call on her confidence because he saw tremendous talent in her. For me, his feedback to her after the pom routine supported my feeling--he was like, see? You rock the dance floor, so don't forget that and bring it all the time. Love that he called Lacey a rock star, and I guess I'm happy for Maddie that he said that to her, too, but I'm just not a Maddie fan and I thought she was the least awesome of the three he called out to dance together. MAddie has good dance vibes with the music, for sure, but I am distracted by her appearance--more so now that she's gaining weight. How could Tasha look so amazing at the cameo shoot and they come up with a cameo for the season where she looks like some kind of clown makeup is running from under her eyes? I, like so many of y'all, am baffled. That screen shot of VK on the cameo monitor with the profound side roll was almost stupifying to me--how did they not drag her to My Fit Foods or whatever it is and/or cut her already? I think she is the one who made Amy stumble on the field during the kick line; it looked like VK was pulling down on her too hard. Taylor vs VK was like night and day with the offer of resources to help be/stay in physical shape to make the team. Taylor, can you be available early next week if we can get you an appointment? Absolutely! VK, can you go to this doctor's appointment? [Crickets...] Bless Tara's heart (truly, not snidely). I hope she's continuing with the self-care. Something definitely was going on with her.
  18. Excited to see this episode and watch Kash (apparently) speak truth to power. Y'all make this episode sound pretty fun! The complaints here about VK still being the constant talking head in this latest episode, however, like the 10 previous episodes make me wonder: If Kelli and co had so much to say about the inadequacies of VK's interview skills and her need to find her "words" and "stories," why on earth have the editors made VK the principal voice of the entire rookie class and show??? You know she's not ready, so, how about letting us hear more from the articulate and more mature rookies, some of whom actually make the team and the audience would like to get to know? Just saying.
  19. Had to buy this episode on Amazon because I got too impatient waiting on iTunes. Whoah. An interesting episode that I'm still digesting. The Kristin not-yet-cut scene must have been edited; otherwise, it doesn't make sense. Still, I agree, that Kelli's facials, attitude, and "we're done talking" moments were harsh and Mean Girl-esque. I don't understand what it is that Kristin doesn't understand about their critiques, though. They have said a million times to look more lively and powerful and cheerful while dancing! So, yes, girl, add punch and power to your moves. Yes, smile more. Yes, look up off the floor and perform like you're happy to be there. From day one, she has moved more slowly and with less apparent steam than most of the other TCCs. I understand that she's driving a million miles a week and must be exhausted, but I don't understand what she doesn't get about the missing "wow factor" critique. Just go watch some of the wow vets and emulate them. I'm over her. Seems like a sweet young lady and she's beautiful, but I'm ready for her to go. Honestly, after someone talked to me like Kelli did to her, I would 1) not be begging to stay, and 2) not have stayed after they changed their minds. I would have liked to hear much more from Gina than Melissa in the rookie practice session. Gina's hair looked kind of ratchet in that scene, though. Loved "meeting" Ashley and Cianna in this episode. Ashley is a very impressive young lady! I think Cianna reminds me more of Sydney than Kat (someone earlier posted pics of C and K side by side). The spunky and clean dance style (Kat was often less sharp and more blah in her dancing to me than Cianna or Sydney), the blonde hair and big brown eyes, the petite frame and the curly hair. I get it that it's not everyone's dream to be a cheerleader, but I felt so awful when she said that a room full of hundreds of parents laughed at her when she dared to tell the group her dream to be a DCC. As an educator, I don't believe that it's right to laugh at anyone's dreams or goals or dismiss or belittle young people in any way. So, seriously, good for her for not letting elders dim her vision and for taking risks and going for what she really wants! I've thought she is a fun performer since auditions and her intro this week made me more of a fan. Not sure how I'm going to wait til next week to see what went down with VK and Jinelle. CMT, please be generous with the edits--show us what happens, what all is said, who says it, and be sure to include reaction shots of Judy and Jinelle's faces as this all unfolds. Thankssomuch!
  20. WHEW!! This episode sounds like a Mean Girls Epic! iTunes has not uploaded the episode yet and this thread is making me stir-crazy while I impatiently wait for it. OIY. I trust @LaurenBrook's side eye! Sydney has been one of my favorite DCCs always. Her rookie year was the first season I watched, and she was just the cutest little thing and I couldn't help rooting for her from the start of training camp. So, I had been eyeballing the Sydney-Madeline breakup for a while with the basic thought that, Sydney is my girl, and I bet she gave M so much support and advice after she got cut, so I'm all about, what did Madeline do? She seemed quite immature last year, and as I've noted before, she also seems (to me, anyway) rather sheltered and privileged, so just because she looks and dancers a bit older this year doesn't mean that she's miraculously grown up. The suspense to see all this go down is killing me.
  21. Yes, Judy's hot pink dress! Nick: "Kitty, I'm worried we won't get your opinion." Love him. WTF with the hazy talk about Madeline's locker room attitude? I'm hoping they address some of that next week--saw Mads crying and hoping not to get cut in the preview for the next episode, but it may have been about being on the struggle bus while learning the dreaded field entrance. I did not like her last year because I thought she was not on the DCC dance level, a bit immature, and very unaware of her privilege--going on and on about her "sacrifices" of sleeping on an air mattress for two weeks in Dallas trying to be a DCC. I wonder if she's fake sweet or selectively sweet. Some folks on here have wondered about what happened between her and Sydney Durso McArthur, as they seemed like besties for a minute and then radio (rather, social media) silence...no more Sydney and Maddie pics, and Maddie doesn't appear to work for Sydney's company anymore. I'll give the girl this, though--she looks and dances more like a grown woman this year, she is very pretty, has a rocking figure, and her performance quality has improved greatly. I really liked Bridget's introduction segment, and I didn't find anything weird at all about her decision to return home. If the woman was working two jobs while trying to be a bio major and on the dance team, she clearly was not rolling in money. Arizona State's website estimates that the annual cost of out of state tuition and expenses is over $44,000, so perhaps she just needed to find a more affordable place to attend school. No shame in that whatsoever, and in fact, I say kudos to her! She's now a vet tech who loves what she does, and she and her fiancee and dog are so freaking cute together. I already loved her dancing and thought she's beautiful--now I'm even more impressed. It was sweet to see her smile looking at pictures of her siblings, even if that was a kind weird shot CMT chose to do. I thought Kelli was kind and clear with Dayton throughout the visit, and it was clear to me that she was struggling to hold it together. I have never, ever seen Judy cry during or after a cut like that and it made me like her even more. I think it genuinely was hard for all of them. Kelli said that they can see her as a DCC and want her to be a DCC, and I agree that Dayton was ready this year and feel it would have been cruel to string her along. Even in the midst of her heartbreak and disappointment, Dayton was impressive with her grace, dignity, and determination to more forward in her dancing life. She seemed beyond her years (and so far beyond VK) in that talking head moment. I have no love for VK and I, too, wish that CMT would stop devoting so much of each episode to her, but I must say, I can only imagine what she experiences from her mother at home and I principally blame Tina for her daughter's lack of maturity, inflated sense of her talents and destiny to be a DCC, and overall obnoxious goofiness that seems mostly about wanting attention. I just imagine the Kalina household (with its fancy dance studio) as Micromanaging Mom Central. That said, I find it ironic and just desserts for Tina that, last year, she criticized vets like Stephanie for weight gain (yes, she was a little heavier, but she still looked smokin' and way more fit than VK at any point this season) and now her daughter is out there packing on the pounds and probably stress eating half because of the pressure Tina puts on her. Loved the clips of Ashley and Brianna dancing! I feel like those were some of the few sustained clips of rookies that let you get any sense of performance skills this season. More of this, please, CMT! It's a dance show and I like to actually see them dancing. Does rookie Rachel scowl at Melissa Rycroft next week?! Or is it Madeline? Dying to know the conversation there. Rachel made me a fan back at auditions, I liked her even more after her office visit, and even more at the nursing home this week. She is a beautiful dancer who really takes critique well, obviously is gorgeous, and seems so sweet and well spoken. She's among my favorite of the featured rookies. I wish I could say something about more rookies, but we barely see or hear from them. Le sigh.
  22. Seems kind of weird to me to post something like this about someone you're not engaged to and already had broken up with once. Talk about weird public pressure on a dude and a relationship. I guess if that's what she really wants out of the relationship, though, go ahead and be clear about your expectations so he can meet them or get gone. Also, if you're going to post something like this, I want to know what goes in a game day necessities bag! Besides seaweed, I mean.
  23. Loved having the alimni back! I'm so glad to see the former DCC they chose for rehearsal and the where are they now segments. Jacie and Nicole in one room and one episode? Hell, yeah. Can't wait to see who else comes up on the alumni segments and I'm looking forward to Michelle Keys next episode. My most interesting surprise from this episode for me is that now I'm a Caroline fan. I had noticed her dancing on the edge of frames in previous episodes and thought she looked powerful. I loved her makeover and expect that with more DCC glam training on hair and makeup that she will look prettier and prettier as time goes by. I had to watch carefully for her in the dance studio, but she looks like a very strong performer and she's become one of my favorite TCCs to watch for now. I really hope we get some focus on her, as well as Bridget. Another surprise for me is how much I liked Rachel this episode, I guess because I have a certain idea of pageant girls seeming fake (like the Minchew sisters). But I realize that a number of DCC I've really liked have been pageant girls (like Sydney and KaShara), so maybe I need to adjust my notions of pageant people. Toddlers & Tiaras definitely has something to do with my perception of that world, so shame on me for being so swayed by "reality" TV. I already thought Rachel was beautiful and a lovely dancer, but she impressed me with her office visit and camera talking head moments so far. What a contrast between Rachel and VK in terms of how they each acted while talking to the camera before their office visits with Kelli. One was so composed, mature, and really open to criticism, and the other was all over the place, laughing, tearful, fidgeting, and not listening to the feedback. Ugh. VK, just shut up and listen when your elders are talking to you! I am glad they told her so directly she wasn't performing at the top 36 and the alumni weren't impressed with her. But she didn't really listen: You need to tone up--Yes, I know--You need to improve your--Which vet should I work with? Just. Listen. To. What. They. Are. Saying. Interesting that VK said she didn't get any comments during the actual rehearsal. I wonder if she was just blending and getting outperformed, or if the alumni didn't want to give open critiques in front of Kelli. I wish they hadn't edited out who else's names Kelli said when running down the roster of which rookies didn't get an "outstanding" rating from the alumni during that rehearsal. Can't wait for the next episode!
  24. I agree that Gina should be in the triangle where Maddie is. Gina is killing it out there dancing, and while she does sometimes have Joker facials when she smiles hard, I find her facials overall less distracting than Maddie's. LOL to Christina's "persistence" Barbie. So excited for tonight's episode!
  25. WOW! She is so photogenic and gorgeous!! Judging by those photographs, she looks to be a clean and energetic dancer--kind of reminds me of how Katie Marie photographed at games, and she was always wow. I'll have to keep an eye out for her in the upcoming episodes. I really hope that CMT introduces us to Bridget and Cianna--and all around that they do a solid job of introducing us to all the rookies with talking heads and dancing footage. Spread the love, CMT! Enough with the VK ish. Though I am relieved to know how that turns out, as that alleviates what would otherwise be unnecessary but serious stress I otherwise would be feeling about the VK situation. Thank goodness for this thread!
