I agree with you on both points. I hated that D'Andra insisted that Kary and Leanne speak at the table. They were having a civil conversation, but others kept interjecting. I did not feel sorry for Brandi and the trash comment either. Kam may be annoying, but overall I find her harmless. Though I am probably biased because I cannot stand Brandi. I feel like she rarely gets called out on her behavior. I hope this season is not most of the group against Leanne. It is time to get a new storyline show. I did not get why D'Andra seemed annoyed that her husband was not at her office. Please tell me he is not substitute D'Andra while she is away. I do not really like Kary. I have the unpopular opinion of not liking Blake. I just find him and his shtick so grating. I like John and Kelly. I am pretty indifferent to Gwen. She is just there for me, I think I enjoyed her more during her No Doubt days. I agree with you on both points. Sometimes there are some good younger singers, but I tend to prefer the ones that are out of their teens. I have a habit of rooting against singers that are 16 and under. I know, I am horrible.

I am pretty indifferent to Emily, but I hate the way Tamra and even Shannon treat Emily. It is like mean girls mixed with dismissiveness. Tamra acting like Kelly being aggressive is new, when Kelly has been the same way since her first season. Do we not remember the Ireland trip or every season with Kelly on it. I hate the Tamra, Shannon and Vicki friendship. The only time I liked Shannon was when she was on the Vicki hate train. This whole episode was basically people yelling at each other. It was awful. I wish they would get rid of the whole cast. I would not mind seeing Heather back. This cast is insufferable.
