I stand corrected. Even though it wasn’t discussed on the show, it was out there several years ago and Meri and Kody never refuted it. I totally get why Meri felt she was free to move on - if Sam had been real. I wish she had left the family at that point. Kody is still an a$$. The diamonds should have gone to Leon. The money from the gold should have gone toward family needs. This having happened prior to the catfish tells me that the storyline of Meri getting a legal divorce so that Robyn kids could have insurance was a smokescreen. Kody wanted to be legally married to Robyn. Period. He lied on camera.

She wasn’t too tired to film It all. A tired person would have sat in the recliner. She had to supervise even her adult offspring. I do not believe for one minute that Nurie, Kaylee, and Renee have never done the Christmas decorating before. They knew exactly how to arrange it all. If all the traveling for their ministry is grueling, then stop it. Turn the printing ministry into a real business. Get a job, send the kids to school.

I agree with Meri. This had never been discussed on the show and it wasn’t Christine’s story to tell. That was the ring Meri gave Kody before they even became polygamists. I’ve never been a big fan of Meri’s, but I don’t believe she’s ever revealed anything about another wife that wasn’t her story to tell.

Kody knew newborn Truely wouldn’t have any idea of whether or not he was gone. Plus Robyn influenced him then just as now. According to Kody the two kids would miss him too much and couldn’t go two days without seeing him. Those two kids wouldn’t have cared as long as Robyn didn’t make a big deal about it. Christine, Janelle and Meri accepted single parenthood - right up until they saw their grandchildren being raised by their dad. Robyn didn’t accept it - that’s the difference ( regardless of her contention that she wanted a Plural marriage )

Robyn’s explanation as to why this is NOT her fault. The move to Vegas was shortly after she married Kody… and she wanted to move. The move to Flagstaff was because …she wanted to move. In addition, she forgets that she is now a similar age to the ages of the OG wives when they moved to Vegas, and is entering the phase of her marriage where HER older kids are now of age to leave the house and HER interests will turn to something other than her husband. Is marriage becoming difficult for her? Her THs make it seem so. Notice - not one word about Kody’s interests having shifted completely away from 3 wives and 13 offspring. Guess that’s not supposed to matter.

I wouldn’t worry. There won’t be much left by then for anyone to inherit. I’m sure the OG 13 aren’t expecting anything from any of their parents

Robyn makes a lot of negative comments about Kody in the TH- and in this last week’s tell all episode. Kody currently doesn’t make similar comments about her. She may be the love of his life, but she is embarrassing him in a public forum. Surely that’s going to cone back to bite her soon. Especially since his ego is so fragile. I wonder if some of her frustration with him is due to his reaction to her comments?

If she made a rolling stop at a red light and made a right turn… she ran the light. If she was rear ended, she was rear ended by someone who most likely had the green light. Is she implying that someone coming from the opposite direction turned left on the same red light?

Janelle made a comment in an episode that it had to be paid off by a certain date. Period. That was a different issue than it having to be paid off before they could build on it. Presumably Janelle made sure it was paid off so that they didn’t get foreclosed on.

I don’t listen to her radio show, so I don’t know the context here. That said, I have a friend who often posts similar thoughts. It’s her excuse for not following doctors’ advice and accepted best practices to prevent illnesses etc. she shames people who do follow best practices as being fearful.

She doesn’t challenge him or Robyn on anything ever. She totally treats them as if whatever they say is the absolute reality of whatever happened.

Kody still can’t admit to his part in any of it. He lies just to lie. Robyn lies just to lie. He seriously thought Janelle should come home from vacation to go to the store for him when Aurora was downstairs snd tested negative and was going to classes. And he spoke to Gabe on the phone - we know this because Gabe said so. That was on Gabe’s birthday - Kody didn’t wish him a Happy Birthday

Or he could have called one of his kids. Aurora was there and she was negative

My understanding is that they bought two lots and then another two lots later. Could the first two have been lot B and D- putting all four wives names on partial lots, and then the last two bought later - one by Janelle( who put Kody’s name on it) and one by Kody and Robyn? I’m speculating of course.

Yes, Dhan is married to his male therapist. I don’t think we’ve been shown Zeke’s sexual orientation. Given his issues, I don’t think a relationship is top on his list of things to be worried about.

That part made no sense. His wife died 30 years ago. What would she have been getting social security checks for? There’s this thing called a death index. SS finds out about your death when the coroner or funeral home reports it. Normally it’s unreported deaths that someone buries the body in the back yard and keeps the social security checks. There’s also a question of what services he would have received over the past 30 years, due to being homeless or mentally ill or whatever. That social security check would have been discovered by some agency.

She was kidnapped for a day. They escaped after her first meal with Sir. That’s why it’s never made sense to me that she is so completely traumatized by SIR and changed her name and Gabbi paid for law school etc ( with what money by the way?).

Well he’d have to have some intellect and humanity first before she could have some regard for it. LOL He’s also confabulating things. She held him in high regard when this series started. The truth is he is saying this because his feelings are hurt because 1) she supported Christine during her decision to leave and strengthened their friendship after she left 2). She emotionally supports her offspring that he’s mad at and 3) she rejected him. He’s spouting the same stuff every hurt ex-spouse says.

The proposed change in layout couldn’t be done until after the lots were paid off. So it has no legal bearing in what Meri would have been getting in October 2022. It’s just in Kody’s head. Weren’t the lots only 4 lots at that time? Bought at two different times? So 6 acres and then 8 acres?

She’s parenting her adult children wrong. ‘We allowed our grown children’ - they aren’t being treated as grown if they have to be given permission to make their own choices
