To me, GT is playing Phyllis as the hard-ass kind of crazy gal she always originally was. I don't see this Phyllis giggling incessantly whilst playing video games with Nick. I have to say I really enjoyed Summer calling her out on her attempt to kill Paul.

Yes, thumbs up to you Stacee, and I have not watched the show in more than a week, watched today's episode, and I had two thoughts: When did Whoopi actually care enough to comment rather than snooze through the entire show When did Whoopi become a bully, whereby nobody gets a chance to weigh in Let's add to that, the awkward tension, where everyone is looking toward Whoopi, in order to not piss her off, reminds me of the awkward tension when BaWa was there, and Whoopi was rolling her eyes out to the audience. Now the other three should be doing the eye-rolling. As I said, have not watched for a while but Rosie O seems reined in, and Rosie P is full of piss and vinegar (politely, which I like). Nicolle seems harmless and somewhat enjoyable.

Okay, normally I would agree that Jenn's top is atrocious and should be burned. But then I pictured it on, say, Paige, and I could see that it might be cute and match her coloring. The dressers of MR are putting her in age inappropriate clothing, but also picking colors that are all wrong for her. And then they conspire with hair and makeup to make her look like oatmeal. And then they conspire with the writers to make her a complete and utter bitch. Someone, or everyone, on the staff does not like MR.

Wow, I find Devon to be the most dour asexual unappealing man who was ever on a soap. I have always hated him, and I believe it is the actor's fault. These so called love scenes between Devon and Hilary are so boring and actually painful to watch. So I was glad that at the end of today's show it looks like we may get some action with the blind man walking in on them with Cane and with his cane. I predict they will all pretend Devon is not in the room, which will put Cane in a deliciously awkward position.

So here is how I am viewing the Billy Miller as Jason Morgan storyline, with an entirely new sparkly personality. I think of it as Jason Bourne, who didn't remember he was a cold blooded killer, and when he lost his memory he surfaced as this nice romantic protective guy--who also highly skilled as killing people.

I think he also did a good job of trying to portray that Jason look only not quite so dimwitted.

Holy Shit on today's Canuckian! This new Phyllis is actually much bitchier and more unlikeable than MS'. I never expected that. I loved GT on OLTL, but i know she played a bitch/hell on wheels on another soap, and I guess this is what she is channeling. I was watching the scenes and I really do not think even MS would be that over the top bitchy/crazy. But maybe the writers are going a different direction. I would have expected Phyllis to be grateful she is awake, to be asking about Summer's life, and Jack, etc, but she is just full on bitchy, and not in a good way. And over on GH MS is playing a crazy bitch too. EGADS.

Yes, I think he has a contract with Nike, and Rosie P didn't feel comfortable saying that, IOW promoting Nike, but Ro O was perhaps bragging for Rosie P, that her hubby has this important contract. That's the way I took it. (Bitsy had no trouble mentioning her Puma days every other week.) I am liking the show a lot, but I agree that some more personal stories would be good. I used to hate the celeb interviews because they were just so bad at it, but I for example really enjoyed the JL interview and the Sarah Paulsen one.

I find Sonny to be entirely unappealing, so his sexy times with Carly look really bad, as in zero chemistry. Not sure if she has chemistry with Franco, but that doesn't seem to be as bad as this. It is so hard to fathom why she is drawn to him, blech. But now I am going to enjoy Franco's little game that he is playing with them. Carly seems afraid of him, and she should be, and she should have known better to get involved with him. I still don't get why Sonny doesn't just kill Franco to solve his problem, but I guess now that Kiki knows, it wouldn't quite solve it after all.
