It's been reported that he's been liking her social media posts for months now. People noticed. I'm glad MiMo cleared up the questions on her Y&R status because MS made a post which made it sound like she was completely leaving the show. So now there are rumors that MM is only returning long enough for them to write Amanda out for good. Sigh.

Heh, I never get tired of seeing this reference. The ending of that episode was one of the most brilliant payoffs on a comedy TV show ever. Yes and it went even deeper IRL. At the time the Winters extended family was considered the premier group of Black characters on soaps by Black viewers. The Y&R actors appreciated the significance of their status and didn't think it was a good look for one of the Winters characters to have a child as the result of sexual assault by her BIL. They went to Bill Bell and asked him to drop the storyline and he did. From that point on Lily was considered Neil's daughter and it was never questioned or brought up again. That is until Bill Bell died. Then almost immediately Malcolm was brought back and Lily learned he was her father (as well as the bad circumstances of her conception). Since Neil had raised her and was the only father she'd ever known, Lily and he decided to continue regarding each other as father and daughter. AFAIC, reopening the Malcolm issue was pointless and also disrespectful to Bill Bell's memory. Hmm, Roger Howarth on Y&R. Oh I dunno, I think maybe EB would feel very threatened by that. He hasn't done well with actors who had a large presence on other soaps, especially the cancelled ones. You can't get much bigger than Todd Manning. Plus, Roger is only a few years older than TSJ. Maybe they could create a new character for him and put that guy with Phyllis or Chelsea.

Adam, you're right about Sally and Nick but what does that knowledge gain you? Wait, what? Did I hear Sally describe her um, intimate activities with Nick as "mind-blowing"? Either she has a poor vocabulary or she has a fairly limited history in that sort of thing because no way is Nick Newman some kind of expert swordsman in the boudoir. It's not possible. 🤮🤮🤮 Nick knows he's Sally's consolation prize. Does he have no self-respect or is besting Adam the main attraction for him? This little "ya hate me 'cause ya ain't me" attitude he keeps throwing at Adam is disturbing to me. Elena, stop wasting your time trying to reason with that wannabe egomaniac. Nate now only wants a cheerleader who'll applaud his every move, even the shady ones. Watching Kyle and Summer acting all schmoopy over their what, second or third wedding darn near puts me to sleep. Nick is not one, he just manages to do a decent imitation for short periods of time. You're going to end up wishing you were back in LA trying to deal with the Spencer men again. But Nick, what if Sally decides she's tired of being your dirty little secret and wants to go public? Regrets. You'll have a few. Hey, it's Harrison! He looked like he's been getting plenty of sun. Ew, Victoria unspooled her tongue and gave Nate quite a bath with it. He's definitely going to end up as the Newmans' stooge behind this insider trading thing, isn't he? Oh well. 🙄

Well he can certainly try to, with his stupid self. This why I really want Victor to find out because I'm confident he will realize right away what a problem Nick has created. At the end of the day the Newmans always find a way to get rid of people so they'll deal with Sally too. Hopefully with a fat payoff like the did with Ashland, only this time there'll be an NDA. Still, I don't like that Sally has essentially put a price tag on her cooch. She didn't need to do that IMO. Yeah, I was thinking it might've been Stitch but I didn't figure they were dating yet when it happened. Otherwise, why not just go to Victoria's house or to a motel? I dunno. Truth. In the case of Bella though, I don't think the show wanted to give Chloe and Billy another child together specifically to replace Delia. That's kinda creepy and it wasn't healthy of Chloe to think it was possible. (And enough with the sperm-stealing already!) There's also Chance. The actor playing him now is about ten years younger than the one who originated the role and it's quite noticeable. I think he's unintentionally making Abby look like a cougar, and Chance's history with Chelsea Chloe is no longer believable to me. Recasting characters who have extensive histories with much younger actors is starting to look like a deliberate effort to me. If they want to keep this up I can make a few suggestions. One rhymes with "Richter." Another rhymes with "Willis." 😼

Nick, don't get it twisted. Sally said yes to dinner because she's trying to keep her job. You both know what's going on, especially given the way you lowkey leer at her. A terrible mistake, Victoria? Ya think? Diane stays finding random excuses to drop by Abbott Manor whenever she wants, all hours of day and night, sometimes more than once a day. Yeesh. Lol, and again Adam left Crimson Lights without ordering anything. He is so flighty now. But what's he up to with Chelsea? All these double entendres in the conversation between Sally and Nick. Bleh. AFAIC the writers are trying too hard to make them seem like a viable couple. I'm sadly losing any sympathy or respect I had for Sally. Even if she's playing Nick, he can still turn on a dime and fire her. Then what? How was Adam making Chelsea look like a hero for giving up her parental rights to Johnny? Does he not know how/why Johnny was conceived? She's lucky she didn't go to prison and none of that will be great for Johnny (or Connor) to find out now. Maybe Victoria and Billy should insist that Chelsea get examined by a psychiatrist before they consider letting her near Johnny again. Even Adam sees how troubled Chelsea is and he can't really manage her either. Hmm, wonder what nuTucker vs. Jack will be like? Or nuTucker vs. Phyllis? They don't really let anyone take on Victor anymore so we'll see how that goes. Perhaps it'll be nuTucker vs. Victoria. His reunion with Devon should be interesting too. While Tucker was supposedly off pursuing a spiritual quest in the wilds of Asia, Devon was said to have taken over part of Tucker's empire to protect it. Meanwhile, what's Tucker got on Diane? Was she turning tricks for the super rich? In this age of cell phone cameras and digital media, I don't see how that could've been kept under wraps. Even a fake name wouldn't be enough if an image of Diane doing sex work exists. Perhaps that's what Nikki and Talia will discover. Chloe did steal the sperm but later it was revealed that she had also slept with Kevin around the same time. A DNA test proved Bella to be Kevin's child.

Okay, I watched the last few moments of today's show with the closed captioning on and all I have to say to JG, the MWTS, and TPTB: ARE YOU FCUKING KIDDING ME WITH THIS SH!T? Tucker was born the same day as Jill. Jill is 65ish (the character, not the actress). Trevor St. John is a perfectly adequate actor but he's not passing for 65. (He's 51.) I'm not sure he's even passing for Devon's father since Devon is supposed to be in his early 30s. Tucker and Harmony didn't conceive him when they were in high school. Of all the characters they could've had TSJ play, they chose one of the most illogical ones IMO. I can't. I just can't. This is some next level retconning and deSORASing. Gah!

MG is putting it on social media though, and he's the one who's allegedly gotten with two of his castmates. I can't think of anyone else on Y&R who's done that and been indiscreet about it.

I feel like that's still uncertain though Johnny does seem to regard Katie as his actual sister. If he knows Billy is his bio-dad what did they tell him happened to his mother? It's odd how the show has been so fuzzy about this issue for so long. Heh, a lot of today's cars don't really have much of a backseat though. Maybe Noah drives an SUV or a truck. Or a windowless van. 😏 Speaking of sex in vehicles, I remember Victoria getting busy with somebody in the backseat of her SUV but I can't remember who the guy was. It wasn't her husband or boyfriend. Chelsea is 100% insane, living in an alternate reality where she and Johnny and Connor will live happily ever together. Poor Johnny. Yep, there's likely a kidnapping in his future if things don't progress as quickly as Chelsea expects them to. Interesting how Audra stepped to Victoria with such ease. Victoria doesn't know her like that, or frankly, know her at all. Hmm. Diane, for your sake I seriously hope you aren't lying about what you were doing in LA. I'm almost scared for you. Almost. Man, our boy Noah is sprung on Allie. Hard. I'm almost scared for him too. Crazypants Chelsea needs to find herself another job. Her limitless free time enables her to run all over town getting in people's faces about what she thinks must happen, right now. It's tiresome and it's getting borderline dangerous. As best I can tell, the place where it originated was clearly going off the cuff on several possibilities. But as the soap sites tend to do, they start quoting each other the next thing you know, imagination becomes fact like some goofy online version of the Telephone Game. At this point I'm in a wait-and-see holding pattern and am trying to give JG and TPTB the benefit of the doubt they don't deserve. Right? I'm afraid one of the adults might be talking about it and Johnny or one the other kids will overhear. What's odd though is how no one is mentioning that part of the story now, and yesterday Billy kind of seemed to be blaming himself for what happened. I hope TPTB aren't going to try to sweep the awful circumstances of Johnny's conception under the rug, the same way they've conveniently "forgotten" how Victor once threw Diane out of a moving ambulance. She looks like she's going club hopping with a bunch of cougar moms, not running a major international conglomerate. I can't with her. Adam left Crimson Lights without buying any coffee. Apparently seeing Sally rattles him so much he forgets what he's doing. Whee! Wonder why Sally doesn't want Chloe to know she's having very intimate one-on-one meetings with Nick? They put Chelsea's pushiness before the need of their child to feel secure in his life. Anyhoo, you'd think Billy and Victoria would have consulted a child psychologist about when, where, and how Johnny should be told about his biological mother. She has a slightly stilted way of speaking, I think. 🤔 The baggage you had back then, Chelsea? Is that code for "when I drugged and sexually assaulted Johnny's father, and got pregnant"? FOH you psycho. I can't wait until Nate's stupid self goes to jail. Now Devon can't even pay him a compliment without Nate getting his panties in a twist. Ugh. Dumped? They weren't really a couple so I don't know if that's the appropriate way to describe it. I doubt Taylor and Monte were ever going to be a thing after the season was over, and it seems to me that she simply decided to pursue her options with Joseph. Plus, it looked to me like Monte had pretty much ended his and Taylor's fcuk buddies status before the final HOH competition began. Is it known what the vote spread was because math is an interesting thing. Say there was a total of 5 million votes. Taylor could've gotten 4,999,000 votes, Kyle could've gotten the major portion of the remaining 1,000 votes, and he still would've been in the top three. I think unless CBS/BB24 releases the numbers, we don't know how significant the support for Kyle was. I think the vagueness is the network's way of helping Kyle's redemption story.

Tonight Taylor Hale of Michigan became first Black woman to win Big Brother: Her prize was $750k. She also won the America's Favorite Player $50k prize for a total of $800k.

Was the setting for the second HOH competition supposed to be a subway platform? Dr. Will aging like fine wine. Wow, the Dr Will segment was more against Turner than I would've expected. Joseph was still strong in Taylor's corner but he seemed kind of off to me, like he wished was anywhere but sitting on that sofa. Sorry but I didn't want to hear anything Kyle had to say. I don't like that CBS protected him and made it look like he'd been absolved of all guilt because Taylor, Terrance, and Monte talked to him. I doubt he learned anything at all except to be more careful about where and to whom he expresses his views. Seemed like before the 3rd HOH competition the jury was mostly pro-Monte even though they had some issues with his attitude. Taylor spoke her final eviction speech so quickly I barely understood what she said. Was she nervous? Monte probably made the right decision because taking Turner to F2 would've hurt his case with the jury. But Taylor has done much better jury management. I guess it'll come down to whether or not she can appear sincere enough. Taylor looked stunning tonight. I think she was doing much better with her jury answers than Monte. She tried to stay positive. Monte didn't seem very thoughtful to me and had a relatively narrow focus on game minutiae. Indy's look tonight was kinda harsh IMO. Loved Jasmine's outfit. Gorgeous color for her. Taylor brought the heat in that final speech. Monte, yawn. Whatever, Brittany. It's impressive how confidently wrong you are.🙄 Poor Joseph. He did not want to hear about Taylor and Monte's "will they or won't they" showmance and production kept putting the camera on him. Alyssa might want to forget about Kyle. He was hedging more than he was seeming hopeful about their possible future together. I imagine his family is going to keep them from going any further. I am genuinely surprised Taylor won but I am so glad. 8 to 1!!!! AFP too! Slay, queen! (How was Kyle in the top three but Joseph wasn't? Ugh.) Okay, so which of the HGs will get to appear on Bold and the Beautiful? Taylor for sure, maybe Allysa and Joseph. People on reddit are calling for Taylor to be on Amazing Race with Joseph, Monte, or Kyle. I think copious amounts of drugs or alcohol may have been involved with one of those suggestions. 😒 Taylor will probably get a Lay's chips ad too, hah hah. That'll be worth some money depending on how many time they air it.

The promo for the Y&R 50th Anniversary: Interesting who's in it and who's not. I don't think I saw Victoria but Sally is there. No Mariah (or Tessa), Ashley or Traci or Kyle, There's at least two ages of Phyllis, the current Billy, and all the Winters are in there including Shemar Moore as Malcolm. Of the second generation Newmans there's Nick and Abby* but none of the Newman grandkids. No Chelsea or Chloe or Kevin. The current Chance is there but you barely see his face. *Adam's in there too but it's more of a background flash of him in the Sally and Phyllis scene. And the best thing about that story arc was that the baby was named after Kevin's grandmother, not Victor. It's still not clear to me whether Victor knows or not though. Everyone seems to assume Nick and Victoria were both named after their parents.

And just like that, Summer and Kyle's party becomes all about Phyllis and her hurt fee-fees. Gee, Phyllis, maybe if you weren't such an unrelenting aging mean girl people wouldn't have to be worried about inviting you to things. Nate sure was smelling himself. Planning a white collar crime against his family does wonders for his mood apparently. And makes him hungry for fancy Italian cuisine. I'm surprised Victoria told Victor about the planned C-W takeover already. I would've expected her to wait until it was pretty much a fait accompli. Nice dress on Julie last night. Maybe the wardrobe people got tired of being clowned about her BB outfits, lol. I really, really don't like this thing between Taylor and Monte. It still seems to me like something manufactured by production to overcome how boring the show is right now. Jasmine looked fantastic in jury house. Poor Joseph. He looked gutted when Alyssa told them Taylor and Monte were together. I don't see Taylor being able to repair their friendship, assuming she'll want to. Ditto comments upthread, Brittany's husband looked to me like he could be her brother. Monte takes after his dad a lot. I was surprised how choked up Turner got to see his girlfriend and his mom. Wow, Brittany's eviction speech. Lowkey insulting to Monte, I think. But then she was so effusive about him during her interview with Julie. Huh? How has Turner been able to maintain that ombre effect in his hair? Are the HGs able to bring hair dye in with their other toiletries? Loved the subtle shade Tiffany cast at Terrance. Interesting how Julie made a point of hugging the Cookout members but she keeps the evicted HGs at arms' length. The HGs have been sequestered for months and the Cookout people probably have not. If Taylor makes it to F2, I don't think her reason for wanting to win is going to sell well with the jury. It sounds more like a pitch for pageant judges. IMO she continues to view BB like a beauty pageant and it just isn't that kind of competition. Yeah, I believe not only is Taylor unlikely to be F1, I think her chances at AFP are sinking fast. Sleeping with Monte may have kept her in the house to F3 but I think it wrecked her game otherwise, especially with the way Monte has treated her. Not trying to slut-shame Taylor, I just think this late in game it'll look to the jury like she prostituted herself for only a chance at $750k; IRL sex workers make sure they get paid up front. Besides, what she and Monte had was never going to be a showmance which endured past the end of the season. It doesn't seem like they really have much regard for each other.

Re the hotel, I dunno but it looks like they gutted the lobby and let Noah turn it into his nightclub. But that can't be right because several characters are still living at the hotel. Maybe the show wants us to believe it's a different but same area, kind of like how the check-in desk would mysteriously turn into a bar sometimes. 🤯

Why would Tessa and Mariah assume Kyle and Summer were talking about Tessa's fashion shoot? There are tons of things they could've been ragging on, like Phyllis' decorating ideas for Marchetti Home. Aunt Traci, ease up! Allie is trying to maintain a positive outlook and you're not helping by bringing up the battles between Diane and Phyllis. Diane is good. She knew Jack would follow her and she had her tears at the ready. Still though, she should stop letting Phyllis provoke her and get up in her personal space. Noah's definitely still eating his spinach. 👀 And then Phyllis tracked down Summer and Kyle at the coffeehouse so she could swan in acting like she had the vapors from getting attacked by Diane. This person. Checkmate, Phyllis. Diane sacrificed herself to take you down too. I must say though, I expected Phyllis would be first one to pull that move. Good grief, planning combat maneuvers in an actual war must be easier than finding ways to keep Phyllis and Diane from running into each other at a silly party. At least real lives weren't at stake. 🙄 Are you for real, Phyllis? You've been lying to Summer for weeks about how you'd avoid making problems with Diane at work, when being able to do so was the only reason you took the Marchetti job.
