Zzzz... I finally got around to dragging thru another ep of the season. Bored. Kim and the kids get a live tree for the first time they have celebrated X-mas. Wait, what? What kind of turbo Xian family wouldn't celebrate X-mas? Moriah’s outfit to go Christmas tree shopping was as idiotic and inappropriate as her baptism one. It was a little sad to hear the kids do not understand why Santa says "ho ho ho" or what an ornament is. Surprisingly, Kim grew up celebrating Christmas but she never did that with her kids. Their childhood was deprived of so much, yet she thinks this is a “win”, and by that, she means a way to stick it to Barry. I'm not sure how she can make herself more unlikeable each episode, but somehow, she manages to do it. Meanwhile, the happy couple are celebrating X-mas in Minnesota with Olivia's sister and husband. Olivia, getting your brother-in-law a buttplug as a joke for Christmas screams inappropriate and a serious lack of boundaries. 😲 Ethan the prankster served blueberry chicken pancakes. Olivia's sister plants some seeds of doubt about Olivia and Ethan's marriage. Micah, alone for the holidays in California, decides to go snowboarding but the road is closed until it can be cleared. I noticed that Micah‘s reaction to his siblings celebrating Christmas this year, there was definite hurt behind his eyes. I think he was genuinely glad his younger siblings got to celebrate the holiday, but I also think he feels shortchanged that he didn’t have that experience as a child like they are now. His reaction was very sad to me. I felt like he was holding back tears. Barry and the Sandwich of Sadness ™️ are interrupted by a call from Micah. Barry interviews that he doesn't celebrate X-mas because he doesn't believe Jesus was born on December 25th. It's a symbolic celebration, Barry. 🙄

I zoned out and started checking my email during that ridiculous new age mediation session. I was too bored to think about who did that, but yeah, I can totally see Billie Lee doing that for Sandoval. It didn't help that I had forgotten Billie Lee was on this show in the first place. Did Sandoval say something about people talking about them dating? I barely know who that is, nor care, but that looked like something I would never watch (in addition to the show with Jax and his Hee-Haw Honey).

That description makes it sound a lot more interesting than what I (barely) watched! The meditation exercise was a bunch of new-age BS (possibly with a little bad acting thrown in for good measure). Brock claims that "Sandoval's team" was spreading rumors about Brock and Raquchel fooling around, so Brock's "team" told his team to cease and desist. What the hell? Ariana and Katie pretend to interview staff for their fake sandwich shop, but a woman I never saw before really did all the work. Of course, the mandatory vacation could not end without someone getting into a fight... this time, it was Sandoval and LaLa.

The voice over/narrator says "... because --it happens", which leads me to believe he shat on the floor.

That reminds me of one I saw in the past. I assumed he crapped on the floor. but shouldn't he be mopping the floor with bleach after the mother and child leave the bathroom?

So, Hestia's retreat turned out to be a "killbox" after all, just not quite the way they thought it would be. I wondered how long Homer would fall for their amateur (audio) production but did not expect that he knew immediately and would make them tell stories about him in exchange for his silence, only to be killed by Heracles the idiot (Nice callback, tho!).

That whole story about Rachel giving the dog to someone else, the new owner leaving it at a dog pound, and Lisa Vanderbucks just happening to be offered the dog is very suspicious to me.🤔

In the new CeraVa commercials featuring Michael Cera in weird creepy commercials, it really bugs me how the black woman in the audience's eye look. I guess she's going for "awkward embarrassment", but her expression looks like "please don't beat me".
