Last week's episode was okay, but last night's was so funny. Numerous parts where I laughed out loud and I rewound the music video to watch it again. Loved Chuck's part.

The Miracle team won, Wings. I agree, the show is all over the place, but I am really enjoying it. It is perfect summer TV. I actually didn't know the spotted dick, but knew bubbles and squeak and the toad in the hole because of my English in-laws. The description said there a celebrity guest, but there wasn't one?

I'm enjoying all the guest roles this season. I keep wondering if these better known actors are auditioning for the parts, or the cast (Rashida, etc.) is just texting friends and asking if they want in! :)

I'm happily season passing this show. So funnier than I thought it would be. The bit with Carol reading the lines was silly but so funny. And I am a huge soap fan, so it was great to see Marlena, Kate and Belle on primetime.

Does Chris Gorham really have a chest tattoo that can be seen at the bottom of his neck? Or is it part of the character? I keep waiting for some gag where he takes his shirt off and it's a mural of the ex-girlfriend the whole family loved, but nothing so far!

I enjoyed seeing some child actors play Glenn's children that I knew from other shows-- adorable twins Layla and Emelia Golfieri (Bobby Sue) were on Grandfathered and Chloe Coleman (Zoey) played Skye on Big Little Lies!

Current Plots Discussion: Actually Today's Episode

Brady's description included "late 30's?" Please. Eric M is 45. I adore the actor and he is very good looking, but let's be honest about the age. I'm assuming Brady's character is early to mid 40's? Sorry, it's a pet peeve of mine to have dialogue with an age that definitely is too young! They did it on The Catch last week with TR Knight's character who they said in a conversation was 35 (off by nearly a decade IRL). -

I winced more when she pulled him into the bathtub-- having to clean up all that water on the floor, dealing with his soaked clothes, not to mention she almost took out the two full glasses of red wine. My eye was twitching just a bit... -
The Great Indoors - General Discussion

My husband and I watch this because we are big Joel McHale fans, the first few episodes weren't the best, but now we look forward to this show. Only thing that bugged me with this past episode was when Roland said Jack was "nearly 40'. Come on. Joel McHale is 45, and the whole premise of the show would be funnier if that was the same age as Joel IRL. -
I began watching B&B during Steffy and Liam’s Aspen wedding story line (fall of 2013, I believe?) so I'm unfamiliar with the Spectras. I think the reintroduction to them is exciting. B&B has been the same old, same old for months now, and it is so refreshing to see new faces and a new story line on the show. I actually looking forward to watching it, instead of watching out of habit and loyalty. I like Sally, lots of pep, much needed on the show. I like Patrika Darbo in the role of Shirley. I’m assuming Shirley is not a new character. Is Patrika new to the role?

Like Sand Through an Hourglass: Behind the Scenes of DOOL

It appears Paige Searcy is the actress Jonathon McClendon is referring to in his tweet about a friend being let go without knowing. Paige (ex-Jade) did a live Instagram video last night and she said she had one more day of filming, but never received the shooting info (I know there is a name for it- shoot list?). She asked James (Joey) if he got his and he did, and the new actress was listed under Jade. Paige she said went to the studio and they would not let her in. She later sent flowers to everyone, and then when she visited again, they let her in. She said she was very "bitter" about it but six months later she is now over it, and didn't have unkind words about the new Jade. She did confirm that she is dating James. She also said she had to admit the writing on Days is not too good recently. -

She seems to not have a grasp on many meanings. In last week's challenge when she referred to herself as a "millennial mom". She's 45 years old. -

LOL! I happened onto an episode of Divorce Court earlier this week, and the litigant's Instagram name was listed under her name. I've never seen that on any court show before. It took me about 10 seconds to search for her on IG and I admittedly scrolled through her entire feed. Sure enough, there were pics of her kids, her defendant boyfriend, her jarring business that was briefly mentioned. I wonder if more court shows such as Judge Judy will list Twitter or Instagram names...

Absolutely! The only delivery I can think of that was not under duress was Nicole's on B&B earlier this year. No spoilers here, but I am thinking yes. SOD's Days summary said Lani felt like JJ gave her the cold shoulder. I didn't really get that when watching it, but I think it's the set up for the ONS to be with Lani, definitely. Also, why was Deimos asking for more specific information to get to Nicole and Chloe? She told him the name of the motel and the road it is on. Just Google it for the precise location! -

I figured Liza's voice mail would pick up and the whole audience would hear, "Hi, this is Liza! Leave a message!" in her perky voice and the whole lie would be busted. -
Last night's episode "And the About FaceTime" made me laugh numerous times. Loved the random chef walking by and saying he was the one that bet "Never" on the Caroline bet. The show always is rich with sexual innuendos, and for awhile it was getting just too much, but this episode worked for me. I really enjoy this cast together, and Kat and Beth's social media posts look like the cast has a good time together.

I was so happy to see Wendie Malick! I have loved her since Just Shoot Me and of course in Hot in Cleveland. She is great. Good episode, the show is really growing on me.

Who is the actress that played Janice, the woman Robert slept with? Searching online for the past five minutes, but hoping someone here knows.

I am a big AnnaLynne McCord fan, so I was happy to see her in this episode. I agree, I think it's the assistant.

I am thinking they were not originals and were filmed recently*. Nicole's hair was the same length in the flashbacks as it is now, and she had that short haircut for awhile. Dan looked different too, however Chloe(Nadia) was clearly not pregnant, or at least showing. *"Recently" meaning filmed at the same time/ in the same script. Not "recently" as in the past month or so, since we all know Days' long distant filming schedule. -
Paranormal Witness - General Discussion

Yes! This was a good episode. The mothman legend is so creepy, and yes, the Richard Gere movie is great. I've seen many TV specials about the mothman and the part that always stuck with me is how the eyewitness said when they sped away in the car, the mothman was directly next to the car-- I sometimes think of that when I'm driving by myself at night! It's one thing to reside in a new building and have creepy things happen, it's another when something seems to follow you home. The woman said they always liked their house, but the mothman occurrences made her no long feel safe in a place that used to be their own-- and that is terrifying! -
This show always meant summertime to me. As a huge soap opera fan, I always enjoyed Mistresses. Will miss this series.

Great ending! Who played the pirate that was shorter, the one telling the other to calm down? He's on a show I know I watched regularly. I wanted to say Outsourced from a few years back, but it's not him. As the castaways were stumped over the Titantic actor, I am stumped on this guy and not finding it on IMDB... though I did discover the actor who plays Todd was on several episodes of the Grinder (and one episode of Angie Tribecca). Not sure how I didn't make the connection on that one since I watch those shows as well.
