  1. I noticed that she struggled to use her fork with those talons. I found her lips terrifying, but she seemed polite and thankful to the crew.
  2. It might have better than the revolving door of Nikolas’ girlfriends/wives, and being abandoned when Nik “died”. I don’t detest Carly with the fire of a thousand suns, like most, and I don’t think Joss is the monster many think. I guess that colors my opinion.
  3. Ugh. You’re right of course. 😟
  4. I vastly prefer Joss over Spencer, and Spencer would not have had the exposure to Sonny. Sonny is his uncle as Spencer, and no one to him as Jax’s kid. 🤷‍♀️
  5. No one kill me, but I wouldn’t mind if Spencer had remained Little John. At least he wouldn’t have been a pompous, elitist, asshole, swanning around town calling people “townies”, and living in Dracula’s castle.
  6. And Spencer was a baby, before Jax and Carly married and had Joss.
  7. So I’m going to order my first VYD. Sorry, but the pink tooth brush is needed and adorable.
  8. Meghan thinks the federal government is responsible for providing mental health to all of the schoolchildren impacted by isolation. I don’t know, doesn’t that smack of the dreaded socialism? Why does she only demand this stuff when a D is in the white house? Plus, if the Sec. had opened with the federal government providing free assistance, wouldn’t she counter by calling it socialism? Is she cognizant of how contradictory she is, or is she truly that malleable to Ben’s talking points?
  9. So the Biden discussion was pre-emotes by tornado coverage in my area. It ended during the school discussion. Meghan really feels that teachers are servants to be ordered back to work, for the convenience of parents, regardless of any health risks. She really seems to think people “beneath” her are expendable, doesn’t it?
  10. The fact that she could sermonize on this subject with a straight face . . . I swear, if tomorrow democrats started advocating for AR-15s for everyone, she would show up on Monday, sobbing, and discuss how dangerous they were, list all the mass shootings, and wail, “Won’t someone think about the children?”. I don’t understand how she doesn’t understand that her previous words and opinions were recorded and observed by millions. I hope they excoriate her on this topic again, remind her of her callous and uncaring opinions on immigration in the past, including her scoffing when babies in cages were mentioned. She is a joke.
  11. They’ve been utilizing Valentin a lot. Maybe this is a way to create sympathy for him. He’s so excited to have another child. And perhaps Anna will be the one to comfort him.
  12. I want diversity in the panel, but legislation does not hinge on it. I don’t doubt that Meghan and Liberty are bonded well, that Meghan enjoys her as much as she says, but that Meghan is not completely fulfilled by motherhood. That’s true of many women. I just defended this broad. 🤦‍♀️
  13. At the very least, fact check the moron who always exaggerates, twists things, takes words out of context. Basically, she’s a fucking idiot and she’s worn down everyone, except perhaps Sunny who often corrects her. It was good to hear Whoopi point out that the black farmers situation was more complex. I’m guessing that came up in the morning meeting, and Whoopi was more alert than normal. I once was going back and forth on a subject with my cousin. She had spent four years in Hungary and knew nothing about current issues in the US. I finally told her she was so uninformed that we couldn’t talk about the subject. I wish they would tell Meghan that.
  14. Wildly speculating here, but what if Maxie figures out BL is faking, gives BL Maxie’s baby, and tells Peter their daughter is dead? It would be aided by a SIL OB/GYN.
  15. You’re not crazy. She’s totally faking.
  16. Oh, and in a change of topic, a trust fund baby, who had a powerful, political father, and acknowledges she only has her current job through said father, braying that America is a true meritocracy, is deluded, ignorant, or both.
  17. I’m not willing to say that a biracial woman who came from nothing, attended two excellent universities with no parental wealth, and raised a driven, successful child, used her family’s money, with future bribes planned, to get her son acceptance into his university. This is my last post on the subject, and I respectably agree to disagree.
  18. My understanding, is that black farmers have lost 90% of their land due to inability to get the same loans white farmers get, discrimination, and then greater loss of their farms due to banks’ and the government’s unwillingness to work with them. Basically, black farmers have been screwed for decades. I did read that there were a lot of black farmers in the 1920’s, which drastically began decreasing by the fifties. They have lost 12 million acres. The Homestead Act has granted loans primarily to white farmers, and they deeply subsidized them. Only 10.4 million (out of 1.9 trillion) is going to agricultural relief. Half of that goes to disadvantaged farmers, and of that, only one-quarter are black. Trump’s farmer relief package went almost exclusively to white farmers. Black women have been the backbone of the Democratic Party and Democrats know it. Trump would have been re-elected without them, and it’s about time it’s been acknowledged. Considering there was a large selection of WOC who were qualified, it was an easy decision. I see this as no different from women who push for more representation. Many are tired of old white men legislating their lives. Calls for representation are not arrogance, IMO.
  19. Sorry, let me clarify - Fundamentalists and many Southern Evangelicals. I don’t have any family, who are primarily Baptist, that use any Bible other than KJV. My mom attends a non-denominational church, and they do the same. The Baptist church I was raised in also used strictly KJV. I agree, except about Steph. I find her really flashy about her wealth, which she does not contribute to financially, unlike Tiff.
  20. I’m not quite shore, but she was definitely sporting a tiny dorsal fin.
  21. It’s a bit more nuanced than that. They also consider sports - I believe Gabriel was an athlete, clubs you're involved with, student council, charitable work, recommendations. Gabriel probably had the advantage with recommendations, as his mother knows some influential people, but if he’s anything like his mother, he is a very well-rounded student.
  22. Four wives and probably wooing the fifth. 😏
  23. And to think I didn’t even get me little cowgirl set, replete with hat, vest, holster, and two guns, until my 7th Christmas. Can you even imagine a 12 month old, with that staggering, start/stop walk, lugging a .38? Meghan really thinks she’s a bonafide cowboy, when she’s really just a trust fund princess participating in cosplay.
  24. I get what you’re saying, but I think Tiffany was more looking for validation. It’s possible her mother saves the ugliness for private, compared to Dee who doesn’t give a rip if people see. D’Andra gets support because her mother’s manipulation is out there, whereas Tiffany, hypothetically, feels a little gaslit that her mother plays the meek, supportive roll in public, but is all Tiger Mom in private. Of course this is all speculation, which most of us do here. I’ve simply had enough Asian friends and co-workers to realize it is a large part of the culture. I had a co-worker who determined his young daughter would only be an engineer or a doctor, and he was absolutely arranging his daughter’s marriage. Another co-worker allowed her parents to semi-arrange her marriage, which was done by parents of sons sending out their resumes. She got herself a doctor, and seemed happy. A friend wasn’t allowed to move out while unmarried, although she was in her late twenties. 🤷‍♀️. Until we learn otherwise, I believe Tiffany.
  25. I have a feeling that no one other than Jeremiah even knows what entitled means. I think Gus interprets it as having an easy life, which Gus has not had. From what we know, Jeremiah was raised in a loving home with two parents and brothers, nurtured and homeschooled by his mother. Jeremiah is still close with his family, and I think Gus is incredibly jealous of that history. As for running after Gus, I’m sure the producers would get him, but the housemates would look a little uncaring by just hand waving it and going back to drinking. Plus, there’s still affection there.
