I have never read that they were this fabulously wealthy so yes I feel like this was all a big lie. It’s taking their privilege and putting it in a context where those of us who are not millionaires, which I’m reasonably sure they are, can relate and I just feel, like I said, duped. It would be one thing if this was common knowledge from the start. Also it seems like the real Beverly is even worse than the character from the clips I’ve seen of her. Just all around disappointing. I can’t look at this show, even when it was good , in the same way anymore.

Happens everywhere. People are assholes. I don’t think most drivers know what a crosswalk is. I had one at my place of work and drivers flew by and never stopped. Even worse, the cops didn’t care and neither did the city.

I am late to the party watching this, but I wish I never found out this is one of the same people that did Gilmore girls. I hate Gilmore girls. Another show about entitled women & the first talking is unnerving to me. It’s not as bad in this show but every time they start hammering I start thinking of Gilmore girls and how annoying it was.

The actual house Adam grew up in where the Goldberg’s used to live in Jenkintown: I will just say it’s very interesting to Google the Goldbergs actual former residence in Jenkintown. It’s a Mansion! and see how much we are being duped by this show. This is no where near being a middle-class family and I feel taken. Takes a lot of the reality part out of it. The home’s previous owners were part of the Gimbels family. It’s insanely gorgeous.

Agree my wonderful caring and sympathetic Dentist retired. In his place is a youngster who while checking my teeth after they were cleaned by the new subpar hygienist,poked me with the sharp instrument. I am not happy with them and there’s a big lack of choices in the hillbilly town I live in.
