  1. We forget that Josh was pretty young when this show started. In 2008 he would have been 24. He may be an old soul but he was awfully immarture in some ways.
  2. None of that portfolio are in Tracy's active listings so looks like she is out as any part of the listings. As much as a control freak as he appeared to be, it is not a surprise that the only person he trusts to sell them is himself
  3. I've read articles about Fredrik that say that in person he is much calmer and professional than the persona he is on the show.
  4. The show would work better as a 30 minute show or perhaps have 2 mysteries per episode but she may not have filmed material to double up. They could come up with more interesting filler other than what pair of shoes she has on that day. Too many scenes add nothing to the show and drag down what is interesting. Genetic genealogy is not TV friendly. Like with this episode their are privcacy issues with the research that can't be shown. And the actual research doesn't translate to TV so what we see is her going from A to Z with B through Y being glossed over.
  5. I like the whole concept oof the show but sometimes it comes across more of a commercial for CeCe personally than about the actual work. Every show there is a 5-10 minutes "look at my life" feature. Then of course there is the continually patting herself on the back about how great she is. And strangely enough every show has multiple gratiutous shots of her feet. I suspect most of that is filler because there really isn't enough content to fill an out the time frame The mysteries are interesting but there is too much stuff not really relating to that. If they tighten up the show it would be better.
  6. Reality like having your trauma surgeon assist in an orthopedic surgery. One that the ortho should have been able to do with one hand tied behind his back
  7. Baldwin City is less than an hour away from Kansas City. A far easier drive than commuting from the Seattle suburbs to downtown.
  8. Not the same thing. Glover sued because they used his image without permission in a totally new movie, In this case, the studio used previously filmed and shown video in another episode of an onging series. That sort of fair use is included in their contracts. Of course, they will be paid residuals for the use. It would be different if they used Grey's videos in Station 19. That would be beyond fair use.
  9. The producers don't have to have permisson. Anything already filmed belongs to them to use as they please in the show
  10. Now they can really complicate thing, make Jo pregnant and have her keep it a secret from Alex.
  11. In Chicago that would be fairly normal winter weather. In Seattle, it is a catastrophe. That is at least 40 degrees colder than normal and they never get that much snow. They aren't prepared for it
  12. list includes Sheldon, Tiffani, Tyler Anderson, Ann Pettry, Sarah Grueneberg, Isaac Toups, Mei Lin, Brother Luck, Gregory Gourdet
  13. I'm glad they included Paralympians. I've always thought an interesting "real person" challenge would be to design for women with various physical disabilities. Women who want to wear good fashion but have to accomadate braces, splints, crutches/canes, and yes wheelchairs and pothesises; women who have limited use of their hands or arms, etc
  14. It is not just for visa purposes these units are purchased, in many cases, they are used to launder ill gotten money. They would buy with their drug/fraud money, paying cash, then turn around and sell the property a year or two later and voila millions of now clean money banked in the US and not China or Russia.
  15. Bravo to the 3 girls who went to the principal to let him know what was going on. And good job to him for reacting promptly and appropriately.
  16. Let's not forget Cassie discovering a viable human blood sample in a long dead bedbug. Yeah that sounds reasonable. This story line will be a sad way for this show to end. They will never be able to recover from this in the long run.
  17. Sean was totally pandering to the evangelical base of the Republican Party. The “stand with Christ” line is one you hear from them not usually from devout Catholics like Spicer. Just admit you can’t dance Sean
  18. Sean is already whining. In a now deleted tweet response to Mike Huckabee who posted this Sean replied https://ew.com/tv/2019/09/17/sean-spicer-tweet-dwts-judges-christ/
  19. Maybe it will be Molly, the last Grey sister. She appeared briefly in an early season 2 episode. With Fletcher's death, it would be a logical time for her to be in Seattle. And just think of all the drama she could just add with Maggie and Amelia feeling all insecure and paranoid
  20. The only way we'll get better contestants is to not watch the show when they have a bad cast. And I, for one, have no desire to punish myself by watching a show filled with a cast I dislike just to avoid "giving them the power" The power belongs to the people with the on/off button.
  21. Tom Bergeron isn't happy with Spicer being cast. This was his statement this morning
  22. Sean Spicer and Ray Lewis are 2 reasons for me to skip this season. Spicer is a liar and Lewis is simply obnoxious and full of himself (not in a fun way). So I'm not watching.
  23. He opened up both an LA and Miami office in the last year. He will be in charge of building up and expanding the LA office and his partner John Gomes will run the NYC office (which has also expanded into Brooklyn). With the market for high-end luxury real estate crashing in Manhattan, it makes sense for them to expand into other, more stable markets. It also makes business sense for Fredrik to be the one to head to LA. He is the one with the name recognition that will help get the publicity needed to build out the client list.
  24. Fredrik has moved his home base to Los Angeles. He and the family are living in Beverly Hills. He will commute to NYC when needed. What this means for his future participation in this show wasn’t announced. I somehow believe we will see him transition to the LA show. Might actually be interesting to see how a big time broker changes cities and markets
  25. This was the week of cannon fodder. Dancers who may make some noise but will ultimately fall to the side on the way to the top 10
