  1. Loved the episode! Bob Newhart was great as always. Loved all the Star Wars jokes, too. And the Leonard/Sheldon hug. I might have teared up at that.
  2. Good episode. Several laugh out loud moments for me. Ty Burrell is fantastic. I think my favorite line was "I'm Crocodile Dunphy."
  3. Love Charlie! He is adorable! And I loved his dance with the penguins.
  4. Actually, that was the one and only time in the episode he actually called him Goldberg. Fantastic episode! ABC has to renew this gem!
  5. Not as awesome as last week's episode, but still funny. Pops still rocks!
  6. Hated the color episodes. Preferred Gomer to Goober, Barney to Warren, and Floyd to Howard. Saw a good one the other night. The one where they don't want Barney in the choir and they get that bass singer to sing backstage. Love the scene where the four of them (Andy, Barney, Thelma Lou, and Aunt Bee) are practicing and Opie keeps making comments about Barney's awful singing and Andy keeps covering his mouth.
  7. Hi everyone! My favorites are Ski Lodge, The Doctor Is Out, and Ham Radio. "I just can't bewieve one of my guests could be a muppeppuh mupuwuh." "Could you stand back to back? I'm running out of bullets."
  8. I'm here, I'm here, I'm here, I'm here! So I was down in Puerto Rico on vacation. VERRRRRRY long wagon ride. Did not make the dog swim. Met some people from Minnesota. I asked if she had been to Walnut Grove and she said she had. I asked about the Minnesota mountains, and I guess they DO have what qualifies (to her at least) as mountains. People ski on them and everything. I did not ask if she had ever seen a schlong of healing. And I think the subtitle for this thread should be "I'm here! I'm here! I'm here!"
  9. Sheldon: Do you know how most people my age die? Leonard: They're killed by their roommate? Sheldon: Accident. Leonard: That's how I'm going to make it look.
  10. Loved that guy. He also was one of the Kim Lucks on Officer of the Day ("It must be our Kim Lucky day"). I believe that was the episode where Hawkeye asked "Can you identify yourself?" "This is me." Another favorite quote of mine, is Henry: "This is Colonel (Captain?) Pak, R.O.K. And Lt. Mulcahy, G.O.D." Or Mulcahy sees Klinger praying and says, "I thought you were an atheist." "I gave it up for Lent."
  11. Frank was one of my favorite characters. When he was on the show, I thought I hated him. But I was a kid. Turns out I loved to hate him. Or maybe just loved him. I gave it up for good after Klinger started wearing fatigues, but the show really started going downhill for me when he left.
  12. Saw a couple classic episodes today on TVLand- the one where Cliff and Claire talk to the kids about how they should come to them if they have a problem ("Are you angry?") and the one where the Dragon Lady (Mrs. Westlake) comes to dinner. I think these were Season 2 because Sondra is in the first one. Loved the discussion. Cliff uses the hypothetical of Theo being pregnant. He says, "Well, first I would want to know who did it." LOL Theo was pretty awesome in the first few seasons. I guess until he became a senior?
  13. The scene where Marie was ranting about the fruit of the month club. So funny and totally reminded me of my mom. Oh, and the counseling session with Charles Durning about The Angry Family.
  14. I'm going to go with Debra is a shrill harpy. Just like Jill (Home Improvement), Debra got worse.
  15. I really enjoyed everyone this episode. And yes, Raj has always been a sexist pig. I was pleased that he was the sweetheart that I think he can be as has been shown with his friendships.
  16. Watched several episodes yesterday on TVLand. There was one episode where I believe the main story was Marcia, Peter, and Jan working at Haskell's Ice Cream Parlor. The B-story had to do with Alice and Mr. Brady being on diets. I'm not sure if Mrs. Brady was on one or not, but I know Mike and Alice were. Okay, I can understand Alice being on a diet. But Mike? No one else in the series ever came close to being overweight that I can recall. Certainly don't think Mike was.
  17. "Laura! What have you done with that animal?" "Your mother's calling you, Nellie!" Pretty close, if not an exact quote.
