  1. I think it's just their way to divide up the teams. Last time it was professionals vs home bakers. What is it about Yolanda that is making me not recognize her?
  2. What was I thinking, I removed the wood beams in our family room. Guess I can't advertise the house as having American charm.
  3. I love Zach Braff. He is probably not wealthy by Hollywood standards. Unless T-Mobil is paying him big bucks. (His commercials are amusing, unlike the stupid ones by the Suits actors.) So kudos to him for stepping up and making his friend's new house safe. The Property Brothers are likely wealthier. The look on Zach's face when he got the news about the extra work. The pizza guy was funny.
  4. Sigh, I thought Macbeth was too obvious. Drew was cute, was rooting for him.
  5. When the mother asked one of the kids if they wanted the chocolate one, I said Yes, please. My best friend's daughter lives in Kaiserslautern with her army fiancé. She is enjoying it. She goes all over Europe by train. I saw pictures of her weekend in Paris. What a life.
  6. I liked all the teams and pieces in the first hour. The winner was quite obvious in the second hour since that was the only display I liked. Didn't care which team was eliminated, could have sent all 3 home.
  7. I loved Tiffany's blue outfit in the Jenkins episode.
  8. I knew fondue, Tanglewood, and Data. But went O fer in FJ this week.
  9. YES! I noticed that too. I thought #3 was the one they bought since they brought him to it. What was up with the husband's dislike of triangles?
  10. We don't know who anyone is and then show covers them all with mud. Had no idea who was doing what. Thought the people who covered their faces before hitting the mud were smart.
  11. Vienna. That shower in the kitchen was really freaking Sara out. I was thinking, it could be worse, the toilet could be in the kitchen. Nope, it's out in the hallway. Well played, show. Achim is a man of understatement, Sara didn't like that apartment. I liked the other 2 apartments. I don't think she can make a wrong choice.
  12. And Thierry, when his hair was under control, was on one of the War shows.
  13. Oh I liked Aaron. Glad to have him back. And Manny, he of the 2 tone hair and mustache, also looks familiar. Maybe he did the cookie challenge? Joel said he was a sugar artist, maybe he was on Halloween Wars. I'm at the age where just about everyone looks vaguely familiar.
  14. I saw a commercial that this is back Sept 29. Unfortunately, it looks like Tator is back too. They did not show who is hosting/judging.
  15. Was she the one who kept saying "I like"? I did not like her.
  16. Denver, CO. For someone with a live in boyfriend, Dad seems overly involved in the maintenance of the prospective place. I get that he's fronting some money. Is the boyfriend not handy? Did house #1 have stucco on the inside walls? The condo was too small. I'd say go for #3 if it had another bath. Ryan does exist.
  17. I think the bragging thing is just for the cameras. She is hyper competitive but still is very gracious and complimentary about the other chef's food. Always tells the eliminated chefs that it was great to have them and leads the clapping. She does not give off sore loser vibes. She knows she didn't deserve to win and is her harshest critic.
  18. Will has an odd buzzer position. I wonder what's up with that? I knew Meryl Streep, phalanges, and, if they'd take it, President Lincoln's son. Plus FJ!
  19. I miss Pat and his cue cards. At least Ryan seems enthusiastic. And I was surprised that he hugged a player. The set does seem a bit modern but generic. Guess they wanted it all to be new.
  20. I'm wondering when Bryan Voltaggio is showing up to take on Michael. Does Tiffany have any rivals?
  21. Is there anyone from Brooke's season of Top Chef that hasn't been on this show?
  22. I'm really picky about food but found pork schnitzel to be delicious.
  23. Amberg, Germany. I visited Germany in May. The architecture is all like that and is so picturesque. Not sure how livable it is. I liked the first house. Realize it's far from work. The apartment had its drawbacks on the outside. And the chalet, I don't think there's anything wrong with the 90s. Interesting, it sounds like they regretted their decision. That's a first.
