Svengoolie (Saturday at 10:00) is our favorite. We lost access to MeTV for a while, but have it again. Svengoolie was what we missed the most.

If there is an episode topic about Doctor Who, my opinion is that it should be in Doctor Who, but with a link to it here. We want people watching Torchwood for the first time to be able to enjoy these threads also. So, in a thread about a SPECIFIC episode, please try and only talk about knowledge one would have about the show at that point in time. It's not there to limit anyone's discussion, but to allow new voices to be heard that are watching the show with fresh eyes. Now, spoil away in any other thread. There can be threads about certain events, relationships, characters, etc. and the entire Torchwood/Doctor Who/K9 and Friends universe can be discussed with no reservations. This way re-watchers and first time viewers can share threads and have a place to talk about the show without fear of the newbies getting spoiled. I moved the Doctor Who discussion because it was about Doctor Who. There was a link left here, so people in both forums could discuss the episode. If anyone wants to talk in more detail about it, PM me or continue the discussion here.

This is not a quote from an actual episode, but when the finale aired for the first time, my friend and I were obviously very excited. At the very end, my roommate came in, watched the very end and summed it up with, "The bald guy played poker, hope you're all happy".

So, this is what is weird. The pottery painting place is in Athens, GA, where I live. It's about 2 hours from where they live. I wonder why they didn't even mention how that was easily an entire day trip to another part of the state.

There probably should be some differentiation between the threads just to make it accessible to the new users. If a thread is 100 pages long and about the entire series, they probably wouldn't dive in.

It's a huge mess when it comes to continuity! I am not sure what the resolution is going to be on that one. It seems like a simple mind wipe and trip back in time would be such a huge cop-out.

hey everyone, On a show such as this that delves into personal lives and personal beliefs, please be respectful when your beliefs may differ from those of the contestants or other PTV posters. We don't all have to get along or believe the same things, but we want everyone to feel welcome on these boards.

The New 52 is the primary reason I read more Marvel books now. Aquaman and Wonder Woman started off pretty good, as did Grant Morrison's Action Comics. I just caught up on the last six issues of Earth 2 and that has turned out to be a pretty good book, actually. And yet they somehow just released a 392 page hardcover of it. (It actually collects a bunch of related comics).

How did I forget that?

I really hope Adam West is NOT in this, even as a cameo. But easter eggs and allusions to characters and such, I'm in for.

Even though @BlackberryJam clearly hated Gone Girl, I spoiler-tagged the A-Bomb spoiler so others can still read it without knowing the twists and turns. In open threads about multiple pieces of work, if something is a HUGE spoiler, it should be tagged as such.

I've been meaning to go back and read the Claremont stuff from the beginning because of the podcast. But I need to catch up on some current continuity before I travel back to the 1970s.
