Could be, since he's mentioned wanting to give the citizens of Star(ling) hope. Maybe Felicity starts to regain some feeling in her legs, too? Or maybe someone named Hope shows up with a beacon.

Yeah, it does look like it's still on there, but maybe it's just the light? Not sure why she'd still be wearing it since SA pretty much said they break up in 4x15.

I don't think knowing the occupant of the grave really matters in this case, since these flash forwards were always just a tease to keep fandom on edge and create a sense of doom whenever someone got hurt - they're a gimmick, not a puzzle for us to figure out with clues as to who's actually in there.

The flash forward scenes do not matter. The only point of them is to get us wondering about and talking about who is in the grave - if they wanted to give us any kind of clue about who it was, they would. The only thing they want us to know is who it isn't - Oliver and Felicity. Who is and isn't there isn't really a clue about anything. Because of what I wrote above, I don't think Felicity's reaction is necessarily indicative of who is in the grave. Quentin could die protecting her, he could die protecting Donna, he could die doing any manner of honorable things. Or Felicity could just have pure hatred for the person who did the killing (Malcolm, for example), and yeah - she'd probably want the guy dead.

They're probably bringing her around to build a stronger relationship so she'll be one more person devastated when Quentin bites it. Or building up her relationship with Quentin, so she's his support when Laurel bites it, since her horrible mother probably wouldn't bother to come to town. But probably the first thing.

Not quibbling, but the month ago was when Felicity was shot - why would Oliver be "tortured by the idea of what happened to Felicity" before it had even happened? They are for sure rushing it, but it's been at least a month.

If it was a mistake on SA's part, wouldn't the director just have made him do another take?

I didn't think that Oliver was speaking louder, just that Felicity was hearing them both so loudly that it was overwhelming to her. I know that Stephen was speaking louder, but I thought that was just supposed to be a gradual effect building to GothFelicity and Oliver fighting to be heard (for her).

It doesn't matter to me personally if he's biological or not if he's a person she knew as her father. Then again, I would've been okay if we never met the guy. Don't care about him, really.

If he's not her bio father, he must be a father figure, at least.

She's one of the near deaths! I didn't count Felicity since the icy hands of the Reaper already reached out and grabbed her. There's one for Laurel, Diggle, Oliver, and Thea - the original timeline deads. Maybe he tagged in for Oliver since we know he's not going anywhere!

I don't think worrying about messing with time has anything at all to do with why Oliver's keeping the secret. He scoffed at Barry when Barry told him that "time messes back," and the conversation he had with BM was exactly the same as the one he had in the first timeline - he wanted to tell Felicity, and BM told him he couldn't. So he's not telling anyone like he agreed to. Barry indicated to Oliver that he was secretive in the original timeline, and that Felicity found out. He's being secretive in this timeline, too. In this ep, I think he only mentioned the time travel to Laurel because he was starting to worry that "changing the past" like doing things differently the second time around with Savage was causing the past to fight back to correct the timeline where everyone died - causing Felicity to get shot. Not sure what he could've done otherwise, cause, you know...everyone died originally. So she'd be dead instead of paralyzed. And Oliver and all his friends would be, too. Or maybe I'm not looking deep enough into that convo.

Yeah, probably. The leaders have their underground corn palace now, which seems to be the one thing they really wanted from him. It's really funny that they're going to use the law to take down the one guy that shouldn't work with, since he's the leader of a crime syndicate and knows how to do magic and stuff. It'll be kind of interesting to see if the depowering sticks (I'm guessing not) since it would he lame as shit to introduce magic and then have it conveniently go away.

Laurel lawyering to take down Darhk is another thing I'm kind of interested in seeing because unless he's ousted from H.I.V.E., how does it make any sense, even if they do manage to de-magicify him?
