She did say that she never asked to be the third party and wanted out of it.

He was helping John to try to find Tate, and got mad that they weren't getting anywhere. Though they finally did, not in small part to Paul's connections. -
Holiday Inn is one of the choices for the Sacramento fall/winter season, but I haven't decided if I'll go see it.

Aw, I love Lukas Graham. And I absolutely adore his followup song, "Mama Said".

When Allison Sweeney of Days was pregnant a few years back, she was replaced on the show by a male actor, who was playing Sami pretending to be a guy. Yes, it was pretty convoluted. I saw an interview with Chandler Massey, who played Sami's son, Will, and he said that one day he was in his gym and the guy who ran the gym came up to him and said, "I used to be your mother." :D

Heh, I knew that. :D

So it's okay for Brady to blame Theresa for the kidnapping, but it's not okay for Theresa to blame Brady. Aiden is still lying about not being the one who put his name on Hope's life insurance policy. Ooh, flashes of scary Paul! "The bomb is going off in six minutes. Get the bomb squad here." Yeah, they can get a lot done in six minutes. And why didn't she call Shawn or anybody else a lot longer ago than that? Andre needs to find some way to delay the bomb squad. Stage a car wreck to block the road, or something? Is Brady really going to get to Las Vegas before Summer leaves? How does Shawn get his own marked patrol car? -
David Michael Grant was also a young, innocent teenager (who doesn't realize that he's the object of his sister's boyfriend's crush) in Happy Birthday, Gemini, which starred Madeleine Kahn in an awesome comedic turn.

Now Brady can put this pettiness behind him, and concentrate on the important things -- speaking in support of his buddy Trump at the Republican Convention, like he was initially rumored to be doing (especially since Tim Tebow says he was never supposed to speak there). They have so much in common - hot foreign wives, privileged backgrounds ...

I like Chris Berman.

Breaking Away is a great movie. Another great bicycling movie, also written by Breaking Away's Steve Tesich, is American Flyers, starring a pre-Untouchables Kevin Costner. It always makes me sniffle. :)

Salem International: Casting Notes: Arrivals & Departures

So next week they come back from their three week break and will begin taping for the new year. And they're approaching episode 13,000. Can we hope episode 13,000 is better than the 50th anniversary? -
Oh, Byrd. In one of this morning's reruns, the plaintiff was suing for having to take time off for work, and JJ asked him how much he made and who he worked for. He said that he works for Disney (in Orlando), and he said that he made $14 a day. JJ was taken aback at that. "I know Disney has a reputation, but still, $14 a day!" And Byrd said, "That's Goofy." The guy did correct himself to say $14 an hour.

Josh Groban will be going to Broadway in the fall in The Great Comet of 1812, based on a small part of War and Peace. He plays Pierre, and African-American actress Denee Benton is Natalia.

I really disagreed with JJ on this case. The guy said he'd never gotten any kind of indication from law enforcement that the boat was stolen, and he said he didn't think the VIN on the boat that the woman was claiming was confiscated didn't match the VIN of the boat he sold. JJ couldn't even be bothered to take two minutes to compare the numbers. And if the boat had been confiscated by LEOs, why did she still have the title?

Yes, somebody finally told Julie to mind her own damn business. Hehhehheh. Jesus, Ciara, leave Chase alone. Nice scenes between Jen and Chad. It was time for him to call her out. I wonder how she would react if he started talking about her family's history of problems with mental illness. "This is not about me, this is not about what I want." Bullshit, Jennifer. -

Deimos needs to change the locks on the door. Heh. Every man in town gets the hots for Nicole as soon as he meets her. :) I guess Shawn hasn't bothered to let anybody in Rafe's family know that he's missing. Back and white pixels? I guess they are not going to address Nadia Bjorlin being pregnant. Nice job singing, BTW. Dammit, Deimos, why are you giving Kate a break? Go, Jen Lilley, just slaying. Oh, shut it, Dario, you know that Summer took Tate. I understand why Theresa did that, but I'm sure they're going to be getting a lot of crank callers.
