Ted Lasso in the Media: Trent Crimm, The Independent
Good Queen Jane replied to Whimsy's topic in Ted Lasso
And if Ted leaves, so will Coach Beard. That would make me sad. -
And just what happened to the cookie on the left?

I'm thinking yes, because Charlie was quite open to his friend regarding his concerns about lying to Emma.

2/5 with 1*. I was yelling out to the players my response to Friday's FJ, absolutely certain I was correct, except I wasn't. I hate it when that happens.

Hailing Frequencies Open: Picard in the Media
Good Queen Jane replied to starri's topic in Star Trek: Picard
There have been interesting interviews about each episode with showrunner Terry Matalas on Collider, The one on Episode three indicates that they knew Ed Speleers was too old for Jack Crusher but they didn't care: I guess I'm just an old fuddy-duddy for worrying about time continuity. -
This episode was so awful on so many levels I am just going to pretend it never happened.

0/5. Ouch!

I was surprised that Claire chose to participate in the reunion since she was subjected to some horrible cyberbullying when she won in 2018, including accusations that she had sex with Alex to get the answers.

3/5, which is better than I thought.

This! And it is so unfair to the players who have enough things going on during the game to put their nerves on fire. Maybe once or twice In a particularly crucial time, but not as often as Mayim does it.

Didn't we already do this with Japril? Or is it different because the genders of the believer/cynic switched?

I really enjoy the then and now pictures at the beginning. Since I am not around kids much, it amazes me what a difference 5 years can make. I also enjoy the interviews to hear what they are doing now. But the game itself, not so much and I can't figure out why.

1/5. I knew high school French would be useful someday. I’ll bring croissants in it’s honor.

Season Three Spec & Spoilers for Star Trek: Picard
Good Queen Jane replied to formerlyfreedom's topic in Star Trek: Picard
Could Jack Crusher be Wesley's kid? Or maybe Jack himself was fooling around and it's his illegitimate son. -
3/5. I found that my best knowledge is from events over 100 years ago.

For ISU competitions, a skater just needs to be accepted by the country's Federation (and released by any other country's Federation that they skated for.) The Olympics requires that the skater be a citizen of the country they represent.

3/5 but no *. I was distracted Monday and Tuesday.
-
I'm back! 1/5, no * in an archive week.
-
3/5, with 1 *. I’ll be offline (and off live watching) next week as I’ll be making my annual trip to the US Figure Skating Nationals, this year in San Jose. Be good to each other while I’m gone.
-
I had a wooden puzzle map of the USA with each state as a puzzle piece. As a child i used to put it together in the order of how each state entered the Union. That order is burned into my memory. It's amazing how much capacity memory has.
-
Yikes! That doesn't sound good for the future of H/B. I wonder if they have gotten worn out because of never making the next step up. I was looking forward to seeing them at Nationals.
-
2/5, with 1*. I am mortified that I missed Jack Daniel since Jack is a good friend of mine. I said Jim Beam, who is also a good friend of mine.

Surprise, surprise! The Russian Anti-Doping Agency finds "no fault" by Kamila Valieva for the drug test violation announced at the Olympics.

1/5. I haven't gotten a FJ since Ray left. Coincidence? I think not!

4/5: A New Year’s Miracle (which is not quite as good as a Christmas Miracle).
