  1. My thoughts are that the layout is structured so that Janelle and Meri can 2) sell the small lot they jointly own outright - it’s at the end. They can sell their shares of the two big lots back to Kody and Robin. That allows Kody and Robyn to have two big and one small lot adjacent to each other. I suppose Janelle and Meri could sell their parts of the two big lots to someone else ..:. But who wants to own property with Kody and Robyn? Maybe siblings of Kody? Definitely not his OG kids
  2. So is Wes going to be the second FLI team supervisor to sleep with an underling? I guess it depends on how many episodes are left.
  3. Scola gave her the money while she was still in New York- and separated from her awful spouse. I’m sure he thought he was helping his SIL get a fresh start. When she got home, then she forgave her awful husband and moved him back in. So Scola should be mad at his SIL- Instead he tried to talk Nina into forgiving her BIL and giving him a second chance. I will agree that Scola should have discussed the money with Nina. Especially if they have combined their accounts. Even if not, she knows her sister better than Scola does. She might have known that her sister was liable to get back with her spouse. However - Scola did tell her as soon as he saw her, so there is that. He wasn’t hiding it from her- just wanted to tell her in person.
  4. If Phillip is working at Wendy’s, and stays there for a while, that’s a good thing. He is interacting with some people not ‘like-minded’. Some great, some not so great. Some working while in college, some working while their offspring are in school, some working in retirement. He’s going to learn a lot about other people’s lives and how the world actually works. I hope he learns some life skills. I’m sure Tim is learning at his real world job too.
  5. @ginger90 Thank you for checking. Reddit posters must be looking at false information then. I apologize for spreading it.
  6. It appeared to me that they used the original lots and swapped names/ plus the right to sell their interest. So all 4 each own the two bigger lots. Kody and Robyn own one smaller. Meri and Janelle own the other equal sizes smaller lot. Keep in mind, I’m going off the Reddit posts. I’m not searching property filings.
  7. Reddit has a post saying that Coyote Pass ownership has changed -no sale- but Janelle and Meri each own 25% now. Comments go into detail about when it changed. In addition, any of them can now sell their share without consent of the others.
  8. Well at least they didn’t have sharpshooters shooting at a little gadget on the train to make it derail.
  9. In town, and they still won’t arrive at the ranch by the end of the episode
  10. Yes, and right after that tell Dave and Jill that the agreement they were required to sign has no legal standing. You know, the one that requires them to live close to the Rods, and travel with them, etc, etc. Because Jill has stated that they ‘allow’ Nathan and Nurie to live in Florida because of his being Pastor of a church.
  11. The reason it’s not published is that Sheridan hasn’t told us yet. Elsa narrated last season that only one of James and Margaret’s offspring lived long enough to see his children grow up … and I believe she added ‘and have children of their own’. John lived long enough to see Jack grown. If Elsa only said the first part - then it’s Jack’s descendant. If both parts are true- then it’s Spencer’s descendant. Also - Yellowstone never once mentioned any extended relatives. Leading me to believe that only one baby of the two current pregnancies has children. One last thing. Just because the genealogy chart says John Jr and that he’s the offspring of John and Emma, doesn’t mean it’s accurate. He could be John II. I do not think that chart was supplied by Sheridan.
  12. The entire personal life of Whitfield could have been avoided other than to explain the start of the train station. And that could have been done with any plain old murder. I continue to be annoyed by the portrayal of many of the women as Sheridan has written them on all of his series. Banner needs to wise up- he will be thrown off the train station soon.
  13. I agree Alex should have spoken up. However: Hillary was standing close enough to hear- it was a small room. Plus Paul as the primary driver should have been checking where gas stations were all along. The man putting on the chains should also have told Paul directly.
  14. Nothing except two things: 1) Super fan stalkers who would show up at the job and make everyone’s day miserable and 2) it would interfere with filming. Janelle’s prior job was before they moved from Utah, which was pretty much before the first season finished airing. There is a reason why most of the reality show families live behind gates. They’ve had people show up at their door.
  15. Ok how do we know that? The episode ended with the mystery woman saying Denise had something that didn’t belong to her and the man attacked Denise with a knife. I didn’t see him removing anything from her. why has Oliver all of a sudden become one of the good guys? I don’t trust him.
  16. The attendees are paying a lot of money for what is basically a 24 hour ‘retreat’. And paying even more to add an extra non-retreat day if they choose. I imagine a couple of years of that is enough for some. You can’t go by the luncheon photo though because some of the attendees were in line out in the hallway. Did anyone compare the number of tables to last year.
  17. Mine either. But they did at least save her from prison or a mental hospital. I’d really like the female marshal to catch up with the marshal and the priest. However she isn’t likely to do it in time to save Pete.
  18. Infamous is the more accurate word. Thank you.
  19. The ATF director was wrong in his strategic plan. However he was right in the dressing down he gave Duffy and her partner about their actions. They did do it off the books, two agents did die as a result, lots of other bad things happened. They should be fired. I would think the ATF director should have recognized Reacher’s name. His exploits should be famous in the alphabet agencies by now.
  20. I thought Hunter did this already? He’s been living in Vegas for a while, right?
  21. So no one tried to enter the bridal shop in the time between when they left and when our team arrived in Salt Lake City all the way from Cheyanne Wyoming? The female clerk was actively dying when they arrived but was perfectly fine and cleaned up while still on the stretcher at the ambulance? All this publicity and the team has not been outed yet?
  22. I know there’s been a few episodes since this( I’m behind)… this is the second time she’s hesitated when he tries to drive the relationship forward. The last time was when he wanted her to stay at his place instead of a hotel. She’s not as invested in the relationship as he is. Nor would anyone like a surprise trip stung on them the night before. She has a job you know. One that might not be amenable to a surprise vacation.
  23. In addition, the train people back then weren’t going to put a lot of effort into investigating the deaths of three ‘hobos’ illegally riding the train. They won’t know where it happened or who did it. The supposed police officer can’t properly identify Spencer, nor would he really be able to identify which train/car he jumped on or that there were people already in it. Who would even think to ask him?
  24. I’m much more interested in the mature people at the ranch (Elizabeth is not one), the town, and Teonna than Spencer and Alex( no better than Elizabeth). Whitfield is evil enough without his harem, which is just Sheridan being his normal disrespectful on women. The priest can go bye-bye any time.
  25. @ginger90 will hopefully copy the FB post here ( I don’t know how). Jill is crying ( again) because she moved Janessa out of the nursery. I thought she did that last year? In addition, she got a second coffee bar. Not sure why she needed two? I will grant her the need for an office since that means she will stop doing radio broadcasts in the bathroom.
