What is weird is that I thought Cynthia and Kenya both looked gorgeous on the show and terrible in their talking heads (with some exceptions, it is usually the other way around for Howives). Cynthia looks healthy (and there is nothing wrong with her rear, so shut up Peter) and Kenya finally has gotten her makeup and hair color on point. However, in her talking head Kenya is wearing a prom dress from the eighties with a ruffle that is threatening to eat her face and I do not know what look Cynthia is going for in her talking head. Considering Apollo's impressive command of the Queen's English...are we certain he knows what this word means? Does he think he is talking about a foot rub or a back massage and that is the reason he was surprised at the anger about his lying?

I agree with most of the posts. Did they have a blind person casting the tertiary characters, because Damon Dash, R. Kelly, and Missy looked nothing like their real life counter parts. I was a little younger then Aaliyah and I thought she was cool as hell. However, they made her come off like a Disney princess. I am sure real life Aaliyah was quite sweet and innocent, but she was never lame. If you did not know anything about her music you would not know how raw and cutting edge her sound could be. I hated the way the made R. Kelly look like an innocent man in love. The wrongness of that relationship was really not explored. I also hated they said nothing about her co-starring with Jet Li for the movie. An Arican American woman and an Asian man as the leads for a major movie (which was also a retelling of Romeo and Juliet) was revolutionary for the time.

I do not understand why if MJ wanted a new house...why the heck could she not sell the newly remodeled home Kandi and use the proceeds as a down payment on her new home? Think about it, the sale would be nothing but pure profit after she took out the taxes and fees. Oh yes, why the heck would MJ work or pay anything when her beloved sucker... I mean daughter jumps to do everything for her. Kandi is blind to her mother's manipulations. That woman will not rest till she has totally destroyed Kandi's marriage. Hang on tight Todd...it is going to be a very bumpy ride. I can see adorable Ayden and Mr. President doing very well for themselves as they grow older. I also see their no good can not keep himself out of jail father, leeching and taking advantage of them in the same way as MJ does with Kandi, in order to keep him in the manner in which he is accustomed (when he is not behind bars). That dentist sort of reminded me of that actor who played Richie on Family Matters and is now currently on The Young and the Restless. I wonder if the APOLLOGY to Kenya was because he is looking for another sugar mama that will also keep him on the show. I think Phaedra is not going to financially support him beyond a certain previously agreed upon point (not that she should give him a dime) and he wants to stay relevant for the reality t.v. gravy train. I see him more then happy to do interviews from prison with no shame (if that is allowed) if that puts money in his book. The fact that he was surprised and had no remorse that he mislead people that trusted him really showed his true nature. Apollo was not a stay at home dad that gave up a lucrative career to take care of his kids. Instead, the grandmother had to take the kids while he was out stealing and spending thousands in strip clubs. If he really has anything on her... I see him blackmailing her or singing like a canary. Sadly, I think he cares for himself more then his lovely children (sort of like MJ). I remember people on twop commenting that when the public wedding picture came out of Cynthia and Peter's wedding (remember that wedding in the Fernbank Science Center with the "Big Dummy" shirt and how she had to borrow 5k to pay for it) many people, who did not watch the show, thought a pretty young thing was marrying an old coot for his money. Imagine their surprise when they found out a). they were both around the same age and b). SHE was the one with the money. Peter will tell you he keeps bringing up her age because he is proud of her (to clarify, Cynthia is far from old and looks beautiful for any age), but the truth is that he wants to passive aggressively bring her down to draw attention away from the fact that she married far beneath her. I say that as not as a reference to his looks or money, but his character. Edited to add: Remember how Peter was going to run off to Venezuela to cheat with his friends, because Cynthia had the nerve to have fibroids? Remember how she blamed herself for that?

It would have been a heartwarming story. An ex convict gets a chance at a new life and does good by building a fitness empire. Heck, I would love to get a daily inspirational message from him..."Don't let the sector of the time scale tear asunder your juviality" .

It's so weird. When she was in her twenties Cynthia was a top model, who was making guest appearances on a popular t.v. show (Cosby Show) and dating some of the most eligible bachelors in the world. In contrast, Nene was swinging on a stripper poll and trying to get the attentions of a married old coot (I think Greg was born old, though he did invent stripper moves for the geriatric set). Who the heck would think at that time that these two would ever be in the same social circle, let alone that Nene would be in in the superior position financially and career wise. I like Cynthia, but sometimes I have the feeling she did not make the most of the opportunities that were afforded to her at a relatively young age.

I am not saying that you should marry someone for their money, but Russell Simmons probably would not be pestering her for gas money. Also, sometimes I get the feeling Peter married Cynthia for her money, even though she is so beautiful. I have no idea what she sees in Papa Smurf, but she never really seemed happy with him.

I really hated the episode where Marge got breast implants. Everything from the non funny jokes, to her horror in not having a perfect body, because her proportions did not match up exactly with a cardboard cut out of Wonder Woman

What the hell was that? The reunion was so boring and then they give us cryptic editing. What Jim said must have been a doozy, because everyone looked totally disgusted (not easy to do with this crew). I like Rino and think he might actually be too classy for this show (I have brain bleached the bird thong out of my mind). I realized he looks a combination of Robert Dinero (sp?) and Lex Luthor. I wish him the best with the restaurants and appreciate he has a honest way of making a nice living. From what I understand, Teresa monstrosity was being built way before she was cast on the show. It was very stupid for the Gui's to move into the house on reality television, but that was on them, not Bravo. I think if it was not for the Bravo paycheck and the opportunities that come with it, the Gui's would have been foreclosed upon years ago. This does not negate that Andy is Satan, but still has enough good sense to dislike wee Jim. That was the most hostility I think I have ever seen Andy openly show toward someone associated with the Howives, even including Jill Z from NY.

Damn it Josh, I was rooting for you....we were all rooting for you. If this was not a production set up, then I truly do not understand why the hell you would do something so stupid and you knew that the show would have a zero tolerance policy for something like this? I can not blame this on you being stupid, because I know you are fairly intelligent, even in your more arrogant moments. It felt like you left in disgrace, far worse then just doing a bad tattoo.

No worries and you can stay. Everybody has a right to their own standard and idea of beauty. I knew a guy who would not even glance up at the screen during a Victoria Secrets fashion show because he thought the women were "meh" at best. However, if you a young Jennifer Lopez in some of those lingerie, he would probably have a heart attack from the excitement. To each his or her own.

Is VG going through some financial problems? It looks like she can not afford to maintain the exterior or grounds of her estate. Why the heck do this people not downsize when it is obvious they can not afford the lifestyle they are fronting? As someone said earlier...she might be able to get a pretty penny for the land, but maybe not if it really comes up on the LIE.

I have seen Hoffman weigh outs, where it seemed like 20 percent gold and 80 percent slag. In the previous seasons it looked liked very fine gold dust interspersed among a lot of dirt. I did love seeing how the gold brick was made. Being a gold buyer must be a very cool job.

Lord, Atlanta will hook you from the first minute. New Jersey was such a bore because Saint Teresa can not be open with the viewers about the truth of her situation. The rest of the cast had little to do, besides say 'poor Teresa"over and over again. Also, even though Jersey incorporates family, I usually do not believe anyone has any real connections to each other off the show. The Atlanta ladies can put aside their differences and seem like a lot of fun (well maybe not Porsha and Kenya at this point). Even though Apollo said a lot of foolish things, the reality of the situation was not glossed over in order to spare Phaedra's feelings. Porsha had the prettiest mug shot I have ever seen.

Does anyone remember last season when Peter was talking with Apollo about the luxury vehicle he just had to purchase without telling Cynthia (even though it was strongly implied that he bought it with her money)? I was appalled that Peter brings Cynthia some grocery store sushi and then has the nerve to ask for gas money. However, Peter seems like the type to drive a high end vehicle and not have a dime to fill up the tank.

I am going to preface this with the understanding that my post is a little shallow...but in honor of Apollo I wanted to make things as "juvial" as possible. Apollo got the looks in his family. I am guessing his father was a handsome man. He had opportunities that many non ex convict people would would jump at. There are many hardworking honest people out there who can not find a job to save their lives. He probably thought he was going to sit back and let his wife rake in the dough. It was when she actually starting suggesting he work for one of the businesses (mortuary driver) after his stint as a fitness guru did not pan out, that he seemed to lose it with her. I always got the impression that Apollo (like Teresa and Joe) thought he was entitled to the good life, without having the talent, smarts, or work ethic to actually make it happen in any type of legitimate manner. I think people are right in that Apollo will not work a menial job, wear clothes from Wal-Mart, or drive anything less then a luxury car. He has always probably been able to use his looks and somewhat affable personality to charm gullible women into getting what he wants. He still expects a certain standard of living when he gets out prison and he expected Phaedra to provide it for him. I am guessing they are keeping Porsha around to attract more straight male and gay female viewers. Girl has an amazing body if you exclude the implants (particularly if you consider she probably does not kill herself working out). Are we going to be treated to a five minute clip of Porsha wearing a skimpy outfit and saying something silly every week? [snip]

Don't you guys get it....it was in a TUBE. The tube will magically make us stupid consumers want it, because no other shampoo comes in a tube. I actually like Marcus and the show, but I really did not get what was so special about this product.

I love Tony Beets and would love to know more about his courtship of Elsa, However, watching him dismantle a dredge week after week is boring.

I sometimes forget how beautiful Gabriella is. Her police woman outfit is awesome and very age appropriate. I might actually steal that idea next year (most female costumes go towards being skimpy, which fine if that is what you want and I like that her outfit actually looks classy).

Not at all...you are entitled to your opinion. In fact, it looks like the comments on Youtube are much more positive then you think. It looks like to me one girl is the singer and another one does the rap part. I think that they let Gia in for her in NJ howife connection (why else have a 13 year old in the group and then have Milania do the random cameo at the end). I wish the best for Gia and hope she makes the right decisions for her life (unlike her mother).

I read on another site that Gia's music video will drop tomorrow (is that the proper terminology?). I think Tre spent 10k on the video.

It's very weird to me that anytime Teresa talks to her girls about school, her main concern is talking about boys and whether their male class mates find them attractive. I know this show is heavily edited, but in the infamous scene where Teresa is getting the girls ready for school (like she supposedly does every day), she is surprised to learn about homework and tests. She never seems to worry about the girls' grades and not one cent of all that ill gotten money went into a college fund. One does not need to have a college education to be successful, but Teresa seems to be teaching her girls that their main value is in their looks and getting married. The funny thing is I get the same vibe from Lauren Manzo and the troll twins (remember when the one twin said she now has to earn money like a man because she is divorced). It is off to me to see this type of mentality in the twenty first century. It is like they are just an urban version of those Gypsy clans that have the girls drop out of school and marry at a young age. I appreciate that Dina's Lexi does not come off like this. Thankfully, I have heard on this boards that Teresa's girls get good grades and seem to be smarter then their mother. Perhaps Tre only talks about boys on camera so she comes off like the cool mom and is a better parent then I am giving her credit for?

I always thought her cleavage was due to a great push up bra...shows you what I know. I agree her surgeon should advertise on this show, as she is one of the best plastic surgery "afters" I have ever seen . I hope she realizes she looks good now and does not over do it or she is going to start looking more like a whacked out JLo (the late Michal Jackson being an example of someone who did not know when to stop).
