Very disheartening that we've had all women in overtime so far. Not a great episode for Yessi to show her dad. First as crewboss, she lets a good lead slip away by accepting subpar work on the trailer floor. Then in ot, puts the wings on backwards and took forever to fix it. The 3 ft height requirement in the individual challenge really made it harder. It pushed a lot of people to use bendable materials to get the height. It seemed like there were several structures that failed right away. Disappointed to not see everyone's time.

Wait until it's 50 years old and you're told the tank has cracks and you need a new one. That's going to take a 5-10k bite out of our savings.
