  1. I'm still hunting this elusive scene! It really is the one moment of that particular season I missed...and apparently miss every time they rerun that season. I'm just going to have to resubscribe and Hulu this...would anybody know the specific episode by any chance?
  2. So, like the album, and now the perfume, is there a reason Pearl's going the male route for promoting?
  3. Looking back with the final three. Ginjer was the natural, coming into the show with experience. Pearl was the story driven one, or should have been. And Violet, I always felt she should have been the story driven queen. She walked into the scene with attitude and we saw a progression, or evolution, or what have you to her character and her art...my opinion of course. To compare to Pearl, who, as the story driven queen and her lack of, really anything, we didn't really see evolution, we had to be told..."she woke up"...Pearl and Violet as part of the final three just tells me they highlighted the wrong youngster for the story driven queen...
  4. I'd like to see an OC All Stars myself. Between former HW's and Friends of... the OC has enough ladies itself for a cast.
  5. I like that we have a recent visitor section for our profiles. Not that you guys have checked mine, but in general, anybody who takes the time to check out my profile, even if it is by mistake LOL, gets a friend request for the CyberJawa friends list for life... ...and, maybe we're all stalkers...
  6. Yes! I don't know why it grates me but it does. I've noticed it off and on over the years. The internet is my news source and whether it's a news site, entertainment, or heck, when I occasionally peruse Yahoo! headlines, I'll notice a particular story now and then and then a few days later TODAY covers it like they got the scoop. I've noticed a few stories from a forum I frequently visit that will post news, and like a week later TODAY covers it. In those situations, I'm like, is it really that slow of a day you're covering week old news?
  7. I usually like these types of episodes when the shows do them. Honestly, for me it was a chore to get through.
  8. While I never coordinated a wedding, my previous restaurant/hospitality work dealt with large parties and the like, and I've had restroom cleaning duties when closing, and I'd take cleaning the restrooms over dealing with people all day, every day...
  9. For only appearing in one episode, although mentioned off and on throughout the series, Ms. Liz has always been one of my favorite characters.
  10. On a side note, would that apply to Vancouver too? Sorry to go off-topic.
  11. ...I thought I was going crazy, the listing said new, but I was like, I think I've seen this before... or... ...maybe I'm psychic... :)
  12. Frequent lurker, rare poster, this is my first season: Kennedy Davenport's Phaedra Parks realness... I liked the challenges, mini-challenges, runways, or at least for some or the ideas behind the challenges, minus the nude illusion... Glamazon Airways was my overall favorite, with the Hello, Kitty! challenge a close second... Minus Jasmine, I loved all the queens in their own way, warts and all... I usually find Ross Matthews annoying, but enjoyed him here...
  13. IIRC, What always bugged me about the Lea/Marysol Gala Drama of Season 2 and onwards was in Season 2 in a TH, Adriana actually corroborated Lea's take on events that issues were on Marysol's end. Come Reunion, Andy doesn't have her clarify, Lea/Marysol or the other HW's don't bring it up, instead we get Marysol waxing poetic about her reputation and business. That BS issue could have been settled if somebody asked about it...
  14. IIRC, I believe he hosted a confection based competition on Food Network "Sweet Genius"...it's been off the air a couple years now I believe. Side note: I'm loving Dorinda! I'd just like to have Veev's back just to see how Dorinda and Beth would've handled her... I missed the JFK comment, now I'm going to have to hunt down the repeats...
  15. Paternity Court is slowly picking up for me. I think a court show is only as good as the Judge presiding over the cases (hello, JJ, TPC, etc. who have survived while many have disappeared). The Paternity Court judge is a bit Judge Toler, who I love now, I didn't originally appreciate her when she took over Divorce Court, but it's one of my must watches after JJ and TPC. The one program I absolutely loathed was "We The People" w/Gloria Allred, is that still on? Divorce Court was rotated in that shows spot in my local channels about a year or two back...
  16. Just finished "Mission Mania" and "Simulation Manipulation". Loved the stories for both, and both had a lot of fun moments. Thought they were an improvement over the prior two episodes. Especially loved the idea, and the gags for "Simulation Manipulation". Didn't like Chase's characterization in "Simulation..." but he tends to go overboard in rival/contest/task/competition themed stories... ETA: Totally forgot about Bob and Spin until they popped up in "Mission Mania".
  17. Slowly catching up on episodes. Just watched "Under Siege" and "Bionic Dog". "Under Siege"...you know where it's going in a few minutes...didn't like Perry's niece the first time, didn't like her this time... "Bionic Dog" was fun, a few good moments, love "dog" Adam... ETA: still prefer Lab Rats, but I've been enjoying Mighty Med as well, but I might say Might Med beats LR in the writing...
  18. "Who gon check me, boo?" is the first one I support...I miss the days of Sheree! My second...: "Gone With The Wind Fabulous"...on the front... "Now Twirl"..."Twirl"..."Twirl"..."Twirl"..."Twirl"...going down the back... As a guy I can honestly say I'd rock that...
  19. The one thing I'll always love about the misinformation about the date is we got that extra piece of the puzzle to Kim "Wig" Zolciak...and she was at some point allegedly a nurse.
  20. Maybe I don't remember, but I thought Peggy discovered the body? Wasn't she making sauce in the restaurant, heres the gunshot, and goes outside and later finds the body in the dumpster? Because I remember Hank wandering out of the apartment complex "stoned", Peggy's already with authorities as Hank goes by the restaurant and my favorite moment, Peggy yelling for Hank, "HAAAAANKKK!"....in the background.
  21. I've been a bit hit and miss checking out the season, but I enjoyed it and all the ladies. Glad it's coming back. I'll try to be a regular presence in the Cheshire section, I've been more of a lurker.
